You might as well rename it to a homeless shelter or pantry at this point. In my 3 min minutes there 3 shoplifting incidents while the manager watches on helplessly. It's not his fault, they are letting it happen - the city, government, and corporation. Very sad that this used to be a family friendly pharmacy, you can grab ice cream and feel safe. Guess who is subsidizing for all this theft - YOU, the paying consumer. I saw ridiculous prices and people lined up to pay for these items while others dropped deodorant down their pants and walked out with no care. I saw a 25 cent stalking hair cap for $12.99. I ripped my coupons and walked out in less than 3 min. We have to stop letting this happen. I will not shop at these places that let this happen and I'm certainly not paying higher prices so others can steal.

I've been going here for 30 plus years and I'm hopeful that you will be here 30 more. Most of the time I get in and out with what I need. Employees at the pharmacy or up front lately need some morale boosting meetings. Side conversations amongst employees need to stop unless it's about business at hand. Sometimes front check out is slow. You have the best ice cream hands down like chocolate malted crunch.The pharmacy is inconsistent with service and having the medication. Many times they haven't had the meds which is a serious issue. Yesterday they didn't answer the phone. I have made my life easier by signing up for pharmacy text service. Got the text when meds are ready.The store is clean and isn't too crowded when I'm there.Self check out is handy.

I have never gotten such a run around from a pharmacy. I was told they couldn't take my insurance over the phone so I had to go in person to show them card Then I was told they needed authorization which I confirmed this last Sunday that they got in so they order my meds which I confirmed on Tuesday they had them in but they wanted my doctor to confirm dosage so I had to wait again and now today they say I now need authorization again from insurance so I call my insurance and meds are still authorized and while on call with insurance my doctor office calls to tell me the pharmacy says there is a shortage nationally and they can not fulfill my meds. Soo where did my meds go that came in on Tuesday? Who has my meds!! Worst pharmacy on blaming others and switching story over and over again! Glad there is better options with CVS!

I would give it no star. Pharmacy service bad! Not going to waste my time explaining my experience. All i will say is i was past on like i wasn't important to care for. And made me wait, so they can deal with a much more frustrated customer. No thank you! My request was for a simple flu shot. I had no problem, no issue, no complaints about this store ever until yesterday.

Very let's say unenthusiastic employees, sometimes you walk in an no one around. Self check out machines never seem to work, and if your self checking out it is very touchy and will ring you twice. If that happens you can't void, you have to wait for the 1 overwhelmed annoyed employee to come over a reset. Most times I come there it is very unpleasant to say the least.

Pharmacy is horrible. They say wait one hour and then you arrive one hour later and they say several days to fill. It has happened several times to me. Then they start to speak armenian when they are clearly talking about you. Very unprofessional.

Went today with shoulder pain and went to the Pharmacy to see if I could get some advice. Both women there were too busy in their conversation to see me so I had to interrupt them. I asked what I could take for a possible pinched nerve and after they spoke to each other in Armenian, let me know that there was nothing. I needed a prescription. I let them know I just needed something for pain since my appt was the next day. Both just shook their head and said there was nothing. One just walked off and I asked if there was anything that I could take, Tylenol, anything. Again, the 1 still standing there said no. Not even follow up questions or suggestions. Extremely unhelpful. I bought some Aleve and pain is gone. If they are going to have people there, they should atleast hire personable people that are willing to help. 2 stars only because the cashier was nice.

Won't match online price or price match local competition this location had a price that was 30% higher then both their advertised online price and local competition such as Target.Cashier had an unprofessional demeanor and appearance as his face looked like a human pin cushion and had a particularly smug attitude.Store then made me wait over 10 minutes to hand me only half of the receipt. Would not recommend this location as they are disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely overpriced

Just started with Blue Cross and was getting low on meds, had yet to see PTP. Nurse from BC sent in a 30 day prescription but forgot to include one. Karen, the pharmacist, contacted BC and had to leave a message, she tried later and the nurse wasn't in. Karen kept trying and finally after 4 days got through and my prescription was ok'd. Karen went out of her way to help and was very nice the whole time. Thank you Karen

Bad customer service, my prescription is never ready by the time I get there even when I call ahead of time. I've always had issues at this pharmacy. Would not recommend go somewhere else.

The wait for my prescription was ridiculous. They asked for my name and then walked away and answered about 6 calls before she actually handed it to me. She was also rude when asking for my insurance card. Sadly this is the closest Rite Aid to me.

Either hire more people or close the store because the dude at the register said we couldn’t get ice cream because he didn’t want to leave the register. Excuse me I want ice cream I buy from your store and you deny me ice cream. It’s cold rude of you, I wish I had a picture of this man. Shame on you.

This rite aid is always clean.they have many different products,always stocked up, if customers are backed up long line they call for another checker..i recommend this store to anyone
