I really enjoy this store. They partner with Tully’s dog training which has been a nice, safe space for my puppy’s group training. The selection of products are great and the staff is helpful and friendly. I also used their grooming services for the first time and was very pleased with everything.

Amanda always does an amazing job with my goldendoodle! One of the best haircuts in LA after trying multiple other groomers She’s a sweetheart and excellent groomer. She’s the best!I would give 5 stars if it weren’t for the pricing. I know everything has gone up but 145 for a cut for my 33 lb golden doodle plus an additional 12 for nail grinding, that should be included in the pricing already is insane

Workers were kind enough to give my bullboxerpit a few samples to try out at home knowing how much of a picky eater he is and not just that also gave mi a solid discount on the very few items I did buy that day! Thank you again for being so helpful with everything!

I went in yesterday to buy a Kong replacement. Told an employee my dog was a power chewer. Was sold an "indestructible" similar product. My dog began chewing off pieces of the rubber within hours. Went back today with the damaged toy to replace with a better one and was told I couldn't get any store credit at all, less than 24 hrs after the original purchase. Total waste of time and money. Go to Petco if you want any sort of guarantee on your products.

Love the crew, but it takes too long. I hate for my do to be there almost all day. The cut is okay, but not the best. The price is to high for the quality of the cut. I don't know if they have experience with long hair dachshunds. The rear end was cut so uneven. I felt embarrassed for my furry baby. Was there 2 months ago. I use to go before the pandemic, but it seems as the staff changed. Looking for other places...

Every grooming (just shower) takes 3 hours. It wasn't only once but 3 times. They bring in the dog 2 hours before that stresses the dog already. And then they start showering and cleaning the dog. Zero communication. They just tell you that's the way it works. Plus, they don't do good grooming. They cut our mini doodle like a doodle even though we communicated very clearly with them. I definitely won't take my dog to that place anymore.

Horrible haircut! She looks like I did it with construction scissors. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Didn’t even cut her nails. I had to ask to go back and fix the cut which made it worse as well as get her nails actually trimmed. Horrible.

The only place for my big dogs to stay healthy. No more trashy food, or pricey rinse off, from the other pet stores. These guys here know ther sh!t. I think my dogs showers, and eats better than I do. Worth it though.

Great store. Very friendly staff. Took my husky for grooming and they are so sweet and caring towards your pets. Sam in grooming is amazing very helpful and was good with my dog and made my dog feel safe and comfortable.

Giving 3 stars because groomer missed one ear and terrible cut on my dogs tail. Too far to drive back for a fix, was only location with an available appointment in time.Update: changing to 1 star because I keep finding missing spots. My pup has spots missing all over, careless job it seems like. I’ll continue using petco for my grooming needs.

I take my two small dogs rocket and tofu for grooming! They do such a great job. The staff is super patient and caring. Rocket and tofu love their raw dog food selections and safe toys!

Had an appointment at 2:00, had my dog in by 1:50. Checked physically on her at about 3:40 and she had not even been seen. They had her in a cage in the back, I heard her barking as I passed their hallway side door. The front desk lady tried to explain their 3 hour waiting policy; I’m sorry I don’t bring my dog 2 be held in a cage due to their over booking. Leslie is great but not again. My dog is not placed in a cage at my home nor will I allow her to b in a cage to be groomed, rather see a happy hair ball than know she’s being held in a cage waiting her turn for a trim. Never again! So sorry for all the pups waiting.

Great place, amazing staff. Grooming is okay! The products are expensive but worth every penny for the quality, as well as, excellent staff. They also host a ton of events which makes socializing your pet easy.

Good first time visiting with my dog for originally a hair cut, but then I was informed about the pros and cons of shaving a double coat for a dog in the summer heat which helps them insulate them from excessive heat/cold. My only issue is that I had some poop bags in my dog leash when I dropped my four legged son (dog) I didn't have any left. At first I didn't know this but when I got home parked and started to walk my dog he went to do his business (#2) and going to grab a poop bag, there weren't any. I had no choice put to leave it there and walk back to pick it up later when I got a new roll. It was just disappointing that I had to find out this for myself then if they would a least tell me they used one or a couple then I would completely okay with it. Other then that Im good with their service just remember not to bring your poop bag dispenser and thats it.

OMG, this pet food store is unreal. The staff are amazing and the selection of food, toys, and other pet supplies is second to none. I also couldn't believe how clean this store is and it smells great inside. I highly recommend you check out this place.

called @ 450 pm spoke to a girl just asked for nail trimming for my pup and was told walk ins by 5:30 pm and they'll see him.. get there @ 5:29 and am told that ever1 has already left for the day when I was told they all start to leave @ 5:45 eventho grooming is until 6:30?!... real good organization and stellar customer service... definitely not going to come here anymore

Amazing place for my doggo bear. He loves the groomers which to me is crazy cause he hates groomers everywhere else and he loves the store associates. And the food... he eats all of it. So happy i found this place.
