My Maltipoo loves everything I get at Heart My Fur Baby, and it all looks great on him. First pictured is a bandanna made by the owner, and the second is an impossibly cool hooded leather jacket. My dog wears his jacket most days and we always get comments on it when we’re out. Everything from HMFB is of excellent quality and I definitely plan on making it into the shop next time I’m in town :)

Love this boutique. So nice to finally have a place where I can shop and spoil my fur babies. So many unique things to choose from. My doggies love the treats and I also picked up some adorable bandanas for each of them. Cant wait to go back and buy some more things. Oh and My cart online is packed!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! It’s so fun to be able to go to one store and get everything I need for my dogs and more. My son loves going there because he loves picking out fun things like dog popcorn and new treats for are dogs. This store has beautiful bandanas, blankets and cute clothes for all size dogs. It even has a few things for Cats and people. Great quality and there is even funny shirts and signs. It’s soooo cute inside and I always get great customer service when I’m there.

I went in this store specifically for the k9sportsac. I have a senior pup who does not like to hike but loves being carried. The store itself is super cute, and all prices, albeit slightly high are in comparison to similar stores. My husband and I entered and the sales person was assisting two customers. She didn’t greet us in any way, I walked around and found what I was looking for but they didn’t have the color and size that I wanted. I waited hoping to ask a question, so I walked around browsing and found two adorable autumnal bandanas. I picked them up, and continued browsing. The store is small so it was a quick browse, I then just ended up standing there. The sales woman walked over to grab something two feet in front of me for the customer she was helping, I tried to make eye contact and smile and before I got the words “excuse m”..... out of my mouth she turned and continued speaking to the woman she was previously helping. She made no attempt to greet me or acknowledge me in any way. The kicker I was about to purchase several things, and had to talk myself out of a pet teepee. The customers she spent forever helping didn’t make a purchase. We saw them leave with no items from outside the store. We are locals and definitely weren’t as fancy as the ladies that were being helped. And honestly I have no idea why she didn’t acknowledge us, but we are two people with disposable incomes and no children who love their dogs as if they were children. Sufficed to say we left without making a purchase. I found the K9 sacks I wanted online. My advice to this store is maybe be a little bit more attentive to all customers.

This shop has beautiful things and the service is outstanding. I would highly recommend it.I recently ordered a harness from the online store. The quality is excellent, it fits well, and appears to be very comfortable.I was surprised to find two face masks included in the package as well as a handwritten message. This is a trying time for everyone and that was extremely thoughtful, and very much appreciated.

Purchased the K9 Urban Sac from them, unfortunately the colour I chose sold out before my order was fulfilled, but the owner was quick to message me and offer a higher end model in the colour I chose to accommodate me however I chose to stick with the model I chose in a different colour and then my order was swiftly shipped off and arrived quickly. Was a pleasure buying from them.

My baby girl Roxie gets all excited when you ask her if she wants to "get dressed" and will get mad if you don't put one of her bandanas on. She absolutely LOVES her bandanas!!!
