Its been a few months since the last time I hung out with my buds and drank beer. We decided to check out a new spot in Green Cheek Beer down in Sunset Beach. When we got there, it was a packed house; people enjoying great beers and great food. Once we sat down, I ordered a flight of various beers and a delicious burger (sorry no photos) and I was in heaven. The food paired lovely with the beer. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the selection on tap. A great spot near the water. Definitely will check this spot out real soon.

Great location steps away from Sunset Beach. This location shares brewery neighbors Golden Road and the highly acclaimed RIIP. Green Cheek has a nice variety of very well made craft beers and some tasty pub food. The inside is spacious and the upstairs patio is very nice with a little view of the ocean. My primary hope here is that they will figure out how to deliver your food upstairs so you don’t need to abandon your beer to retrieve your food order downstairs.

This is a small place. The parking is limited. The dining area is limited. The burgers and beer are decent. The loaded tots were good. But, you'd be better off visiting Golden Road for a better view, more seating, more parking and a larger menu.

A welcome addition to sunset beach. Green cheek beer in Costa Mesa is killing it, and their recent opening here in HB continues to provide tasty beers and a chill, quirky surf vibe. They focus on burgers and beer here, and tots… I’ll be back for more beer on the patio at sunset. I also like their pricing, cannot beat their value anywhere along sunset beach. Try them out!

When you're visiting Sunset Beach this place is the perfect spot after your time on the beach. Grab any of their great beers and some food and head to the rooftop. Enjoy the ocean breeze across the street from the beach. Local or visiting this place rocks!Parking: Lot is not huge but parking in the area is doable if it's full. Remember your walking across the street from the beach.

They have only been open for a week so some things aren't super smooth yet but I think they'll get there. Didn't eat but food looked good and big enough. I had a lavender lemonade seltzer and that was refreshing! (Edited, so sorry, the vegan burgers were NOT covered in butter, it was the NOT vegan pretzel)Great food, great atmosphere. Vegan burgers were amazing!The pretzel, for the vegans, just an FYI, it's covered in butter. I'll try to ask for it without, next time. The wife had it and she said it was delicious.Unless I broke my beeper, I'm pretty sure you can cancel the quite loud beep with 2 firm whaps on your hand.

My nephews, nieces and I stayed on Sunset Beach for a week. I took my 10 and 7 year old nephew and niece twice for lunch!! The Classic Smash Burger is awesome and their tater tots are cooked to perfection!!I loved being able to have a small salad with my burger, while I stole many tots!! Their portions are shareable!! Both times I had an IPA that was perfect!We went during the week and on Saturday. Both days we didn't have a wait. Even though they were busy in the weekend, we sat on a comfortable table with lots of room.We will be back next year! Especially since we didn't have to play Frogger to get there!!!Kid-friendliness: It was perfect for families to enjoy the brewery and kids to enjoy their food!

Love the location and the tasting room. It's great finding a spot on the 2nd floor out on the patio. Two bars on each floor. The beers are amazing and the food was solid. We got the double smash burgers with tots and it was the perfect amount of food. Will definitely come back

Awesome brewery! I grew up in Sunset Beach and I remember when this building used to be Harry's Grill. So cool to see that it's been repurposed into a fun new hang out spot.Beer is very good, and the food is to die for. Come try the vegetarian breakfast burrito on their weekend menu!

Stop bringing your dogs in. Keep your animals out. Choose a proper facility to indoctrinate your dog into society. You’re not entitled to force patrons into accommodating your security, blanket/dog. Make the time and invest in personal responsibilities on your own. Give your animal the respect it deserves and take active responsibility that doesn’t inconvenience people eating food in a restaurant. Get your food to go, go to the park, walk to the beach. How much easier can it get? Don’t challenge our freedoms for your convenience.Awesome place for food and drink.

Great beer and food. Pretzels were especially awesome!Biggest critique would be little escape from the sun. The windows are not tinted and there are no fans so the inside is stuffy. There is a balcony, but it was so crowded I didn't get the opportunity to be up there.
