One thing I dislike when you go into a store is that you say hello and Teo ladies standing at the register look at you and don’t even say welcome in this happened today about 2:30 I always feel when I go into this store that Becuase of my color of skin I am not good enough for this store they lost business I was there to buy wood but I’d rather take my buisness somewhere else we’re I am acknowledge and asked if I need help or just a simple hi not look at me and just turn around !

Needed bolts to put together a treadmill. They allowed us to go outside with an assortment of bolts to find the correct size. Found everything we needed. Very nice people!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. They sent someone out for an estimate, didn't tell me there's a $185 up front deposit, he did one quick fix, and told me he'd be back. The lady that is supposed to manage the jobs didn't communicate with me. She told me I'd hear about my job "by the end of the day" only to never hear from her. I finally got a call from my handyman. He told me they're slamming him with work and his phone is getting blown up for him to call customers. Then they scheduled an appointment to do some of my work, he no-showed, and no one ever called me to tell me. I had pulled out everything in preparation for doing the work. Then, instead of coming out and having the handyman do an estimate for work, I was told I needed to crawl up in my attic and send them pictures to see if they could do my job. He should have done this during his first visit. Then I had to drive to the store to ask for my money back. She told me because he did a quick fix they couldn't give me my money back. I was furious. Eventually they refunded my money. Avoid this place like the plague for your handyman needs. It's the most unprofessional, unfriendly, disorganized place I've delt with in a long, long time.

I purchased a 4 foot folding table.it was on sale when I purchased it. Love the table very sturdy. Great for my lives on Facebook. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I actually went back to the store and got another table. I should have bought more for the sale price. They were easy to set up in my room to hold my merchandise. Can’t wait for another sale.

I love this place! they have always had the hardware I needed. when the nearby stores don't have the nut, bolt, or other fastener you need try this Ace Hardware Store, I bet you will find what you need this is my go to store when others fail. I also got a lot of the stuff i needed to build my first 3D Printer and second and third one. I have a new project in mind that I will need some hardware for. A home made windmill that is no bigger than your mailbox but will run your refrigerator by it self with very little wind. guess we will be seeing each other again soon.

I love this place; it has everything without all the hassle of big box stores. The staff are really nice and not to mention they know where everything is. It is so frustrating when you go to HD, and they say ohhh no, we are out of that, and then you go around the corner and find it.

My "go to" Hardware Store ! I sure pray that some big conglomerate never buys this or any of its kind as Ace carries about anything you can imagine, where the big guys do not. Every time I go to either the Ben Holt Ace or the Country Club location the customer service is top notch. Today I went to Ben Holt and John took me exactly to the spot to find a 1/2 cover for my sprinkler head. This is especially good considering the wall of options. I drive further away, past Home Depot to go there and will continue to do so. The customer service is way better! Keep up the good work. You are Aces in my book!

I was trying to two move yards of red bark to the side of my house when I noticed that my wheelbarrow tire was flat. I tried to air it up and noticed that the tire had a three inch rip in it. I went to three stores looking for a replacement: Ace in Rio Vista, Lowe's on Trinity Parkway in Stockton, and Home Depot on March in Stockton. They all had one thing in common a lack of interest in solving my problem. They all tried to sell me another wheelbarrow, but no one cared that I wanted to fix the one I had. The bed of the wheelbarrow was in mint condition. I have had it for fifteen years because I take care of my tools as if they were my children. However, my neighbor borrowed it two weeks ago. My neighbor failed to tell it was broken when he returned it. I am not a throw away and buy a new one sort of person. Anyway, my last try before going online was Ace off hwy 5 in Stockton by the Lumberjack restaurant. The salesperson at the cash register told me what row to look on and said she would send someone to help. Right away I see they don't have the right wheel, but wait they have parts. I find the tire and the tube. Now we're cooking! The guy comes to help and tells me no he doesn't the tire. Then he said but you have all the parts to fix what you have. Next, he asked me if I had a paint key. I said no, so he went and got me one. Then, he said that there is a guy on YouTube that show how to replace the tire on my old rim. I walk out the store with everything I needed to fix my wheelbarrow parts and information. I am now a happy woman. I recommend if you want your questions answered go to this Ace Hardware. Thanks for listening to my long story about my beloved wheelbarrow.

i live just around the corner from ace hardware store i only been inside the store one time and i really liked how the atomsphere was when i walked in they didnt harass me or kept eyeing every move ive made and even when i had called them on the phone before i made it there someone answered the phone after thec2nf ringer which was grest to know thst theyre always ready for business and they answred sll my questions about if they had a certain product in stock they did and reasonable prices too plus the guy said when i was about to hang up he said ok well just come on over to our store ill help you with whatever you need ok i saud ok sure and when i went thrre the guy knew that i was the perdon onnthe ohone awhile begore hahahaha i thought thst was cool too but yes very goid store to grt all of your supplies to grt ur oroject fone rigjt thank you ace hardware see ya guys soon..!!

Always happy at Stockton Ace. Not only is the staff nice and helpful, I enjoy that I can usually find what I want (at a small neighborhood store) without having to deal with the uselessness of Home Depot staff. Also, this store provides high class "Handyman" work.

Asked for help getting down furnace filters, waiting 15 minutes, no one shows. I went to front of store and stated that I still needed help, finally someone helped. Don't go to the Ace store on Benjamin Holt Dr, not helpful at all😞
