So I got there in the line was very long I'm waiting in a line forever for a cashier that doesn't seem like our line is moving at all it looks like he's just standing still up there turns out he was just taking his time before he turned off his register in front of the whole line nobody came over to take over his line or to scoot his line over to another line they just told us after we had been waiting there for 20 minutes that the line was closed worst customer service ever. Why do they even hire people like this when there's people out there that want a job only went because I needed something for in the morning next time I'll make sure I just wait and drive across town to WinCo their store is dirty crowded and overpriced and their customer service is horrible

This Food4Less located at 678 N. Wilson Way in east Stockton in the Eastland Plaza is my neighborhood grocery store and serves many people in the east Stockton area. Many varieties to choose from. Lots of breads, can goods, dry goods, beer and sodas of every type. They have a great produce and meat selections. I like their frozen food departments. They have nice wide aisles and seem to be always amply stocked. Food4Less can get very busy during the weekends, so going during week is much quicker with shorter lines. Stays open til 12:00am.

After my last visit to this location I will never go there again I will drive to the one by my old house. To be told that I need to prove that I'm am disabled. I've stopped here probably 6 times since I moved to downtown Stockton. I've used the mobility scooter that they provide twice and my own the rest of the time. On Monday January 15 2024, I asked where the mobility scooter were parked and was told by shopping cart retriever that I had to show that I was disabled do I have documentation to show that I'm disabled or i.d. first off the ADA says I don't have to prove to you that I'm disabled you don't have the right to ask my that. But if you must know I wear a knee brace I can't walk without it. But I'll walk in your store when I have to shop there because I can. It's painful to do so I'm not using it because I'm fat and lazy like the one's I have seen in them. If I could upload the latest exray or MRI of my knee and you knew what you were looking at you would see my knee is bone on bone. I'll go tonthe Lower Sacramento Rd store they already know I'm disabled

They have electric cart for the disabled. Good, not great selection. Curious staff. Bad thing, you have to bag your own groceries. Their produce is real good and lots to choose from. If you like hispaic brands, they have lots to choose from. Long lines are one of only a few problems I have found here. Easy to find parking. They have a good selection of Hispanic products. Most of the employees are very nice and very helpful. Need can't find something just ask..

I don't know if it was the heat or the fact that their EBT system was temporarily offline, but this trip to Food 4 Less took less time to complete than ever before. Associates were very helpful and the register-lines were miniscule.I'm used to the lines when I visit F4L and plan my trips accordingly. Today was a rare treat.BONUS: it seems that F4L has teamed with Instacart to offer online grocery shopping & delivery for $6 if you buy $35 or more. Seems like a good deal to me. What do you think?

Went in on a Sunday and it was Super busy and they had no express lane but the store was fully stocked and clean and the checker was very polite and he took over for another checker so he probably just started and didn't look up to see the long lines 😆🤣😉... Don't go in here around 12 noon when it's Football season and the niners play at 1pm.🤔🤷🤦... Would've gave them a 5 ⭐ but no express lane and ErrryBodyyy got full baskets and I just have a few things along with some other customers??? Management has to have a better game plan.

This Store To Go To Weekly. It Always Has Things On My Usual List..(except Bernaise Sauce..lol). Today Is Stalking Day. Understandable But,Crates Weren't Allowing Carts To Get Through Most Isles. But Never the less, It's My Go-To Store. They Are Always Helpful and Friendly. I DO Recommend Shopping Here.👍

Today they had 3 new people being trained at the register as they had a sign at each register to let people know and asking that we be patient with them. I was very patient with them as I was paying with a check. Something that they don't see to often as most people use their credit cards to pay for things.

This is a awesome store. No issues staff is friendly and very helpful.They do have handicap carts. Have to give them a I.d. for the key.I needed assurance and the staff very helpful.Very good customer service. Managers are great.Prices are great. Even had my pinalen. Dish soap and the cleaner.Also close to other stores. And very. Awesome in my book.

When going to this food for less it is really ghetto. It is not appealing and not in a good location and there's a lot of skeptical individuals that go there. You don't even feel safe parking outside. I've only been there one time and I absolutely will not ever go again

This place is a dump. It is always dirty, people open stuff then put it back, the people that work there are rude, and they can't follow directions right. The lady In front of me wanted to put her food on her EBT card and get $50.00 back from her debit card. After ring the transaction through they applied the $50.00 cash to the groceries and didn't give her any cash back. They said oops nothing we can do now you will have to get $50.00 more from your bank account. The lady didn't have it and needed the money. They did nothing to help her and she left in tears! 😡😡 Don't go here

Ample parking with handicapped parking available along with powered shopping carts. Good prices and selections. No self checkout so lines tend to long and check out rather slow. Never enough cashiers for th he number of registers they have. No express lines for small orders.

I have been to this food 4 less location since forever and the main constant throughout the years is that their bathrooms are always messy and dirty. Imagine a port-a-potty but in an actual room, this is the best way to describe the restroom even though there are sheets on the door signed by associates who have cleaned it. Anyhow, I prefer this food 4 less location because unlike their restroom everything is organized and somewhat clean. During the week this location is semi crowded but too badly over the weekend however its a completely different story so its wise to steer clear and shop during the week. Produce selection is great and there are deals and savings here and there that will beat other grocery stores. I also find random products and their ice cream selection is great also . I would shop here and recommend it to others but I'd suggest using the restroom at home before arriving here. I also experience great service at the register, the cashiers will be polite and make quaint conversation if time allows but 99% of the time the lines are not processed fast enough since each customer makes huge purchases.During covid times they have been great in offering sanitizing wipes or spray for one to sanitize their own cart and masks are required.

Went your store to get a bag of dog food . Im handy cap walk with two cruches. You have no handy cap carts one you did have is now broken. I was told the company hasnt bothered to fix or replace them. The dog food bag broke so it was really nice of the cashier to put it in a bag then the other bag broke as well. She is the only reason you got one star. The employees you sent out to get carts drop a glass bottle i thought they pick it up well it rolled under my pt cruiser with green flames on the car. I didnt know it was there . So when i left my ttire ran over it. Broke the bottle. So if my car tire is flat in the morning you will here from me the date is april 22, 2022 and it was around 9.45 pm you need to get people that care about there jobs and take prid in it. Because you got lot that dont. I hardly ever go shopping there because of t of the masive mess in the parking lot and the fact of the hassle of asking for a handi cap cart. This place use to be really nice. Clean you will be hearing from me if i have a flat tire they are expencive tires. Please hire better people that care. . Most likly i will not be returning for a long while.

Pros:They have unbeatable prices!Cons:The store only accepts debit and cash with a maximum cashback amount of $50. Produce aisle is a hit-and-miss when it comes to freshness. Bathrooms are so disgusting I recommend just pulling down your pants on the sidewalk. If you can look pass these three flaws then you're at the right store.

I don't hardly go here anymore but there was some good sales. One of the staff helped me find the 4 for $5 larg size Body armor drinks that was on sale I was in the juice ile nope I was in the completely different area

Excellent location that is very clean, well stocked, and have friendly and helpful staff. Produce and Meat are fresh and the store has tons of products that are available! Prices on most items are excellent and lines are kept short at cash registers. Great store for quick shopping trips and to Stock up on groceries.

Samantha the cashier manager is so awesome. I been coming to this store for years and Samantha treats my family like her own and that's what it's all about. One big family the food for less family. The store takes pride in theit service and the price can't be beat for the best quality.

The Food4less in my neighborhood is usually clean. The produce are pretty fresh. The workers are almost always friendly and helpful. I am disabled and am not able to walk, there's a motorcart for the use of they're customers. Since I would not be able to shop myself without it I am grateful that there is almost always one available.

Food 4 less by far is the store to shop at if you buying for yourself or a full family. The prices are reasonable and the store is kept cleaning. The best time to shop tho would be late at night otherwise you will have trouble parking and the checkout lines will be long , long, long!! 👎👎 Lol I love this store!!

Prices are low compared to Walmart. Except the 1% milk is almost $4 compared to Walmart. Ridiculous! The staff is friendly and has always been very helpful. And even though it was packed with shoppers the checkout was pretty quick.

So many people, never enough cashiers or register's open, it's so hectic, as if a horder runs the store, it is chaotic beyond belief, items are everywhere no room to shop, items are always dirty! You never see them sanitizing anything, restrooms never have toilet paper or seat covers and last time I went into the restroom there was blood all over one of the toilets, I immediately walked out and told a store personnel, all they could say was ok!. They do not sanitize the carts. This store makes my anxiety spike to its fullest. CDC would come in and shut them down if they knew how this facility was run!

This place is open 24 hours a day and for the most part u will be able to find what you need but as far as price comparison walmart and winco are cheaper. The one thing they don't carry is chocolate ice cream in the 3 gallon bucket they have the other flavors but the chocolate. And things like dog treats cost a lot more.11/4/2022 newSince COVID the store no long stays open 24 hours it now is open 5am to 12am not sure if they plan on going to regular hours.

My husband and I officially avoid this store whenever possible. For some reason check outlines here are ALWAYS at crawl. Ice cream is mushy, frozen foods are often defrosted, even the selection for basic staples is very poor. Produce is priced well but honestly not much else. Winco is all around better but Food 4 Less is the only one open 24 hours, so for that alone I will give them an extra star.
