The staff is totally awesome, I had only a few minutes before closing and I called to see if I would still be able to get in the store, not only did they say yes but they were able to grab the items I needed & have it at the register waiting for me.

My chonky boy needed a new harness. We picked a super cute one. I did put it on him backwards though lol. One of the workers pointed it out and told me how it went haha. Very friendly staff. Another worker asked if we found everything okay. Overall good experience 😌 my old man has a new harness that makes him look young. Hehe. As you can see, he was all smiles once we got outside. 😊😁❤️

I go here on a regular basis. I also use the Banfield Hospital for my pets. I love to go and see pet for adoption on the weekend. I highly recommend this store. They even match their online prices in the store. I got large metal crate for my baby Pitbull for $ 40.00 because the matched the online price.This is still a wonderful place to shop for fur babies. It was open on Easter also.

PetSmart is the greatest I mean how could you deny, whether a dog a cat or a turtle they'll keep your pets feeling fly! I mean the service is excellente comparable to Pace picante, they've got food for pets named Sam Jerry Hildegard or Dante! And quite frankly even for a human the food is not just so-so, I mean I eat animal food all the time cuz it's so delicioso!

ANABEEL does not deserve to work at PETSMART!!! I ordered a fish tank set (new) and when I arrived to pick it up she wanted to give me the one on the dirty and dusty display, I told her I didn't want that one and she got angry, she told me rudely that she was going to cancel my order without giving me more options!! Bad customer service.

Came in looking for a blood red parrot fish cichlid. Easy to find, and employee asked if I needed help almost right away while I was looking at the parrot fish tank. They all looked healthy. Tanks were clean.

So we drop our dog off for a grooming, and while the dog looks pretty good, the employees, one by one by one, refused to help us take him home. One multi-pierced sourpuss ORDERED us to pay up at the front of the store. We do that, come back to get our dog, and she bellows, "I've clocked out, I can't get your dog. ". Not more than two minutes after she threw us out the first time. Not only are the piercings unprofessional and disgusting, she has an attitude to match.

Rescued a kitten from the pound here. Good place. It was a free pound kitty. Have him now for over 6 years. They have different foster shelters that rotate every two weeks or so. The ones from the pound are free, others are usually $85 depending on the shelter. Not sure if they still do this but before Covid19 every Saturday the Stockton pound would bring dogs to adapt and set up in front of the store. If your looking for an animal to adopt this would be a good place to start.

Large pet shop that carries a wide selection of food and supplies for most animals. Veterinary services in the back of the store. Fish, birds and other small animals are for sale. Cat adoptions are in the front of the store. Prices are competitive and sales items can be found throughout the store.

-GROOMING-Previously marked at 5 stars but down graded it to one star. This is mainly directed towards the grooming department. I had to wait 2 weeks for my dogs appointment on a 4th of July weekend. Altered plans so I could get my older Golden Retriever in for a grooming. As I had brought in my dog at 2:30, I was told the appointment will take 3 to 4 hours. 3 hours goes by and I receive a call from the groomer and I was told to pick up my dog now, he is too aggressive, trying to bite her. I told her I would be right there. I get there and there's zero interaction from the groomer, here's your dog and I was told of some policy of aggressive dogs. So the history of my dog, the mellowest thing on earth. Never had one issue with him ever. I asked "why was he locked in a cage for 3 hours and then I get a call that the grooming has been cancelled. Her answer was that she had other dogs. Well if I was locked in a cage with no food, water for 3 hours and no where to go to the bathroom, I'd be a little angry also. A previous grooming visit also netted a very unprofessional response. Upon halfway through the grooming, I was called and asked by the groomer for a tip, more money to complete. I said no and within 15 minutes he was finished. Picked him up with mats in his coat. Thought that was just a one off incident but apparently its ran by whoever happens to be working that day. Save your money and take your business somewhere else. I've heard similar stories from other customers. The store portion is good, the grooming portion is terrible. Adding on that later I did find that my dog's ear was knicked with clippers or whatever was used.

Maybe If their employees weren’t too busy talking in the aisle all together just three rows down for me, maybe I would of actually had some assistance and left with something I needed. I sat in the same aisle for 40-45 mins reading the back of the labels of every product with not one employee coming to ask if I needed any help. The only time an employee spoke to me was when I was already on my way out and she said “hi just so you know we close in 1 minute” - yea, thanks

I love stocking up during their sales. The only thing I wish they would have mentioned at least once in the hundred or so times I've been in there is, the bonus points/rewards at the bottom of the receipt. Looking back at old receipts, I missed out on a lot of free stuff because the rewards expire.

First time there. Never seen so many bones for the dogs. Not bad prices, either. Seen them twice their price other places. Terrific selection of beds for both if my dogs. Different styles and colors , too. Even got pets to adopt. Cool. Saw groomers in the back . They were super busy. They must be good . Not common to see so many animals in leash in one place. I'll be back. One stop shopping.

This is a clean store in a good location. Usually seems fairly well-stocked of most items. But their live fish department is weak compared to other petsmart stores around! They had a major crash of there whole aquarium system several months ago and they have never seemed to get their fish department back fully stocked or healthy looking since. The live reptile department is weaker than nearby stores as well.They do seem pretty good about quickly opening up additional registers if the checkout lines get long and the employees usually friendly.
