Honestly idk why they have such a bad review …. I visit the area to see my family and rite aid is the store that express racist hostilities … the workers maybe cold but they apply sale and are genuine … Albertsons/Groceries outlet however hire nothing, but racist it seems, it’s like that’s the criteria to be hired as the cashier …. I had to ask two managers to apply the sales …. But this is RA review , love this store, please suppor them before they go out of business …

Very nice associates at this store. Hope they don't close this store, the pharmacy is pretty efficient. The store was clean and well stocked with ice cream!!! All the usual seasonal candy and treats.

Pharmacy is worst customer services ever pieces ofcrap people who don't care about the customers and rudely hang up on them even when have correct paperwork and medical card to get the meds they say no would rather watch u suffer with broken back I will never ever use this Pharmacy. Now the rite aide Pharmacy in bakersfield are much nicer and actually help u with what u need it's a shame not all of them are that way

This is a really good pharmacy. The staff are patient, friendly, and always do their best to get you your medication. I feel they go out of the way to help you, even though this is a very busy pharmacy. The pharmacists there are very knowledgeable. We are lucky to have them here in Taft. The folks who work in the Rite-Aid store (outside pharmacy) are also really nice. The store manager is also so nice and helpful. All around, a great experience coming to Rite-Aid. Grateful for this place

They have some things but everything is marked up and over priced. If you want old fashion ice cream cone this is the spot. Pharmacy here is about worthless. They don't process the medication when they get it. They pretty much get to it when they feel like it.Which puts you behind, then they act like it's your fault. The Pharmacist there thinks he's a Doctor.

This pharmacy has given me medication that was tampered with, and when whole bottles of my meds were STOLEN I later went to the pharmacy and was given my old medication. This doesn't make sense! I am not immortal, people.Have to admit that there are several women working here that I would love to sleep with.Don't poison Sean. I'm trying to get a record contract with a major label. One of the top three, most likely.

Pharmacy has gone downhill. Customer service is horrible. I used them for years and in the past few months it has been one issue after another. I have changed to Express Pharmacy just across the street and they know how to help people.
