Met the new owner and she's great. They took care of my cat for three days while I was away and she seemed happy and very relaxed which is my opposite experience from another place I tried in the past. Also there's a big area for dogs to play in. Place looks like a great place to leave your loved ones. They also trimmed my cat's nails but apparently the groomer needs to be on appointment. Place beats prices too compared to others in the area, and you know what they say 'you get what you pay for' but this was excellent. Beats the more expensive ones

I have NEVER written a review before; but that is how disgusted I am with their service- that I had to write something and warn people. I trusted this place with my 4 month old puppy Maltese. The receptionist asked me for specific Instructions on how I would like them to cut my fur baby's hair. I gave her the specific instructions which included: 1- ABSOLUTELY DO NOT cut the hair on the top of her head because I am growing it to put pretty bows in- and if they have any issues just leave the area alone and I will figure it out myself, 2- DO NOT use blades (which actually the owner Sandy suggested because she said its VERY BAD for puppy hair and can ruin their hair and may never grow back correctly) 3-they showed me the hair length sample and I picked out the middle sample (which was not too longAnd not too short) 4-They asked if I wanted Christmas bows in her hair or regular bows (I chose regular)... I left my baby there thinking everything would be ok; because my instructions were very specific, and the receptionist wrote everything down. However when I got back to pick her up: 1- they CUT OFF ALL THE HAIR on top of her head. Literally ALL the hair; and then had the nerve to try and tie bows around two strands of hair basically on her ears (now I have to wait Months for her hair to grow back before can fit a ponytail in it. My poor baby girl is completely bald and looks like a boy) 2-The bows weren't even the regular bows I picked out; they were Christmas bows, 3- they did not use scissors they used blades so now she may have complications in the future with her fur, 4- they completely ignored the hair length sample I picked out and shaved her entire body Bald. In fact they completely ignored EVERY single instruction! I felt so betrayed and helpless. There was nothing I could do The damage was already done. I felt like I failed my baby for trusting her with these groomers (If you would even call them groomers; more like butchers). I know this post was long but there are not even enough words to describe how I feel and how upset and disappointed I am! DO NOT take your fur baby here!!!

Heavy chemicals don't cover up unsanitary conditions. Only brought my dog there once, so I can't say much but I know there is a better spot down the stree.

This is my first time at pet lovers resort. I left my dog there for a week. They took such good care of her. They sent me photos and texted me during that time. Normally, she wouldn’t trust anyone easily but this time the staff was able to hold her. I’m glad we found this place.

I am glad this place reopened, I see lots of improvements . I take my dog to daycare every day, as soon as we get there she gets so excited to get in and play with other dogs. I highly recommend this place. I also love their grooming lady, she does a fantastic job.

Called for quote on cat shampoo. Quoted price 65-90 based on hair length. I have short hair cat. Took cat, groomer did not even look at cat and told me it would cost 90! I called owner back and groomer eventually said she would charge 65. SHE DID NOT COMPLELY SHAMPOO MY CAT. Cat had same odor it did as before I took it. She did not de-shed. Cat seemed to be wash or something on one side of body. Nails were clipped. And I gave her a tip . SMH. The groomer is questionable.

I come here once a month to have my cats nails trimmed(dang they grow fast). They are very accommodating and friendly. The dogs always seem happy that are boarded here as well.

Beware of this place!!! The owner of the place is a bad woman, a liar and the devil incarnate.. My son took his dog with her collar and leash, that he comes to pick up the dog after long hours that the dog has been lying down,Without water in a dirty and neglected cage, he asked where the leash was, they straight up lied and claimed that he didn't bring a leash, and the owner of the place was not present at the business at that time, she decided to invite the police with false claims so that they would come, and she lied that she saw on the camera that he came without a leash, but when the police came, she lied that she could only get the video out of the cameras on Monday,Of course the police realized she was lying, and she even dared to force my son to pay in cash!!! What is prohibited by law is to require the customer to pay cash only!!! Of course I contact a lawyer that she broke the law, and she threatened not to give the dog, This is called kidnapping and theft!!! This place is not clean, not aesthetic, I was their customer a long time ago and ran away from them because I saw the neglect of the dogs and the dirt there, and they also ruined my dog's and my son's dog hair . Of course I won't keep quiet about it, I will take it to all the authorities, their attitude is disgusting, their service is bad, and this business does not take responsibility, The police did not agree with the lies of the owner of the place. Calling the police because my son wanted to know why they lost his leash. is they lost his leash.!!! Disgust of service and place, beware of the place This one, I also ran away from this place 3 years ago, I was inside the room where The grooming the dog's ,I saw the neglect, the dirt, and how the dogs there wait for hours without water or food, in dirty and non-sterile cages until that you come to pick up your dogs. If you love your dogs and care about them, run away from this place. I will make sure to sue the place and all the trauma and discomfort that caused my son and also his dog is now traumatized. .
