Brought in my puppy to get groomed. They wanted all of her vax records before they groomed her. After trying to sort this out for 30 minutes, they proceeded to tell me she does not have the parvo vaccine. Her vax records shows she has had 4 of the dhpp vaccine (which is the parvo vaccine) and her parvo booster.They proceeded to tell me that the dhpp was not the parvo vaccine and turned my puppy away. After consulting google and my friend who is a vet, it turns out the dhpp vaccine is the parvo vaccine. If you’re going to run a grooming place, your employees should know what vaccines do what.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience. My appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, and they pushed it to a week later. To make matters worse, when I showed up at the store, they canceled it without even notifying me.

We brought our dog in to get the mini makeover. Our dog is know to be scared of razors and nail trimming. However, we still expected the groomers to give her the full service. They politely said she moved too much for her to get groomed. We were very disappointed because that was the groomers job and expected a more professional approach. Instead, we will bring her to Paws Palace where they have successfully groomed her for 2+ years.

We went there twice for grooming. First time was disappointing and yet we went a second time to give them the benefit of doubt.First time my dog came home with redness in underbelly. I suspect due to unclean kennels. Her nails were roughly cut without any edges smoothed out.The second time same experience. Horrible nail cuts.Petsmart was much better service than petco. Not going back for a grooming to petco.

Got into the store with my dog and notified that my appointment was cancelled. No clarification or confirmation before they doing so, no respect of the client’s time!

The grooming didn’t feel complete, the tear stained fur around the eyes wasn’t cut and the nails weren’t completely trimmed.
