I've been coming to this store regularly. However, it's been 3 months, and they do not have any carts whatsoever. I have to carry my own shopping goods throughout the store, which limits me. They also don't offer bags either so we the customer are left to carry all goods again.

I love Petco!!! The staff is wonderful and caring! My fur baby absolutely loves Mariah. She is gentle and knows what to do without me asking too many questions...Stephanie the front end manager is awesome... if the store is out of something shell take your number and call you when it comes in...Some stores say they will call you but never do.Petco gets an A+...😉👌🏽

They have a great grooming service. It is a little pricey, but worth it. For the first visit, bring your pets rabbies vaccination documentation.

I was so happy when I had my baby's nails trimmed here. So I decided to trust them to give him a bath and a trim. Big mistake. The groomer called me and told me she couldn't finish grooming my dog because he was so scared. Well my husband was there waiting I have no idea why they called me. When my husband got him home he wasn't finished. His feet still have long hair, she chopped his hair all up under his tail and around his bottom (which wasn't supposed to be cut) and to top it all off, she cut the hair off his wee wee and there are 2 nicks back by his butt. I am so displeased he will never go there again. I would put the pics up but there is no way to do it.

I have always liked this petco location because it is always clean and well stocked. While that was true again on my visit today, I was really upset that on checkout the sales associate tried to talk me out of my purchase of a well-known and well-loved cat treat because she “heard they were really bad for cats”. I did not appreciate being judged and having to justify my purchases to her. If there were a legitimate reason for concern (there isn’t for this product, just a general don’t feed if your cat is allergic warning) she should discuss that with her store, not the customers.Thankfully, I did not listen to this sales associate’s “advice” and instead am currently watching my cat eat the treats, the first solid food product he has been excited to eat in a week after recovering from an illness that caused unhealthy weight loss.

The groomer completely butchered my puppy’s haircut. She is unrecognizable. Stated my puppy had a hard time, and instead of stopping the cut, she completely shaved her fur down. So incredibly unhappy and will never take my puppy back. Will definitely tell everyone to avoid Petco grooming. Including a before and after photo.

They suggested to me to sign up Petco vital care and I could cancel anytime but did not tell me that it takes a year from when I signed up to cancel. So I’m gonna get charged every month for a year. Be careful when signing up

I HATE THIS PLACE! I got a little bearded dragon, as u see in my pfp, and it was sick. I went to the manager and told them it was sick! I was doing all the steps right, and she still said it was dead after. Well it looked healthy then got sick again, and my dad didn’t have a receipt. A girl there knew this lizard, and I knew if I asked her she would know I purchased it! On the thirty first of October, this lizard died after my school day. I would never recommend petco and never go here again. BEWARE OWNERS! Especially when you buy lizards from that place, they look miserable.

Workers are terrific. Petco is generally horrid and I would like to stop being asked about Vital Care. It is worthless, overpriced for so little value, and there’s a reason your stock price is in the toilet. You know a Reddit exists about you, right? Treat your workers better, have better living areas for all your animals (including bettas), and put your employees first. Employees. I am a customer telling you to put your WORKERS first. Because they are the bikes who have to do all the work and take all the abuse because of your failing company

There's a need for bathing accessories: Leash/vest to hold the pup/canine (adult) in the tub that allows the covered part to also be washed. Along with many others for first time owners, including a detachable shower head/hose to rinse the pup/canine.

Love coming here. My pets are treated so well. The staff is extremely helpful and down to earth. I usually have a kid with me and they all know Wendy. She is truly amazing. She is beyond patient with them and will take them through the store answering all of their questions. The dog trainers are amazing and always answer all of my questions.

I have two pugs and was very un happy with their service. My girls came to me wet, and to top it off big chunks of hair from the dog they were blow drying down in the kennel area in there eyes and it wasn’t a little bit clobs of hair in each eyes. I won’t be coming back after today.
