Worst ever !! We’ve been taking four dogs there for at least 10 years!! Never again! Manager was rude. I actually was on speaker phone when my daughter and manger were talking. She was very rude and knew nothing. Her answer to all questions was “I don’t know”. They didnt cut the top of the dogs head, tail or feet!! Two dogs were taken in and the other dogs tail wasn’t cut!! Not a good place anymore. That used to be the only place we would go. Do not recommend!!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this groomer. They were very nice and pleasant, but after a few days home, we noticed our dog had razor burn that was starting to scab - we had to take him to the vet twice to help soothe his sores and get some medicated ointment that allowed him to heal. I reached out via their website to inform Bone Sweet Bone about this and ask that at the very least they refund the cost of this groom, but they never replied. I would never take my dog here again - as a company that takes care of animals, I don't trust them and I definitely don't trust that they have any compassion.

Been taking my pup here for a bath for a few years now. The staff is super friendly, professional and they do a great job taking care of my little chihuahua. Even though I moved out of Studio City, I still make the drive over just for this place. Highly recommend. But to the owner: please switch back to the older bandanas you guys used to use. It used to be the highlight of the bath and we could reuse them when we wanted to put something cute on him. The old bandanas were great (the new ones not so much).

I needed to find a new groomer after moving and trusted my instinct (and fellow reviews) and SO happy how great everything was! My dog was overdue for a grooming and they did everything perfectly. He truly looks better than ever and I highly recommend grooming here!!

In 2019, I originally chose this daycare by a simple google search and absolutely fell in love. The staff seemed to really care for my dog and I felt safe with him being there. UNFORTUNATELY, I recently had a horrible experience with the manager (whom I had never seen her before - not sure if she is new).When I arrived to drop off my dog, at 9am, she told me that he had been “nipping” at the other dogs and starting fights the last time he was there (the week prior).My dog will be almost 8 years old, we have been to several different daycares (I travel for work) and have not had one problem.I told her NOT ONE person called me to notify me of this…..had I’d known, I would have picked him up immediately. I said we wouldn’t return and called the newer North Hollywood Location to see if they would be able to take him, ONLY for them to tell me there was a note written about him.I would NEVER want to put MY dog or ANYONE else’s pet in danger. How UNPROFESSIONAL was it to never notify me and keep my dog in an UNSAFE environment.The staff has always been nice, HOWEVER, the owner MUST do better with communication. I had driven there before work and had to make different last minute arrangements due to a LACK of communication.

I have a very large dog. He is a rescue. We haven't had any luck getting him a friend to play with here at home because he isn't friendly with any other animals. I take him for a bath regularly and one of the staff there suggested he be allowed to play with other dogs. I was quite apprehensive but they assured me he would be fine. To my amazement he loves the doggy day care there and playing with the other dogs. I am not sure how they did it but i am forever grateful to them. he still won't let other dogs in our house but he can go to bone sweet bone once a week or so and have a great time socializing. I highly recommend this place. They truly know what they are doing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were coming from out of town and needed doggy daycare for one day while we were visiting Universal Studios. I wish parking was a available, but outside of that everything was wonderful.

This place did an amazing job with my golden and I was so happy to have a groomer who had experience with Golden Retrievers!$110 + Tip for the following:- Sanitary trim- Teeth brushing- Deshedding- Bath- Nail trim (includes under paw shave)

I was so thrilled at first. I thought I had found an amazing groomer after moving to Studio City. For the first two times, it was fabulous. Great service, super professional, and nice quality cut on my Maltipoo. The third time I was treated like complete garbage. Talked to rudely by the staff, and charged $20 more without consent. A bath and cut for my little dog - $59, and they charged me $79 without notice or permission. Besides never calling to just ask if her legs could be cut a bit shorter - THEY made the decision to cut her the way they wanted, and just up-charge me. I could have accepted an apology from the owner - I wrote him an email to let him know how disappointed I was, and he never responded. I called, to make sure he received my email and left word for him to call me. He ignored my call. Shameful. For $20 and arrogantly refusing to talk to me or apologize, they lost us as clients. I will definitely never recommend this business and tell everyone I know what happened here. So disappointed.

I love this place and so does my dog. I take my dog to daycare and have her groomed there. The staff is so nice and patient with my dog especially when they are grooming her. She is a big dog and can be a handful sometimes. The groomer does a great job. She always looks so nice when they're done and she smells good too. The daycare is a life saver for me because my dog has severe separation anxiety so she can not be left alone for very long. I can bring her there and know that she is well cared for and she has such a great time. She comes home happy and tired!!

The staff is super friendly and quickly connect with you and your dog. Greeting you every morning by name is a nice touch and my dog must say to hi each worker before he will go to the playroom so i know he loves it too

My dog Zellie loves to come here!! She gets so excited when we park the car because she knows where we are and loves to see her friends. Everyone on the staff is so courteous, caring, and professional -- you can tell they're truly the best kind of dog people. I'm so glad this place survived the pandemic and cannot recommend it enough for day care, boarding, and grooming. Even on days when Zellie doesn't get groomed, the high standard of cleanliness here means that she smells good after a day of running around with other dogs. There's also a shop with dog food, toys, treats, and miscellany, so it's the perfect place to shop local for your dog!

Like many people who have had great experiences in the beginning, they tend to slack off in the ensuing visits. I have complained about them in the past and unfortunately the owner never tries to resolve the issues. He just ignores anything negative. I love Oscar's grooming but I am moving on to another groomer. Very sad since I have been coming here for 9 years. Took 4 hours for just a bath. They overbook. Just ridiculous!

Love this place. Used to take my dog to Pet smart for grooming. Did not like the way they treated him. Found bone sweet bone and this is my go to spot!!! My dog doesn't act afraid, he's well cared for, and they cut his hair as specified. He looks and smells amazing when he's done!!! I moved to the west side and I'll travel the 20 minutes to bring him here. Thank you bone sweet bone!!!

Everyone has been great and so sweet towards our dog! We have a rescued Rottweiler and didn't have any push back from the staff regarding his breed or being a rescue. The price plus hours work perfectly for us. Even if I get off work a little later, I can still pick him up by 8pm without having to pay extra. Fantastic.

I took my doggie here to get bath & they did an excellent job!! Great grooming experience! They were super nice and sweet! He looks great. The prices are also very affordable! I can't wait to bring him here in the future.

I love their grooming!!!!This is the only place I have been completely happy with. They cut his hair just right. He comes out so happy.I have taken my Maltese to other places and I'm never happy, and neither is he.I highly recommend bone sweet bone.

We take our dogs there for grooming. They do a very thorough job. They ask relevant questions about what the customer's expectations are concerning the shampooing (any allergies) and trimming (length and where trimmed).

Beyond disappointed. This was my first time at an attempt to use a mobile service to bathe my dog (i usually take her to the groomers). I called several companies and bone sweet bone had the best price and good reviews so I decided to book it for this morning. I was very specific about the fact that my dog is a pitbull mix, weighs 70lbs but she is sweetheart. Doesnt even bark. Well, not only were they 1 hour late for the appointment but when the woman arrived outside, she proceeds to tell me she is afraid of pitbulls and refuses to wash my poor dog. She walked away and didn't even apologize and she had an attitude in the process. I called customer service and they were unbothered, couldnt care less and didnt even apologize. Now why would they send someone to give a pitbull a bath knowing that person is afraid of pitbulls? Needless to say, I wont be using their services ever. Careless, useless and unprofessional company. If I could give zero stars, I would. Wasted my time, got my dog excited for nothing and I can't book another appointment with a different company as it is too late. U should really review your business practices.

I brought my Puli (she's a white dog with dreadlocks) there for the first time. I was a little nervous due to past experiences with other groomers.The girl at the front desk was so nice she wrote down my specific instructions on how to shampoo her, what to trim, what not to trim, and when I picked her up......well, she looked exactly the same but she was so white, clean and beautiful. I think Lilla actually felt good as well.I will definitely go back and it's perfect because it's right in my neighborhood and I'm giving back to the community.Thanks, Bone Sweet Bone

My dog & I can't get enough of this place! We LOVE everyone that works at this location. The staff really cares about animals! I have used them for daycare and it great! Lots of space and supervision. I highly recommend them.

Poor customer service, refused to trim dog nails for 15.00 stated mustset up a grooming appointment which will include nail trim. No walk in despite the fact that everything is open now with a mask refused to provide a grooming appointment until Thursday. Representative was not very nice and did not care that I was not happy with the response.

This has happened multiple times on the weekends. They claim they have 24 hour care and service yet nobody is ever there and they never return calls or answer the phone. Just not right and I would never consider letting them care for my dogs for boarding.
