I recommend them no matter how far you have to travel to get there 10/10. They care about the well being of your pet. Affordable 100%. I needed and emergency surgery for my pet Gunner and the dr took him right away and charged me far less then everyone else and saw him for a follow up and meds free of charge for my follow up. It’s is a Christmas miracle and we’re forever grateful for Geisert.

I admit, I was a little skeptical about this place because the location is not the greatest but this vet was great. The staff was friendly and they were able to take our kitten in to get spayed way sooner than any other vet and had very reasonable pricing. The procedure was done within a couple hours but when we got home, she was uncontrollable and kept jumping, kicking her cone, etc. So I called Geisert back to see if there was anything I could get for her to calm her down and they helped us out, free of charge. Although I wish they had just sent us home with that in the first place because we do not live nearby and the drive took a while. Overall, our experience was very good.

Location is not my favorite and parking is just on the street, but overall the people were so sweet and helpful, prices are affordable and the vet at the time was a stand in vet, he was great. They happened to have a same day appointment for my dog and i would highly recommend them.

We all know a visit to the vet for a life threatening situation is going to be filled with anxiety. One day my boy wasnt himself, bloated, and tired. All i want to say, is they were able to see us as soon as possible, they were able to answer many of my questions, the vet was able to tell right away, my 16 year old chihuahuas heart was failing and causing liquid to build up in his heart, lungs, and abdomen. Thank god, they were able to give him life saving treatment. The good days will outweigh the bad, i am just grateful for the vet and staff. I feel they are honest, and truly love animals. Thats the feeling this place gives me.

We have 2 small dogs and have needed to have varying levels of care for each. Geisert have been an amazing vet office for all our needs. They are professional, attentive, responsive, and have given us awesome care to help our fur babies. Would highly recommend 😁

Don't waste your money here, I would not go there anymore. My family and i got our dogs ears cropped there, you can't really tell at first until time to remove material from ears that they left one ear crooked (bent) The audacity they have to say there not responsible. Like you want people to sign a form because of mess ups often.. .then maybe you should remove the practice all at once since clearly no one Is qualified to do a decent job. First time customer. Such a relief to find a pleasant veterinarian. I’ve tried the others and now I have a vet to go forward with.Maybe not the best location but it’s been there forever. Very happy to find them.

I went in and asked for a blood test to be done on my dog to see if his pain meds were affecting his liver and kidneys and for his nails to be trimmed as I’m disabled. He might need x-ray I explained to vet because he’s in pain and been in pain meds for about 2years. I drove all the way from Hayward Ca and instead when I ask about an X-Ray to see why my dog is in so much pain I get quoted with over 700.00 dollars and when I said I can’t afford that right now they came back in said they can’t do nothing no blood test no nail trim! So basically since I couldn’t pay the price he wanted right there and then for test they still charged me $40.00 to just look at my dog literally and I also spent 40.00 on gas. His nails are long and hurt him also! So that’s $80.00 for nothing! I could have a vet do that out here! The whole purpose of the x-rays was so he can give him an injection for pain and he didn’t even have the pain medicine. When I couldn’t pay for the x-rays and the sedation that they wanted over $700 for. Then they call me back when I got home 2 hours later and say that they can order the injections in a 3 shot pack and it will be almost $600 and I have to pay upfront! OK I thought you needed an x-ray first before you did injections like you said and blood test to make sure liver and kidneys is OK? What really? An injection that you just now offered me without any of the tests to make sure he’s ok to even get the injections if I pay you almost $600.00! I’m disabled! Like what was the purpose of me driving all the way to Stockton? Then I find out those injections do not cost that at all wth! This vet was a vet I took my dog to that was cheaper in Stockton and now they are like everyone else price gouging people!

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for over 13 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have saved my dogs life, spayed all my girls, walked me through tough decisions and always call to check in after a visit. They are cost efficient and kind. Open weekends and have wonderful staff. Recently my oldest dog had some serious issues and we had to make the hardest decision to put him down. The vet and staff were extremely kind and they gave us the time and support we needed.

We have been taking our dog pongo for a few surgeries especially after two fights with pitbulls and they have always taken really great care of him so naturally we took our adopted dog Bella there as well. Always pleased with the great quality service and how they treat our dogs.

Brought our 2 Dogs in for the first time, they have appointments which are great and they have a 15 minute grave period to be late or a fee will be added which I thing is very merciful and considerate rather than canelig your appointment due to being late. Really appreciated that they take you even if you are late, we went in for a check up to get a prescription for medications to help with the fireworks. The Doctor came in was very patient with our dogs as they are socially awkward lol. We had planned to get them caught up in shots as well but the Vet techs just took way too long to get to us, our dogs are very anxious because we have not socialliez them well, they do not go to the vet often they are very healthy and don't need many vet visits. So we had to just let them know we would do it another time because I didn't want them dogs to sit in stress any longer.After my husband took the dogs to the car it still was 30 minute wait for the prescriptions to be prepared. Which was crazy to me seeing I was a vet reseptionist before and I know what has to be done to process meds.Then as we got on the road. I looked ijnthe back and realized they had forgotten to give us the brovecto we purchased. So we had to turn around and go back to pick it up

I have been here with multiple dogs. I stopped going until I got a new puppy and I was quickly reminded on why I had stopped coming. The first lady was nice but she charged me for consultation without even looking at my dog. They overcharge for everything and take advantage of certain situations by implementing fear.

My dog had been sick for two days took my dog to them. They gave him antibiotics, took some blood work when I got the results for the bloodwork he said everything was fine. It turned out nothing was fine. My dog could’ve went in a coma from how low of his results were, I had to Take him to another vet to find out the results that he gave me were false . I feel like he doesn’t know what he’s doing. He should not be a veterinarian.my dog is dead now 😢

Terrible costumer service all around went in for a c section and within 5 minutes of seeing the doctor a receptionist came and demanded payment we told her we’d like a minute to think since they’re prices changed within the year and she then proceeded to demand the 45$ payment for the doctors check up, then stormed away saying she was not dealing with us anymore. Just made us feel uncomfortable and I did not feel safe continuing with the C-section under their care.

Been going to Geisert for over a decade. It's close to our house, appointments are timely, and prices are good. Our older dog was worrying us recently and I was able to get an appointment for her within the same day twice this past week. The doctor and staff really put us at ease and cared for our dog. She's doing much better now.

The place has very little parking and what there is of it they had it blocked off to customers. I don't get this. There is 2 spots in front of the building and the rest is all red curb. Then one of the big girls behind the counter is about as rude as can be. When you get you pet in to see a vet they charge you twice what other places charge for routine xrays and lab work. I was told they had to take an xray and needed blood work done. Their price 500 each when other places are only 175 to 200. Plus you have to pay in advance. They told me that they had to send out both to get diagnosed. But when the dog may only have 3 days to live without treatment and it's thursday and the vet is off on friday and it's almost 5 they still wouldn't do the xray or blood work until I went home to get the cash. When I returned and paid just after 5 they called and said what the dog had and needed. How can they do that when they told me they had to send the xray and blood work out to get diagonsed? Plus I don't know anything about medical stuff but I can look at an xray and tell you if your bone is broken or there is something blocking your colon.

Worst Vet and staff I have ever dealt with. I have 4 dogs who are 9 years old and have been here several times. Each and every time the staff was rude, the Vet (DrSingh never gives my dogs a complete examination and consistently prescribes medications that are not needed. His diagnose was WRONG everytime and I had to see another Vet to get it right. I continued going thinking that it would get better and b/c it was convenient. This visit he told me that he sees two loose hairs in my dogs ear and nothing consistent with him shaking his head and pawing at his ear. Ok, cool! Then the Tech comes in and tells me the Vet is recommending Anti-inflammatory shot and pills to go home. I said why, is my dog inflamed somewhere? She says, yes his notes say Inflammation in ear. Me: Really! Well he forgot to tell me about it. It's all about UPSELL here.I then asked for a copy of my dogs records and Tech told me that they don't do that and she could not give me the drs notes . Excuse me!!! That is my dog and those are my dogs medical records and you can't tell me that I can't have them. I said then i need you to send them to my dogs other Vet.The lobby is dirty, they don't clean up blood or pee from other clients, even after I informed them that someone may slip on it. The Vet is unprofessional, terribly superficial, and prescribes unnecessary medications. The Staff are very unprofessional and lack serious customer service skills.Lastly, they now block off their parking lot and make everyone park in the street. Safety is obviously not a concern of theirs. If we could only clone (a million times) Dr. Jeff -- Rocky Mountain Vet.😃

I took my dog to get her vaccine. I called when I arrived to check in everything they said went as planned. They got my dog vaccinated they did great, my dog is medium - large and they made everything easy for my dog & for myself. Also, their prices are reasonable. I've been a long-term customer and I highly recommend this place.
