:(I don't actually hate this store but I got fried chicken and there was a hair in it and it looked like a black public hair. I bought it yesterday and didn't notice until I went to heat it up but I can't eat it after seeing that and I never want to get anything from the deli ever again. So gross.

Nice and helpful employees. From a sweet smile to "can I help you". The dollars may go to heck in a hand basket, but in my small hick town the love grows on. Way to Taft Albertson's.

Only gripe is price, but groceries in general are through the roof these days. HIGHLY ADVISE USING THE APP! If you are not using the app, you are doing yourself an injustice. The app saves you a substantial amount of money. To date, best outing I had I saved $110. The staff here are awesome. My favorite department is the bake goods/deli by far. They’re a lot of fun, brighten a gloomy day, and respond over the top to kind people. I have even seen them respond kindly to ridiculously rude, Karen-type customers.

I am on a low income and only only get paid once a month so I do my grocery shopping once a month. Today was that day but there was so many shelves there and I know it's in many stores but this is really the first time that I've seen Albertsons have many shelves there for many products. But customer service and all the employees were very nice and helpful it's a great store.

When you need to go, you can always count on this Albertsons to have wonderful bathroom facilities. Located in the back right corner next to seafood. Always clean and inviting. Thans for making the go easy

Albertsons is a go-to grocery store in Taft. They have a wide variety of groceries to choose from, including fresh produce, meat, dairy, seafood and baked goods. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the selection of produce at Albertsons. They had a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including both organic and conventional options. I also like that Albertsons has a loyalty program. I get points for every dollar I spend and I can redeem those points for discounts on future purchases.Their deli and seafood service at Albertsons is impressive. The deli has a wide variety of meats, cheeses, and salads, and the seafood counter has fresh fish and shellfish. Staff at the deli and seafood counter are always friendly and helpful, and they are always willing to make recommendations.Overall, I am very happy with Albertsons Taft. They have a great selection of groceries, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Albertsons to anyone looking for a great grocery store in Taft.I highly recommend Albertsons Taft to anyone looking for a great grocery store with excellent deli and seafood service!

Great produce, pretty good meat department, very friendly customer service workers. One female employee especially was beyond kind, my card was declined, I tried to use another card which was also declined, I dug in my purse , highly embarrassed as I was holding up the line, I told her to take off the meat, and I would pay for the bread, and the squash, she said no it's ok I got it. I said again take off meat I will pay with change , she took out her own card and swiped it and paid for my meat and the bread and squash. She helped save me of embarrassement and allowed me to get the food and she paid I left with tears in my eyes. Restored my faith in human- kind/ humankindness, God bless her I never did look at her name tag. Great job I am forever greatful.

Great place, awesome very helpful staff/ workers, always have an amazing selection of food that is easy to find, quick checkout lines, big parking lot with handicap parking and wheelchair accessible bathroom, all around great place.

The employees steal product if you order offline or try to get your reward items they never shown up it's happened multiple times so would not recommend it unless you don't want what you pay for or your bread smashed and ripped apart

Most of the time its good. But today. I spent an hour clipping deals to save about $45 dollars. Well it did not come off at the end and the cashier told me I'd have to to customer service. OK but got to the counter and it was going to be closed til Monday 8 am. So I guess I loss out.

Always a good experience. Friendly ppl. Things are easy to find. Someone always on floor.That was so last year.Now spoiled milk and rotten meats cat calls over intercom. What's wrong with it's management? Need corporate in fast. Best store gone wrong.

Unfortunately, the most expensive store in town, however I still go there for items I can't find elsewhere. The staff is very professional, the store is reasonably clean and the produce is excellent but $$$. There are not enough people up front and usually long lines which is difficult for a disabled person.

The food was about a seven tacos had very good shredded beef The originals were excellent but they did not take out the stem rice and beans excellent chips were hot and delicious so was the salsa with a little bit of a kick the ground beef enchilada was not as tasty as everything else but it was my first time I hope to and go back there soon as it was full the parking lot and a lot of Caucasian people and Mexican people or eating there the waiters or friendly and very good service prices were very fair amazing I hope they can stay open!!! but far as cleanliness you cannot see out the windows because they're so dirty

I love this place. It's in a small town, you ask a cashier that you need customer service and they will help you with a smile! Great produce here for competitive prices. I have had nothing but great experiences here. When things didn't add up they fixed it with a smile, every time. The night manager is the best, honest and fair. Great bunch of people here!

Last time I purchased the 8 piece chicken you received 2 pieces of each including 2 breasts, now you get only dark meat in the 8 piece meal. Will not be buying again, do not want it if no breasts come in 8 piece pack.

Great. We were able to be greeted with helpful anticipation. When a problem popped up, they went right into getting management help, and continued their good customer service. I wish they had more lanes open for checkout, but taking that into perspective they had good customer service and we were helped by a nice lady in lane one other times I have dealt with employees ignoring customer needs and talking about personal things

The worst grocery store ever. The cashiers won't talk or even look at you. They're to busy talking to other employees, worried about when they're break is, when they get off or they're so tired. Be happy you have a job. The employees make customers feel as we owe them. No management. The only good thing about this store is Starbucks. They (employees) are awesome.

We used to shop at Save a Lot but it closed so we started going to Food Maxx in Bakersfield. We go here only when we need little things like bread or get a craving for something sweet. The prices are pretty high but I guess that's expected in a small town. The place is usually clean and the people that work there are very friendly. I'm so happy they got a Starbucks put in though, I probably go in there more because of it.

My son soiled himself all the way up his back so I took him to the restroom to clean him (and the cart 🤢), put him back in the cart with no clothes so I can check out with my very full cart of groceries and leave ASAP. A worker (I believe her name was Dana, surprisingly not Karen) and a lady who was shopping followed me out to my truck, recording and taking photos of me and my son (illegal) to harrass me about having my baby with no clothes. As Im putting a diaper on him, I explained he had soiled his clothes, even showed them the bag of soiled clothes, and they still continued to harrass me! No understanding, no HELP....harrassment. As a mother I couldn't ever even IMAGINE harrassing someone in a situation like this. I wish I stuck around to see the shock when cops told them I had done nothing illegal. Albertsons customer service for ya.

Store was rearranged into more product orientation by type, aisle signs still need realignment to proper aisle listings for type, still confusing. Quality of service has seen much improvement, staff friendly.
