I picked up my birthday cake yesterday morning. Who ever decorated the cake did a magnificent job. I love the roses and the details that went into it. I can tell that he or she took their time and didn't rush through it. I order my cakes here all the time. Again, who ever decorated the cake to a wonderful job.I just wanted to add that, we just picked up my moms birthday cake. This savemart location always does a magnificent jobs on our birthday cakes. 5 stars for this location. I highly recommend this bakery for your future celebrations.

Sometimes good deals sometimes not . customer service is absolutely terrible. If you happen to find a deal that is marked down, they will question that severely and most likely not even give you the marked down.price. Why they're wasting your time with you at the checkstand. I almost feel like I'm a criminal trying to pull a scamTo save a dollar or two.

I recently moved close to this location an it’s very convenient for me to shop here. I go at least twice a week for either baby food or just random groceries. I’ll wear my Pendleton jacket one day and the employees will always follow me around or give me shady looks as I shop. Even when I decide to use self check out I still get rude service. YET I’ll change my jacket the next visit and get completely different service.I Literally bought milk, cinnamon rolls and firewood and they thought i was going to steal by sending some teenager by the door cause I grabbed my firewood last.STRAIGHT PROFILING EVERYTIME.

I got poisoned by an expired product from this save mart location. If you still decide to go here, make sure you check the dates of everything you grab. I will not put my health at risk again, i am choosing Safeway on pacific avenue.

The staff greets you, they sanitize the shopping carts, they are professional, caring, friendly. The quality of food is awesome. I'm a customer who comes here quite often with my son& I. We both love the store. They have reward points, the prices aren't high and there's a great selection of groceries.

Clean, safe and stocked. Haven't been to a savemart yet that hasn't been following protocols and clean. Staff here are friendly and adapt well. I'm hard of hearing and recently had cochlear implant surgery. Deli staff work with me and were patient with me. It was great. Thank you all.Update 8/27/2022Still the great store.

I really like this store. It's always clean and very organized. They have a really nice deli and bakery and they make sandwiches. Employees are really nice and always ask if I need help finding something or just a greeting "Good morning how are you?" You get out pretty quick. If there is a line forming they will open registers. They care about their customers!

I love all of the people that work there. They always help me to my car and put my groceries in for me. The Manager does a fantastic job running the place . He's been there quite a while. As long as Joe is the boss I will keep going back. Shelves are always full, neat and clean. Prices are bout the same as Safeway with far superior customer service. It's been my favorite store for about 12 years.

The customer service is exceptional. Employees greet you with a smile and offer great customer service often without even having to ask. Eager to assist you on your shopping adventure, the employees at this particular save mart make shopping not no horrible. The cleanliness of the store is amdlso exceptional. I find parking reasonable and the store is never really "busy." Would I send a visiting family member there? Absolutely.

Really sweet and welcoming staff. Some things can be on the pricier side but they do have quality goods. I usually get sweets and deserts for parties and they always got well priced cookies/cupcakes which is great.

Very Clean and Very well organized store. Prices were average, variety was plenty and the sales helped a lot! Lines were long during this visit but moved rather quickly! Staff was friendly and helpful! Will shop this location again soon!

The review is not based on the cleanliness, service or selection...all of those are good. It's the prices. Rarely do I shop there and it amplifies the almost repulsive difference in price on EVERY item I purchased. Some items had a $3 difference compared to other stores. I cant believe the prices...sorry Save Mart. You're a plane that is bound to crash..its only a matter of when.

Never too busy you can't do your shopping at peace. If you like to do your own check out, they have a 15 item limit... That's quite good to know unless you want to get stuck in there

One register open and the cashier was having the longest conversation with a customer. I got no greeting stood there for 5 minutes gave up and used the self check out instead which constantly requires an employee override! I won't be going back to this location!

Expensive . Not really a good layout, can never seem to find things. The bakery Dept is good and so is the seafood. Do not care for the meat Dept choices. Although they now have self check out lanes be prepared to wait. No one seems to move very fast or offer much service.

I go to this Save Mart often. They have quality grocery and the deli is amazing. I've seen cashiers come and go especially the good ones 😕 who were so helpful. Erica who has been there FOREVER should adjust her attitude , she walks around with a B resting face. Asking her for help is not worth my time.

I couldn't find very many cold drinks. I needed water but there was none cold. The delly was great. Got what I needed really quick with good customer service. So good lunch but warm drink. All in all not bad.

It's Ok. Store has a weird smell that lingers, old flooring, walls that could use painting. Prices are more expensive than its targeted competitors. Fruits and veggies are either great tasting or looking past due. Workers are friendly. Seriously update the store it's been looking bad inside since 2001.

Hi! Was being helped at the check out by a young white man, who seems to have this idea that grocery shopping is the perfect place to push his political ideals into his customers. I can tell that me and his peers where uncomfortable. Judging by the state of the world right now, people just want to get through the day. If this is how save mart allows their workers to treat their guests AND their peers then, I can only imagine how they treat each other behind the scenes. Sad to know that even save mart is not a safe, comfortable, and friendly place to shop without having someone’s political views pushed onto them. This particular employee knows how to make someone uncomfortable.
