Was very bad, I showed a picture and explained what I wanted for my dog , the groomer said he could do it, I was charged $100 and he was inexperienced and did a very bad job. It looks nothing like the picture, did hurt my dogs paws, brought her with the hair all in her face. He could said that he is not use to this kind of hair cut ( simple Maltese cut) . I’m even mad with my self that I paid, because I was embarrassed and didn’t want to make a scene, but I shouldn’t have paid. I saw a lot more problems when we got home

I booked with Damien who used to groom our other dog because not only does he do an excellent job with grooming,he also recommends products that we can use ourselves for home.We adopted Oliver(malamute/husky)the end of the summer and didn’t know if he ever was groomed and how he would act.Damiem recommended which package he needed.Oliver looked fantastic plus he enjoyed the grooming

I’ve been using Petco grooming for years. I moved and I still drive out of my way to come to this specific Petco because I love the groomers and they love my dogs. They take great care of both of them and are so helpful in all the extra stuff I ask them to do for my one dog and her sensitive skin issues. Give these guys a raise! They deserve it!

Made an appointment for this location at 8am and arrived at 7:45am just in case they needed time to add vaccination records. Another petco employee arrived and we both waited outside as the doors were locked, and only the manager has keys. The manager arrives, asks me if I have a grooming appointment and what time its for (I tell her 8, as it is already past 8). She lets the employee in and they lock the doors behind them. A few minutes later she unlocks the door to peek through and say "why don't you wait in your car and we'll let you know when the groomer gets here" (again, it's already past my appointment time and the groomer hasn't even driven there yet). I just went home. Attached my confirmed appointment reminder.

We told the groomer explicitly to not trim our puppy's nails, but they did anyway. He was bleeding and his paws are now covered in blood. He was scared and completely tangled as well. This is disgraceful as we are frequent Petco customers. I am shocked by the lack of service.

Damien is amazing!!!!! He clips my dogs toenails and never goes below the quick and she has black toenails which is harder to clip. Everyone else always makes her bleed. I won't allow anyone else to do it.

I have a very anxious puppy who is difficult to clean or calm down in the best of cases once she gets spooked. Baths are the worst for her. Cody got her clean and she was very happy and bouncy when I picked her up.

This place the worse customer service !My dog had an appointment and the groomer wouldn’t take her , she didn’t even try to get to know my dog ! She said my dog try to bite her which was Absolutely not true ! I waited a week for this appointment , then a lady by the door was not friendly , my dog had an accident and she was so upset ! I tried to apologize and the lady snapped at me !What kind of place is this ? Horrible customer service
