This is my favorite thrift store in the county! Their prices for kids clothes are bar none. They regularly price them at 4 items for $1 and then I have seen sales for 8 all the way up to 20 items for $1 when they are flooded with kids clothes and need to liquidate. As a large family it has allowed us to get kids a full wardrobe in a pinch and on a budget! I also love their curated gift baskets, they are so nicely done and make it easy to grab something special for friends and family!

Got multiple things I needed for my new place like tablecloths, place mats, lamp, kitchen goods at very affordable rates. Staff is nice and everyone I met inside the store were nice polite people. Looking forward to bring a donation and shop here another time! 💛🌻

The thrift store shelves are full of different items, well that's because the prices are outrageous! There prices are literally higher then goodwill!!Then we got to the register & asked about the 50% discount they have posted on a couple items and the lady was so rude to us, she totally could have said what she needed to say in a way nicer way to explain it to us about the discount.I was also having a conversation with my mom about how ridiculous the prices were, & a staff got into my conversation asking what I was talking about. I explained to her the prices are ridiculous here for used items, especially for used toys. Her response was "Well we price them high so on 50% off day there is items left, otherwise there wouldn't be anything on sale because people would buy it already". Um what? So you're basically telling me that you purposely price High to get people in here on 50% off day, for them to think they're "getting a deal", when in reality that should have Been the original price to begin with. Crazy.We won't be back to this thriftThe thrift store up the street on the hill has way better prices then this thrift store!

Great store always friendly staff. My only complaint is some of the item prices are a little too high and I don’t like having to make an appointment to donate.

I took my grandkids here to the thrift store to see what Treasures they might find now mind you these are little girls and me and my wife are old grandparents and my youngest grandchild needed to go to the bathroom we were told there was no bathroom available not even for little girl let alone an old woman I've spent a lot of money in this place in the past but I think I want to delete this from my list of thrift stores in Amador County around Jackson and Sutter Creek there's two other nice ones in our area they have employees working 8-hour shifts you know damn well they have a toilet in there but they wouldn't let a little girl use it so I don't think I will live there ever spend another dollar there I will continue to donate to the food bank to the Interfaith Food Bank but I refuse to spend any money at this thrift store it's a matter of principle I mean the little girl or an older woman give me a break especially during these magical Christmas season I bought two of my grandkids front room and bedroom sets here in the past spent lots of money on tools and kitchen supplies and jackets in the past and I know I'm just dropping the bucket but I think that is just a downright bad policy that lady knew and could see it was an emergency 5-year-old girl worries she's going to soil herself and that heartless woman behind the counter saying we don't have a bathroom that's uncalled for so I refuse to ever shop there again

The worst thrift store ever! I went to get a DVD player and it said that they tested them which they obviously didn’t and that you couldn’t return if it said all sales final which it didn’t. She still did not let me return it and was very rude about it. Very ignorant and inconsiderate people work there. WOULD RECOMMEND NEVER GOING TO THIS THRUFT STORE!!!!!!

This place is so exspenive for used items . I have found price tags from the store and they charging more. I get they want to make money but not this way. And my god staff is rude half the time. It's crazy how I can buy new for less. In the big stores and they think that used things should be this high this is not a antique shop. I get a few things but not this much stuff -junk much then to be rude on top of it?

Wish l could give it more Stars...the place is awesome and on Mondays 50% off for Seniors and in Fridays 50% off for everyone. If you are a junker like me you would go crazy in this place...something for everyone and staff are so nice and helpful

Very sad... a great clothing selection, but NO PLACE TO TRY THINGS ON! I won't be back. Woman told me they don't accept returns, either. Why bother, unless you want furniture or household items.

This store used to have a great selection of clothing and nice atmosphere. Since moving into the big space next door it is mostly about furniture and household items. And Nothing is as nice as it was when they first moved. I dont even enjoy being in this space anymore.

Starting off I buy a lot of stuff here. I have a big family and I am always buying shoes and clothing for them, toys, books you name it and I consider myself an excellent customer because I put things back in place and even hang things up that have fallen on the floor.Today was the 8th or 9th time I went to pay for something and they changed the price on me. This happens here on a regular basis. It is very frustrating because its usually double to 10 times the amount listed on the item or the pricing for the appropriated area. Today I went to buy shoes. The shoes had clearly been worn before, had creases and the whole front of the bottom of the shoes were worn but still in great condition. I get up to the register and its complete chaos. I had asked an employee what the price was. She said 5 dollars. I get up to the register and the cashier says 5 dollars. Then this lady on the other side turns around. Points her finger in my face and yells, "those are 20 dollars, 20 dollars there are others that are 20 dollars those are 20 dollars", I said, "ok well I dont think I can do 20". She then says, "There was a sticker on the shoe, I WONDER WHO TOOK IT OFF" still with her finger pointing at me and to me that is insinuating that I did that?What excellent customer service right? Then the guy behind the register says, "Those shoes are 175 dollars brand new and the ones there have never been worn." I said, "well I am sorry I cant do 20 thank you" I held my tongue from arguing with them as I always do but today really chapped me and thats why I am writing this review.I am not sure if I will be going back to this thrift store. I was spending about 50 to 150 dollars a week here and I will just go spend that at another business that doesnt insinuate that I took stickers off of items.One more thing I shop at all the thrift stores in Amador county. I find a lot of open boxes with items not in them. There are low life degenerates who steal but dont get mad at your regular customers because a few people steal. What you should do is set up cameras and catch the good for nothing people. Just because I am a young person doesnt mean I am trying to rip anyone off which I think a lot of older folks assume. I dress nice and have good manners. If they went to downtown Sacramento they would have a heart attack.
