The affordability was a pleasant surprise, and meeting the owner was the cherry on top – such a sweet and wonderful person. The genuine love and care for animals radiate from every team member. Staff was very welcoming and kind, the place looked very clean and organized, parking was a breeze, setting up an appointment was super easy, and most importantly, their work was phenomenal! Both Leo Messi and Naruto felt like silky smooth teddy bears. Definitely felt the staff took very good care of them!

Amazing friendly customer service extremely helpful. As we didn’t have an appointment the receptionist in the front desk is awesome she allowed us to go in as walk ins. The environment is very welcoming and clean.The ambience is very calming for dogs with anxiety. The technician was super gentle / sweet with my senior dog. Dr.Snookie came back looking even more beautiful than she is. She was allSmiles. Thank you so much for being patient as well as gentle with Dr.Snookie. Overall experience was excellent.

I had and continue ho have a great experience with wash my dog. They treat my dog as their own. My dog love going and gets very happy to see the staff. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Not very accommodating! Frustrating that they tell you a time and if they are running behind it is what it is but if we are late to pick up the dog they threaten to slap on a dog sitting fee of $20!!! They also don’t take in walk ins ???? This town is small enough to pass on the word and big enough to find elsewhere to do business ! I hope the owner understands that this will diminish his hard work on opening up a shop in Lake View Ca!!!!!

I love this place because it was a nice clean place and I trusted the owners to take good care of my dog. It was his first time at a groomers and I was really impressed with what he was. I'm really glad that they have affordable prices because all the other groomers had crazy prices up to $60! And Wash My Dog only cost me $55 for the whole spa. They did a cut and bathe plus goodies like face mask and anal gland. They even trimmed my dogs nails for only $5 more!! I'm very happy that I have a groomers place to come back to 🤗.

Went out of town for vacation this past weekend and left my little ones in the care of Wash My Dog. What an amazing experience, they contact me when they had questions, and upon coming home, my little ones were sad to leave, but happy I was home. They are definitely coming back when I have to go out again.

A great experience from the moment I stepped in with my little dog. Very clean place and super nice staff. They are very gentle, friendly and professional. They played with Honey my 2 years old golden doodle, they help her to calm down,played with her and offered her water. They asked me questions about what I need. They took notes and listened to my concerns. Now I Can Say that I finally found a good place to take a good care of my puppy and I feel comfortable and confident that she will be treated very well! Thank you for taking a good care of Honey. She came back home happy and not stressed out. Great team and very good job.

When you walk in the place is a modern doggie indoor park, love the look. The employees were really super kind and well informed. A little price but its worth it. They also offer doggie daycare.

The reason for my one star is that I tried to make an appointment for the first time, very rude response and demanding.It seemed that you guys had enough customers didn't need no more. First impression is always the best, unfortunately yours wasn't.For that reason you will never have me as a customer.

After our previous groomers left our dog's nails unattended, my family decided to book an appointment with Wash My Dog.Our visit was very welcoming and the staff couldnt have been more helpful and generous to assist with our dog as is he very difficult when it comes to grooming.Very satisfied with the grooming and time taken by staff. Highly recommend!!

This place is great! Their prices are reasonable and our 12lb. terrier mix always comes out looking good. She never hesitates going in which to me really says something about how your pet is treated. Everyone we’ve encountered there is friendly and attentive to your requests and concerns. We’ve been going there for several months now and will definitely continue.

We recently welcomed a new member to our family, and as a member of our family I wanted nothing but the best for him. I found different groomers around my area, but a lot of them had bad reviews. So I obviously didn’t want to take him there. Wash My Dog was the only one that I found that had great reviews. All I can say is I was not disappointed not one bit. The staff there is amazing and friendly. Fluffy is treated so well, he’s always gets excited when he get there’s. Prices are reasonable, staff does an amazing job. I will definitely recommend this place.

Every time I get my dog groomed I bring my old lady shealah in here, she is an 11 year old great Dane. She gets really dry/itchy skin but, they use hypo-allergenic product and it fixes that. It last longer than most products and she smells really good, I see a difference in her mood when she is home and she is super happy and playful, and then we both rest with ease knowing she feels good. The owners of the place are great people along with their staff and really know what there doing when it comes to taking care of your dog. I really recommend this place

Took my pomeranian puppy here after a bad experience somewhere else. Our puppy came out HAPPY we will definitely keep coming here again. I wish I would remember the sweet girl that answered the phone that booked our appointment she had exceptional customer service skills.

I took both of my dogs here yesterday (Friday) for the first time. So impressed. Penny, their regular groomer, was there and I met Terry, one of the owners. The place is immaculate, very well organized and extremely reasonable. Totally impressed by the whole establishment. I have made an appointment for November and this definable will be a monthly visit. I highly recommend Wash My Dog to all pet owners ❤️🐾❤️🐾

Have been bringing my dog here since moving to the San Fernando Valley almost 2 years ago. They are all very welcoming and my dog likes it here, never problems to go in the back and likes the groomers. I have taken him to other places and he wasn't comfortable there and howled when leaving him. Glad he is as happy here as I am.

I can’t stop smiling and sniffing on my dogs LOL!This place is the BEST I have ever taken them to without a doubt!I MUST take a moment to rant and rave over the groomers and staff at Wash My Dog in the valley! Look at how AMAZING my babies look🤗 I am so extremely pleased with their work, kindness, attention to detail and skill. I honestly don’t think my fur kids have ever looked or smelled this good in all the years I have had them (10-13yrs). I believe I have found my new groomers!!! I just wish I would have gotten all of their names.
