I have been going to Pet Supplies Plus for many years for all my pets needs. They offer of a large variety of products and services, always at competitive prices (they price match).In addition they have great customer service! You're always greeted with a smile and the associates are very knowledgeable and very eager to help.I recommend them to all my friends and definitely would recommend you give them a try for all your pets needs.I would like to give a shout out to Emily, Jenna, Aliyah and Maya...great job!

The shop itself, while small, is functional enough for the average pet owner, I'll give it that. But the atmosphere inside, relative to staff, seemed like there was about 5 elephants in the room, all of which seemed to enter when I did. I'm not sure what has happened there in the past, but I was definitely profiled and my every move watched very carefully. It was so blatant, well rude, that it made me uncomfortable so I left after about 4 or 5 minutes. Maybe they had just been robbed by someone dressed like me? (Business casual with khakis and a rain coat with a backpack on my shoulders.) Maybe it was the brown skin underneath my attire. I wonder. It's sad REALLY sad.

This place is awesome and super close to home. Post on Instagram and along with great service, very competitive with most products. I have yet to find a price that so low to shop anywhere else. And if you have a disability they will help carry out any products.

This has been my local pet store for all supplies for years (even before it changed stores). I live in the area now, but when I lived on the Northside I'd come here cause it was always way better - the level of service, professionalism, and affordability still hasn't changed.From boutique to big name brands of food, holistic chew toys to kongs, and all manner of pet equipment - they have it all. Prices are more than fair - but definitely sign up for their rewards program with your number to reap the benefits.The staff always greet with a smile and a "welcome in", and the manager(s) always ensure you get sent all the relevant coupons via email and mailer, and if you show up unprepared without a coupon they'll go out of their way to find one for you. I've always been offered help to my vehicle when buying 3-4 bags of food.They are amenable to marking down food that is ripped, or past/close to the expiry date, and always willing to answer any questions. The staff demonstrate a clear knowledge of pet products and their love of animals is apparent.I've called the headquarters number twice to leave positive feedback on their store and encourage others to do the same if they've had a great experience. As long as they're open, I'll continue to be a patron.
