This was my pup's first time bring boarded. He is a 10 month old border collie/lab mix.Heather was so nice and helpful. She made my first time as an anxious dog mom go smoothly. They even called me to let me know about an irregular bowel movement he had. He had so much fun while running around in their huge yard. I definitely will take him back and recommend this to anybody. Thank you, Canine Culture!

Every single person here is absolutely fantastic, and they go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of both you and your fur babies.. we have been here for both grooming and boarding as well as daytime trips and I have been pleased every single time. The facility is clean, the staff are attentive and knowledgeable and really love what they do. One of my pups has separation anxiety and I was really worried about there being issues while they were at the boarding facility but not only were there no problems at all but they kept in contact with me the whole time and made sure that I was at ease. We will be booking a training session soon to work with Gary so that I can train myself to better handle our babies. Much love canine culture, you rockš¾š

I feel very comfortable, and at ease leaving my dog shadow here. They also did a GREAT job on cutting his nails, brushing his pearly white teeth, and giving him a great smelling bath! Thank you so much The Canine Culture Team!

Thank you for your response, however, I spoke with management at length on this matter the first time you groomed my dogs incorrectly and poorly after purchasing the business from Jack. I was refunded and promised my complaints were taken seriously. With this reassurance from you I returned for a second grooming appointment and once again you groomed my dogs incorrectly. One time I can forgive as I did, the second time was not acceptable. Since weāve already discussed these matters on more than 1 occasion I donāt feel further discussion is needed. You know who I am and recognize my dogs photos. I trust your response is nothing more than damage control which I get, but my trust I had in you was broken and I can not and will not endorse your business or change my review.2/16/24: updated review. Since Jack sold the Canine Culture it has gone downhill rapidly. I took my dogs to them twice, both times they were groomed incorrectly. Unfortunately a business Iāve depended on for many years is no longer available and I wonāt be returning. Luckily Iāve found a new groomer Happy Pawz and they are amazing.Original Review: This is the only place I trust with my dogs grooming needs. Jack is so helpful and attentive to our needs, accommodates our appointment time requests. Always returns calls promptly. They are the best. I have 5 dogs they have groomed and still groom. Highly highly recommend, I'd give more stars if I could. Fast forward to 2022, still going there, still loving the service and groomers!

DONāT BRING YOUR DOG TO THESE PEOPLE!!! Never mind the 7 hours they want your dog to be thereā¦for a hair cutā¦something happened to our little guy cause he is not the same. Heās completely different. No energy no personality for the two days after so far. Pictures of before and afterā¦you be the judge.

My mother and I took our puppy Jasper LePaul to Canine Culture for the first time. He of course was scared at first, but after a while he began to warm up to Heather.When we came to pick Jasper up we learned that he really liked Amanda as well. Overall, his first experience was good. We are going to continue to take Jasper to Canine Culture. There is no where else I would board my dogs. The level of care is outstanding. They always come back clean and happy. Iām a local veterinarian. When you need to board your dogs, this is the place to go. 4 paws from Blue and Indigo !!!

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE!!!!! I have been coming here for years when Jack was the owner and never had any issues. There is a new owner and new manager Gary. This past two months I have boarded my dog he has not been feed. The 1st time I asked what happened and the lady at the front desk said that they probably forgot. I don't know how is that an excuse. Forward to today 10/22/23 I just picked up my dog, who for reference he has a food allergy condition and it is on a strick special diet. As they hand me his bag I noticed that all his food was there for the past two days. I asked Gary and he went to find out. His response was that his staff only feed my dog one time on Saturday and only half his food. So he was not feed for a day and half. Then he continues to say that he did got feed today Sunday but can't tell me what he ate because the staff that feed him was gone for the day. Then he says he not sure if he had been feed at all today. Which makes no sense there should be a record of whether he ate or not. I told him that due to his allergies I needed to know if he ate and if he did what was he feed. His response was that I needed answers and he couldn't give them to me. He is the manager in charge it is his responsibility to give me answers. Then his next words worried me even more, in his own words and I quote he said, "it doesn't matter if he ate or not, you can't just feed him". I told him it did matter, how am I not supposed to worry if my dog had been starving for entire time he was on his care. We pay for them to take care of our dogs and his responsibility to insure our pets are being provided the care they need. He tried putting blame on his new staff and kept trying to just push me off to leave. All of this happened outside of the office because he didn't wanted the rest of the customers waiting inside to find out about his negligence. He keep insisting that if my dog ate or not was not a big deal. I kept my calm the entire time and he was getting worked up and kept telling me to just feed my dog at home and that it was pretty much not a big deal. I kept insisting for him to find out if he was giving any other food because the ingredients are very important to ME as a pet parent if my dog happens to have an allergy reaction and needs proper vet care. I don't know how is that so hard to understand, we are talking about the health of my dog, he finally said he will ask the person that was in charge of my dog about what he was feed and for me to just leave and assume that my dog was not feed this whole time and just feed him myself. He said I just wanted to argue and I was not arguing I politely kept telling him how important it was for me to find out if my dog was expose to anything he is allergic to. He jsut walked back to the office said he would find out and call me and it's been an hour and half and still I have not received a call back. Which comes to show how much he does not care about the well being of the dogs under his care. I had many people switch to this boarding location and I will make sure they don't have to go through what my dog was put through this past two times he has stayed there. So be aware because this place cannot be trusted with care of your dogs.

Excellent dog grooming and boarding! On this occasion, Kojak is blowing his seasonal coat and Kimmie needed a shampoo!Kojak came home deshedded, fluffy and clean. Kimmie was super clean and smooth!Both dogs were gorgeous and happy when i picked them up šWe also use Canine Culture for vacation boarding. My dogs are in good care here!

I appreciate the care my dog receives at Canine Culture when I board her there. I left her for training for at over a month and was a little disappointed that she didn't make much progress during that time. The trainer said she had a very short attention span and that it may be hereditary. She is very fearful but when I returned I showed him that when she has her favorite toy she is very focused. If we would have had an opportunity to meet before the training began he would have had all of the information he needed to keep her attention, but because that didn't happen not much progress was made. He did advise me to use the toy in order to get her focused on training and she is much more focused now, but there is more work to do.I appreciate being able to leave my dog when we travel, and I do appreciate the trainer. I just suggest that the trainer should be able meet with the owners before hand to evaluate the situation and have all the tools he needs to get results.

Best place to board dogs.I have been boarding my dogs for about two years. Never seen a facility so clean. They take a personal interest in the dogs. Extremely professional and very friendly. They do everything to make you dogās and your experience the utmost best. Canāt say enough good things about Canine Culture.

I love it! First time kenneling my two dogs, and I walked away feeling 100% confident they were in the best hands. The staff especially delightful - they answer the phone too! Their hours are accommodating to working folks, like me, and their rates are very reasonable. I see why they rate San Joaquin's Best!!!

I absolutely love this place and I think it is the best doggie day spa in town! My 2 German Shepherds get groomed here about once a month. It is definitely worth the money. They are so nice and they really care about all of the animals.

This is one of the only places that I will leave my dogs at and don't have to worry about how they will be. Staff is great and owners are all ways there to help and oversee and also super friendly. I would suggest this location to anyone looking for boarding grooming or training.

Worked on this building . Got to see behind the scenes and if you want your dog to be pampered and well taken care of this place is like dog heaven . I have done work at alot of pounds and shelters and this one is the best i have seen . As in the way the animals are treated and how clean they are 5 star . Dont know about there pricing or availibilty but if u care about your furry companion . I highly recommend this place .I wish i was a dog the Few days i was there

My dog Sydney spent the day in the "doggie day care". I was worried because he had been attacked at the Barklyville Dog Park. He walked in wagged his tale, everyone there was so friendly and nice! He walked off not even looking back at me. I will take him there again!

I've been to a few kenels in my day, but this one is clean, incredibly well organized, run by the most delightful people,the only one that plays music to the dogs that I've seen, it's really cool.

I live in the neighborhood and these dogs do not seem to be cared for on the weekend. Beginning on Friday the dogs bark constantly. They seem to bark until they are hoarse. I would not want my dog to spend 3 days and nights barking. It is pathetic.
