Photo #1 was my baby girl before I brought her to this horrible unprofessional place. The other 2 photos was how I got her out of the place. I paid her $95 dollars for destroying my baby’s beaitiful hair. Even I show her a couple of pictures and I spoke to her in Spanish (she requested me to explain her in Spanish) that I wanted her not too short not too long but similar to the pictures. She said ok and she will be ready in 3-4 hours, I said no worries just call me when she is ready. I dropped her off at 10:40 am. Around 2:45 I called her and she said she was not even started with her and she said she will call me in 20 minutes. She didn't call me. Around 3:50 she called me. I went there and I was in shock when I saw my baby with her horrible very short hair without style.I just paid her $95 and didn’t say nothing because I was too angry to complain. The woman who did this to my baby girl is hipanic, white skin with a Colombian accent. I don’t recommend her to no one. Terrible expensive place. Other places I pay $45, $50.

Waooooo what a great job Monica did!!! I didn't recognized my baby!!! 😍😍😍 Really recommend Pucci Pets if you love your dog. They took their time but the result was fantastic!!! And also Monica was very nice and look like she loves her job and doggies. Very very happy new customer.

Biggest regret ever. I spoke with the groomer and she seemed so confident…. So I took my dog in to try it out. First she kept him 7 hours, then she messed him up. I asked for a round face, what I got was the complete opposite. Never again…

I love this place! I've taken my dog to several groomers in the San Fernando/Sylmar area and they gave me abusive vibes, since my dog (Nala) always came back shaking or never wanted to step into the facility. Monica from Pucci Pets is a dog lover herself and I see it every time I drop Nala off and pick her up! The gentleness and love she has for my dog just grooming her and making her feel safe is incredible to see, and I've been taking my dog here for over 2 years. I love her grooming services because Nala always comes home looking sparkling clean, soft, fluffy, and even smells amazing! I also love that Monica doesn't want her dogs to be in the kennels and lets them play in her playground in the back. This place is truly amazing and I always recommend it to my other dog owner friends.(the photo attached was the day I picked her up and they put bows on her that matched her leash set! so cute!)

Been here last year for my Daughter's now 15yr old boxer, the service was great and since then, he has developed a non-cancerous tumor under his belly that is not available for surgery due to his age, and recovery he may not servive, when I came to have his nails clipped this time, i explained his diagnosis but they didn't even allow me inside and clipped his nails in the doorway and charged me extra $5 just because this 15 year old boxer had a tumor! I will never go back! Never felt so bad for my grandpup

First time in, felt good on arrival, had a wonderful existence with Monica, she really cares!Even though our puppy needed extra service, and I have her extra time, she still finished sooner then I expected and he was happy when I picked him up.Thank you Monica and Pucci Pets, we'll be back!

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable in different types of dog breeds and their needs. Took my xolo pup there for a wash and nail trim. He’s a very anxious dog so it’s always difficult for him to get his nails trimmed. This staff was super patient and did their best regardless and I’m super appreciative of that. I would definitely recommend this place.

Our husky was very sad and dirty and full of ticks for a long time, many places refused to groom her but Monica the groomer took her in and did an AMAZING job! She managed to get her soft and clean even though she is a very energetic and large puppy. We are so thankful for everything she has done. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.

What a hidden jewel this place is! Its always slightly nerve wracking going to a new groomer, but I feel lucky to have stumbled upon Pucci Pets. The owner, Monica, greeted us with great energy and a smile. She assured me that she uses the best top quality products and that was definitely shown in the softness shine and scent of my dog's coat. The cut was exactly what i asked for and my little guy loved it as well. Will definitely be returning here!

I absolutely love this place. Its clean, owner is informative and takes excellent care of my Chihuahuas. She uses the best products. My Tinkerbell has sensitive skin and now that I bring her here she doesn't break out anymore after getting groomed. My dogs are very well cared for here and I feel extremely comfortable leaving them here. I highly recommend Puccis Pets. The prices are extremely reasonable as well.

An amazing place to take your pups. My dog is usually shy and nervous but she really makes the dogs feel safe. She does an amazing job with grooming them and is fair with prices. I highly recommend this location and I appreciate the staff!

I cannot say enough about Monica and her staff at Pucci Pets. We left our two precious dogs in her care for an entire week. When we picked them up, they were happy, bathed (for additional fee), smelled amazing, their fur was soft, and they looked so healthy. In the past our dogs have been jumpy and shaky after a stay away from us, but this time the dogs were "calm" meaning, not scared. They were their usual happy selves. Thank you Monica and staff! Thank you for the photos and videos you sent while our dogs were in your care. We are so relieved we have finally found a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.

Went to Pucci pets for the 1st time and nothing but great service from Monica she is great at what she does my dogs came back happy from her place. Will definitely keep coming here. All her shampoo's and perfumes are made by her dogs smell great. Do your dog a favor and take them to Pucci pets hey day even do doggie day care.

I highly recommend this grooming place they took care of my dog very very good . They were honest about my dog getting a haircut and said they wouldn't recommend it because of her hair type and they said what they can do for her as to deshed her and brush her teeth and so on . I'm very happy with my experience taking my baby Mary there for her first time . And they make there own shampoo and conditioner as well so that was a more +++ so I recommend you take your dog there they are very professional and love and take good care of your baby's . 🙂

Monica is amazing and you can tell she treats every dog with lots of care. My dog luna requires extra care because of her disability (leg problems) and whenever I pick her up after her haircut she looks amazing and happy.

I switched groomers since my last groomer was exposed of cheating out customers and their facility was actually really dirty behind the scenes. Now I had to find a place to take my baby where I know they will take good care of her. I found pucci pets on google and saw they had a 5 star rating and noticed the building while passing by so I decided to give it a shot. This place is VERY clean and organized they have windows for their day care to see the doggies if you like. When I dropped off lucy we were greeted by a woman , I forgot her name but she was extremely sweet and welcoming. They do keep their door locked and they do have a door bell you can ring. When I picked up lucy she was so soft and smelled so pretty she came out a happy pup and was as also gifted a treat by the owner. This will definitely be my go to place (:Thank you!

My Lab, Luna just loves going to daycare at Pucci Pets .I also have left her overnight and use them for grooming .Luna is a 6 month old puppy iwho is full of energy. when she comes home she is exhausted.At this age puppies are a handful chewing and getting into trouble luckily I don’t have this problem with her because she is too tired after playing on the toys they have and running with the other dogs.She is a large dog, but can play with all sizes because I started bring her to Pucci Pets when she was done with her shots and able to be with other dogs.I can only say positive things about thet way Monica and Felipe bathe her I am happy that they use a line of organic shampoos and conditioners that they also sell. Monica cured Luna’s dry skin problem without medicine and chemicals and at a reasonable price. I also changed Luna’s food at the advice of Monica and It shows how much better Luna is doing with the organic food.Another thing that was so important to me is when I took my dog there ,I noticed they clean daily you can see and smell how clean it is there and they check every dog and their shot records to protect your dog.I recommend Monica as a daycare and groomer to everyone I know with a pet .

Hello all I have 2 beagles. they are 8 years old and connected straight to my heart .I personally have been trying to find a groomer wether mobile or a shop to take of my babies that really cares .I am happy to report I made a phone call today to Pucci Pets and Wow!!!. i have found Monica the owner of the cleanest pet gromming shop in the San fernando Valley .Not only are my doggies the cleanest they have ever been but, she also has day care. !! the cost was very cheap for the amount of service she offers.thank you Monica....peas and lola are happy and so am I..

My dog stayed overnight for the 4th of July. Earlier in the week he attempted to runaway twice due to fireworks. After pick up he was freshly groomed and happy as if 4th of July didn't happen. The owner is extremely giving and dedicated to dogs.
