My dog looks so cute! He's an older puppy but when they brought him out after his haircut and full groom, both my said and I said Aww! The whole process from making the appointment through pick up was easy and the price was definitely awesome. We will be coming back for sure.

I am so happy to find wag my tail. The customer service was so nice and everyone was very friendly and professional and you can tell they are all animal lovers. Mina, the owner was absolutely an angel and my dog loved her so much. I asked her to choose a color and this is what she did, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I highly recommend this place for your fur babies.

I recently came to sell my fathers home, I brought my 5 dogs well they needed grooming. I found a goldmine of incredible people!!I found this wonderful groomer, Wage My Tail, what a godsend!This pet grooming school/ Salon is OUTSTANDING!! Really the best!!They are incredible with my little hooligans. The owner, Mina, is one so wonderful. She one in a million. She loves animals .The staff, starting with Pouya, he's professional formative , and very caring.The groomers, what can I say. Professionals the best I've everencountered.Good take your fur babies, you will be glad you did.I know I am❤️😊❤️

As a student and graduate of wag my tails, I could say that the past three months of coming to this school had felt more than just a school. From day one they welcome you with open arms and make you feel you’re not just a student but a friend. I graduated with my certificates but above all I made great friends that have the same passion as I do towards pets.The love and care they all put towards pets seen here at wag my tail blew my mind. I thought I was over caring about pets, I was wrong! Highly recommend people who want to start grooming or even just want their pets groomed should give this place a try. THANK YOU “WAG MY TAIL”! Great place to learn grooming, kind staff. I love the fact that pets are treated with love and compassion. Owner is a great person and makes sure pets are not crated for long periods of time, being an animal lover my self I appreciate that this business is more than just money for the owner.❤️❤️

This company took my dog in when all the other groomers wouldn't!! Great and friendly staff, and they did a fantastic job with her nails!! When I picked her up, my dog was very happy and calm!! Great sign to show me how she was treated!! They trimmed her nails perfectly and they were even filed down so they wouldn't snag on anything!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!PS.It was only $40!! Definitely going back!!

I took my 2 dogs for the first time to Wag My Tail after referral from a friend. I called and they were able to accommodate my 2 dogs the same day, which was awesome, since I have a busy schedule with a toddler! I was greeted by Mina, the owner of the shop, she was very friendly and the ambiance felt right. I requested my hairy dogs get shaved completely since the hot weather is coming. My dogs seemed to get along quite well with her dogs, so I felt at ease dropping them off there. After picking them up, they looked so clean and smelled so good, my toddler said they looked so cute! Thank you Wag My Tail for an awesome job!

I took my Border Collie, Tessa, in for grooming. In the 2 visits so far I was pleasantly surprised! She's never liked grooming but now she came away without being in a rush to leave and at the second visit she walked into the back and to the bathing area before they put a leash on her! Amazing! I took home a completely relaxed, well-groomed dog.They were attentive to all of the small details I gave them about my dog and recorded them in their computer so that they didn't have to be repeated with any subsequent visit.Zero complaints. Kudos all around.

I was so impressed by the service.Not only they pick up my poppy, they did an amazing job on grooming my poppy. She came back home happy and beautiful. The following time she saw the owner Minuchka , she was so happy, that was good proof she had great time at the shop and was treated great by the staff.

My experience was spectacular and Mina (the new owner) was a real stand-up individual. No, there aren't dogs running into the street. Normally I'm not a big reviewer but in cases like these I feel as though I have to defend a business I feel is running beautifully. If they were perfect they'd be charging me a lot more I'm sure.

Been going there for years, before the change of ownership. The staff is amazing. I absolutely love the owner Mila. They follow my directions for styling my baby who's very important to my husband and I. I'm very picky so I appreciate that they do exactly as I ask. Very clean establishment and professional groomers.

I took my very matted Snowshoe crazy, I will bite and scratch you cat in. I stayed while she was shaved down to a sleek smooth finish. This was the first time she didnt have to be drigged. The staff at this school were patient, kind and very experienced. They suggested I keep her hair short, best advice ever. I will be back :)

This place is very unsafe. Do not take your dogs here. I attended this place for dog grooming school. It's dirty, people who don't know how to groom or handle dogs are working on your dog. It is not safe it doesn't matter if it's cheap your dog will end having to go the emergency room do not take your dogs here I'm sorry to say this because some people who work here are nice like the owners daughter but they really aren't a safe place to take your dog if u want to go to dog grooming school it is good because u have hands on experience but customers need to know that people who do not know what they are doing will be working on your dog and the teacher does not watch u closely and approve dogs before they go out while in school there I saw girl's washing a dog spraying it in the face which isn't safe if water gets in your dogs nose it get in its lungs they weren't handling the dog right and no teacher said anything the students were telling them to stop I've seen dogs go home with shut stuck to their but I've seen people drop dogs from the table dogs being cut cuz students don't know what their doing. It's inhumane and u should just buy soap and ear cleaner and clean your dog yourself or take it to a real salon.

This salon is very unsafe. None of the groomers including the owner know what they’re doing as far as safety goes. Ask any groomer in the area and they will tell you horror stories about this place. I wish they would be sited and closed down. There are multiple accidents every month, escaped pets, and unapologetic injuries caused there. If you want quality grooming at a decent price, drive an extra 20 minuets and go to the Pawlor in Arcadia. Seriously.

Great prices and my chihuahua came out looking amazingly gorgeous! My chihuahua wants to rip my hand off when I try to clip his nails so I bring them here & I have no idea how these people manage to do it but im so glad i keep coming back.🙏🐈🐕

My new German Shepherd neutered male mix Jackson loved the red carpet treatment he got at the under new management Wag My Tail led by Mina! Jackson got along great w/ Mina's canine welcome crew of 3 smaller dogs upon check-in, with them just sniffing each other our despite the huge size difference between him and the 3 petite dogs. Jackson at first was nervous about getting groomed by new faces, especially since he just came from getting his half-year oral Bordetella shot at a Granada Hills veterinary clinic. However, Mina & her patiently diligent assistant did an excellent job trimming & de-shedding my 68 lb furbaby, as he relished getting his soothing bath this July 18, 2018 Wednesday afternoon! Jackson enjoyed his time so much in the new WMT (even getting treats hand-fed to him along w/ Mina's 3 pet dogs after his walk-in afternoon session - w/c took only around 2 hours 20 minutes), Mina actually volunteered to accompany me & Jackson to the front door, because my pup simply did not want to leave his new friends & pampering spot! The credit card machine also ran smoothly, and the reception area decor is whimsically funny! Although I will miss the old WMT family (led by George who lovingly groomed my late blind Collie/Chow/Rottweiler spayed female mix Lexi, who peacefully passed on in late 2017), I do appreciate the revitalized look and changes (ex. Security cameras installed & screen monitors visibly working at reception area) that make the 2018 WMT a positive evolution of a long-time local neighborhood brand. Long live WMT and the new generations of animals (ex. They expertly & securely groom cats too!) it is pampering!

Take Patches my cat here every 2 weeks for her nails/claws and they are great with her. The owner and staff are all pet friendly and can't say anything bad about them. My go to place.

I have taken Bailey there for a little over a year their employees are very GOOD Bailey seems very Calm and Happy And she Look Good That makes me happy and the Prices are very reasonable. I would gave them A+ and from 1 to 10 I gave them a 10

My experience at wag my tail was horrible. I walked in to an empty store was looking around and someone came out and asked what are you doing ? Can I help you? I was like yeah this is dog washing place correct? The man responded yes but we are not open...I responded, Well according to Google you are open and he door was open and there is a flag that says "pet grooming" i'm just wondering what kind of Tujunga drug front this place actually is.

The staff seemed very friendly,howevermy dog eyes were sprayed with some chemical. I delivered my dog in greathealth and now he can't even open his eyes.
