Great selection. Terrible customer service. People behind the counter were rude and I could barely even hear what the cashier was saying to me. The guys in the lumber yard were helpful and nice but the lumber was all soaked.

Terrible service. I ordered a product that was over two weeks late. Calls to the front desk were sent to voicemail, with no return call many times. Problem could have been solved with a single phone call to the shipper, which they claim to have done but the shipper denied. I eventually called the shipper and solved the problem within 5 minutes. TCAH&L inept service ended up costing me more than the product.

Wow, they have everything you didn’t know you needed! Vast inventory ...they anticipated all the things you forgot for your vacation. Lots of "Chick Bait" as he calls it...cute tea towels, cooking and baking 'necessities" Fun place to shop.
