Decided to stop coming here & shop at Pet Supreme instead. It seems like every time I come here everyone hates their life & has an attitude. Sucks cause I use to shop here all the time because they’re so close to my house. Not sure what happened over the last few years but I won’t be going back. I would rather drive 20 minutes away rather than 5 to feel welcomed rather than feeling like I don’t belong.

All of the reviews here that say the staff is great are fake! They have never been welcoming and actually at times, just plain rude. It's been this way for the past 25 years that I have been going here. Because of the low prices and selection, I just sucked it up and ignored the lack of service. Now, that their prices have gone up, I am now looking for alternatives for my pet supplies.

Henco has it all . And the people that work there are the nicest and most helpful. However the cat condo I paid 300.00 for after 6 months is already coming apart . Yes it looked great but the carpet is so cheap it's already messed up.. for that price im shocked. Last one I had took 3 years for any wear to be seen. Poor quality think twice .

Pet and livestock food and supplies warehouse. Clean, well stocked, good prices and fast in and out. Open business hours and Saturday. Open hours are less than I want, but workable.

I like the place. Their prices seem fairly decent. Plus, its so close to where i live. Which makes it very handy. The guys will help load the heavy stuff in the car for you without even asking them. Everyone there has always been very helpful.

A hidden gem. Truly an amazing, family run, small business. They have everything you need need for pretty much every type of animal, from to livestock to hamsters. Ohh and the prices can't be beat. Definitely cheaper than the big name stores. If you're looking for great prices on pet/animal, supplies and food, do yourself a favor and head to Henco. You won't be disappointed.

I have been to A LOT of different feed stores. I was very impressed with Henco! Huge warehouse full of anything you could possibly need for your livestock or pet. Horses to gerbils. Pricing is very good and tons of stock available. You have to see it to believe it. I will certainly be back!

I love the shop, love the selection of variety items they have & the prices are great. However, their customer service really needs to be worked on. Walked into the store and on my way in I bumped into one of the workers, she looked at me and didn’t say hello.When I was waiting in line to be checked out, the same lady who ignored me was talking to the cashier about her romance life, both were too busy talking & laughing to even acknowledge me. The 3rd cashier was reading a magazine. While I was being checked out none of them talked to me, the cashier struggled to even tell me my total.Mind you, this isn’t the first time this happens. It’s a shame that such a cool shop has employees who lack on something so crucial.

I'm writing this mainly to clarify the other review. Henco is most aptly described as the Costco of pet supplies. They are a warehouse, not a pretty retail store front. They don't have a catalog though, I admit, it would be handy. I've spoken to them about it numerous times but I see their point, with the prices of feed and grain changing as rapidly as the price on the gas pump, printing a catalog of tens of thousands of items that would be literally obsolete the day it came off the press, isn't very practical. What they do have is the largest selection of small animal food and products anywhere in the valley. I've been a customer for over 20 years and they have never failed to find and order anything I've needed or wanted if they didn't already carry it and usually within a couple days. If you want a lot of hand holding, you should probably try a regular retail pet store. If you know what you want or if its hard to find and price matters, this is the place.

I love henco, its like a Costco but for your pets. They literally have anything for cats, dogs, rabbits, horses, chickens and more. They also have things for wild life, I get wild squirrel food here. This place is amazing, can feel overwhelming with all the options but you can always ask the people who work there for suggestions. They have A LOT of knowledge about the products.

I've been going to Henco for decades. Staff is great. Endless choices for dog and cat food. A places for getting supplies for birds, horses, reptiles and other critters. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend this pet supply warehouse to everyone

First time coming here. I was impressed with the variety and amount of products they have for Dog, cats, chicken, horses and so on. Large warehouse friendly staff. Good prices on 50 pound bags of food for any animal. I think this is my new store 👍🏻

Best place to buy bulk catfood and cat litter. Everyone is always really nice. And very knowledgeable and helpful when you have questions about their inventory. You can also get meds there.

I like this store they have a wide variety. I thought some of the employees were racist because they did not treat me right when I asked a question but I see that other people also has some problems with the employees. Lately they have been nicer. Maybe they read the comments here.

Great service, One employee in particular (Mike) was extremely helpful and guided me to the best solid food I could get for my puppy. I'm happy to say she is having great poops and is a total bundle of energy as she's supposed to be!

I love this place. Been coming here for years. If you live with a critter, from house pets to live stock, and need food, bedding, medicine, shampoo, you name it - they have it! The staff is knowledgeable. The products are quality. The prices are good.

Henco is a large mom and pop feed supply and pet supply store. They have everything you will need to keep poultry, and farm animals. As well as most things needed for pets. The staff is friendly and helpful.
