Employee Nathan was the star! He helped me to get my online pickup order (still new to the online pickup procedure) and loaded it to the car. I noticed that I placed order for the same item twice and he patiently helped me with the refund and also double-checked that my other items were all there (literally counting cans of cat food can by can). Just wanna say a big thank you for Nathan and please keep up the good work! Will visit every month!

The customer reps are kind and helpful. The inventory is incorrect at this location. This has happened a few times at this location. SC and MV inventory is correct and items are available. Also, I’ve seen cockroaches at this location. This location needs serious deep cleaning, organization and new management. Just not up to par like the other two locations mentioned.

My husky Tiki went there for grooming and shedding with extra charge as the grommer suggested. Tiki returned wet with tangled hair. I’m also worried about his well being post grooming as he acts unsettled and nervous. Idk what happened during todays grooming.

Brought my daughter’s dog for grooming. Very efficient check-in (appointment necessary). Easy registration, they took the dog right away. Pleasant hostess. They call you about 20 minutes before your dog has finished the grooming for pick up. He was so handsome!

I was helped by a very friendly customer service rep while shopping in the Sunnyvale store. I found what I needed and saw various products that I will likely return to buy in the future. I was just a little disappointed to find a dog gate that I had seen online wasn't available in the store. The customer rep tried to locate the item online but it wasn't available but she helped locate online another Item I needed. I like the products I found through Petco and had a pleasant experience thanks to the employee that helped me.

We did the dog bath and dry. He looks and smells great. Added a bag treats and a ball to the purchase. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful. Nice place! Visiting from out of state, but I would come back here.

Petco is a great place to get local pet supplies at the last minute for me… for example I needed a pet harness and travel litter box to take our baby on her first trip to the beach at 17 years old..I ordered the items online and went in and picked them up. The store shelves was a bit of a mess, but I was able to find them with some help from the employees. And finalized my order smoothly!So thanks PETCO

Three months ago, we got two parakeets from Petco. Shortly after, one fell ill, and we took him to Petco due to vital care. Tragically, he passed away on the same day. Conflicting statements from employees emerged – one mentioned a vet diagnosing a UTI, while another denied any vet consultation. Despite the loss, we got two more birds, and one has been lethargic since day one. Today, a vet confirmed a severe condition, not typical for animals sold by pet stores. The extensive tests cost over $500, yet our bird's health remains critical. Petco appears indifferent to the well-being of animals, selling pets that are already sick. The inconsistency in employees' statements adds to the distress. In the face of losing a beloved pet, their response is merely to ask for a receipt for a potential refund, displaying insensitivity and leaving us heartbroken.

One cashier. Line 10 people deep.Was able to walk in the back completely uninterrupted with a cart full of items just paid for and found 2 managers watching cameras and just chatting in an office.

Nice store, clean and well lit. they let you bring your pet with you. Items are a little pricey, but it's convenient when you need something last minute or for when you prefer to look at the options in person.

Called looking for live brine shrimp (this is a food for fish, like crickets for reptiles). Person who answered the phone did not know what I was talking about (did not know what brine shrimp were) but kept trying to answer about other ornamental shrimp they carry. I eventually gave up. Next time, please just refer me to the fish department or tell me no one from that department is there.

I had just adopted a dog from the Humane Society and needed some supplies. Petco has everything you need. I was also really to see that Petco partners with the Humane Society to host adoption events.

Every time I go in to buy my pets food an employee tries to persuade me into buying another brand of new dog food. Do they get commission or something? Why does anyone think they know what my pet needs when they don’t know my pet or her history?The last time I was there an employee wasted 20 min of our time trying to sell us a new dog food while putting down our choices without ever considering food allergies, health history, ect. Another time we had to wait 15 min to pick up our online order because the employee forgot. And then today an employee tried to sell me a different dog food at checkout. This is the last time we are coming here, we will order on Chewy from now on.

I love this PetCo. I'm a Vital Care member so I shop PetCo exclusively for all dog food, treats, grooming, and vet services. They always have my dogs food in stock and a great selection of treats and accessories. I'm in here more than I'd like to admit and love to bring my dog. The one issue that I did have was handled by the manager very quickly - definitely recommend this location.

Judy was extremely knowledgable, patient and well informed. I've been a district manager for a major pharmacy and she should absolutely be a department manager if not a store manager in training. She gets it and understands customer service. I went in the store only to get live worms leaving spending close to three hundred dollars.

Has all our pet needs. Two staff members helped me choose an appropriate harness for my puppy (took almost 20minutes of their undivided attention!). The cashier tried to leave work early and passed me off to another employee when trying to purchase the harness. Also tried to get my pups nails trimmed but they were understated and closed early - recommend calling ahead for grooming services.

Horrible place for grooming, for ear cleaning normally they pluck the hairs out these guys would wipe it with a solution and take 30 bucks.

A great place to go to pick up some dog food or treats. They have a wide variety of food to pick from and also have accessories such as dog beds. They also have all this available for your cat if you have a cat instead of a dog. They always have a good inventory and have the products I need whenever I go. The staff here is also very friendly and willing to help you out if you have any questions. There is also a pet adoption center here if you are looking to give an animal a nice home!

Sean was super helpful, but Petco feels like it’s struggling to operate. Like so many retail stores, this store seems to be struggling with supply issues. I had an online order with in-store pick up and receive confirmation to pick up. They only had enough stock for half my order, but didn’t mention that in the email. This mishap made any discount applied null. Sean called another location to make sure my items were in stock and that they would honor my the discount, even though it was past the sale date. Thanks Sean!
