Came in looking for a specific brand of food that is not at some pet supply places. They had it and to my surprise, they had it on sale too. Score! Their customer service was great and they answered my questions about grooming services as well. I am loyal to a nearby "pet boutique" but will be returning to Rusty's too. I was pleasantly surprised at how big their who operation really is.

I have been going here for at least 15 years. They accept me as walk in Everytime. Never have I been turned away. They do baths only, so I do take him once a month somewhere else for a haircut, but I love Rusty's . My baby is always excited and happy when we go there and when I pick him up. They take good care of him and get him super clean. They also give you the option of using your own shampoo and products. BONUS***katsu sushi next door and you might get to meet Sean Michael Murray or another celebrity at pick up. Lol

Fantastic pet supply shop. Helpful and friendly staff. Low prices and great selection - no wonder they've been in business for like 40 years.Better prices than Petco and this seems like family run operation.

We love Rusty's they have a very knowledgeable staff with a wide selection of quality foods. They helped out many times when we've had food issues or what not with both our cat and dog. We used their groomers for our dog many times and she always came out happy. Would definitely recommend if you live in the area.

Rustys always does a great job with grooming and their prices for the retail items are always very fair. They have extensive hours and their staff is very helpful.

Been going to Rusty's for years. Pretty much any kind of dog food one might need and ample supply of supplements and treats. The staff has always been courteous and helpful with me and the owner's always been a decent human being. Hours are convenient as well for picking things up on way home from work. Being able to park in the lot is also good as paring is at a premium in this area. Good locally owned business to support.

This place is great! I was looking to switch my dogs brand of food and wasn't sure if he would like what I was getting. The staff gave me a free 5lb bag to see if he liked it, which he did. Never had a pet store do that. They also have a loyalty program so after buying a certain amount of the same dog food, you get a free bag. great prices, great staff and now a loyal customer.

Rusty's carries a wide variety of a lot of items for pets. They deliver or you can get curbside pickup and the prices are decent. The only reason I don't give five stars is that the staff isn't very friendly. I've been shopping there on a fairly regular basis for over 15 years and always feel like it's a bother for them to help me. This does not include the owner who is great, or Rusty himself who is everyone's friend.

They are amazing. So helpful. Fair. But today topped it all. During cv19 when things are open, they will come to my car to get my pup to do her nails and drop her back to my car. No contact. (She’s been difficult to do without someone holding her for me.) Thanks Rustys! Highly recommend!

Took my bully there for a nail trim and they took her in right away. Also love the buy 2 get one free on the treats. Well worth checking out. Friendly helpful staff.

I go for the groomer and CANNOT say enough WONDERFUL things about them! The guys have a wonderful demeanor. My dogs don't like other people, but they're totally cool with these guys. Prices are good, too. I will be going to Rusty's for a loooong time! 😊

These guys are GREAT! always had good interactions with all of the staff. Last week I asked if they could donate any food for the animal shelter in Burbank (I'm an adviser with the Animal Rights club at John Burroughs). They just called and Filled my SUV with dog and cat food!!!! can't wait to drop it off at the Burbank shelter tomorrow (so I can see out my back window!!!) :):):)

Great service! Wonderful selection. The prices are so much more affordable than PetSmart! We often get free products when we come with our pups. Highly recommend!

Seems like a good place but the staff and owner came off like I was causing an inconvenience to them by being there. They also are tow-happy. I was towed after buying stuff there leaving it in the parking lot to check out other stores nearby. Apparently buying their products isn't enough to be considered a customer.

Attitude spells out performance. Big isn't better in this case. You would think taking over a parking lot and all the retail spots would be a sign of success, not true in this case. I didn't feel welcome when I shopped for my dogs and is all business. When one of the young men asked if I had tried a bulls boner for my dogs to chew on I said it's to hard. He said they had great feedback from customers. I asked if my dogs didn't like them could I return them. He said sure. We'll they (the dogs) didn't, so I returned them and was helped by a different person and he advised me that they could only issue a store credit. I asked if that was the stores policy and he said yes. So I gave them the boners back and left, not to return. If a store's policy is not to make a customer happy I take my business elsewhere. R

I love the employees that work there. Always personal and friendly. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't shop there. The owner on the other hand is very impersonal and rude. Never greets the customers or interacts with them. He never has a smile on his face and never seems to appreciate his loyal customers.

I would give zero stars but I have to put one. You have to ask someone to escort you to their frozen which do not have the prices visible. I was not allow to bring my dog in because of his breed, even though he has been trained as a service dog. the Person behind the counter was on their cell phone. Really not worth the drive. I’m half way between two pet stores. I’ll be heading to the other where my dog is welcomes and their frozen is not locked up where I have to wait for their sales person to be done with their cell phone task.

This is where I get cat and dog food and other supplies. I always carry stuff out to my car for me if I need help and they offer. Their hours are good and works for me.
