Edward Scissorhands would have done better. They did a horrible job on my grandpup. His fur is uneven, with bald spots and they clipped his nails too short, one of them to the meat. They must have hit him because he would cower when you extend your hand toward him to rub him. On top of that one of the ladies had the audasity to be rude when we called to ask questions.

If you love your dog, I beg you not to bring your dog here!Our family brought our dog here on June 4th for her appointment to get her summer grooming and her nails cut. Later that day our family received a call that there had been an “accident” and we needed to rush to the vet where they transported our dog. We pleaded for answers, and figured out that our dog was put in a leash and tied to the Kennel to dry. The groomer did not secure the kennel door and our dog jumped out of the kennel where she was strangled and left to hang for 20 mins due to their “busy schedule”. This has been devastating for our family and hope the negligence in this business doesn’t destroy another family.

Disappointing in the lack of return messages and it just not answering the phone. Also, my purse was stolen so all I had was N electronic form of COVID vaccination proof and they wouldn’t groom my dog based on that! Even Kaiser hired me based on an electronic proof of COVID vaccination! Like seriously? You’re grooming my dog not me! Anyhow… I won’t waste my time or energy (nor money)on this place again.

charlene’s pet grooming did an excellent job with my 2 pups. i called them and was told i can make an appointment for my dogs just the next day. i loved that bc usually pet groomers take a few days to get you in & i wanted them done asap…. all the workers there were all super kind, and my dogs came out nicely groomed. this was my first time taking them here and i will be returning. their prices are SUPER affordable as well. thanks awesome ladies! 🏽

Not really a review of the service but more of your advertising on your website. You shouldn’t state “We service all types of dogs from the smallest to the largest breeds.” And then the next part say “we do not accept dogs over 35lbs.” Completely contradicting yourself.

DANGER!!! CAUTION!!! Avoid this place if you want you're baby to come back alive. They are negligent and they haven't shown any remorse at all for their lack of attention. They killed my friends baby by tethering the poor thing in a kennel and not making sure the kennel door was closed appropriately. Her baby got out and then hanged herself on the leash. Why would you keep a leash on a dog while in a kennel?!?!?!? Why wasn't anyone paying attention?!?! They want to pay out what the dog is worth???? How do you put a dollar sign on your kids???? If this happened to my babies, trust me I wouldn't stay quiet. The local is going to hear about this.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO RETURN!They neglected her baby teeny and the pup ended up hanging her self by her dog collar! This is a family dog who has been with us for 13 years! They have no remorse or explanation.JUSTICE FOR TEENY!This is so so sad.

Very good service. I've been going here since 2012. My Scooter Pie loves them and he knows he gets a cookie! Complete service is very good and price is comparable to the groomers in my area! The tall dark haired young man has taken care of his mid cleanup and he is kind and calm

I absolutely love Charlenes!! I have a pet husky and I’ve taken him there twice and he always comes back well groomed and happy. I’ve paid between $60-$70 for my Husky but as a Husky owner, I do my part on maintaining him clean as well. They charge you by how much work they put into your pet and by size as well.

I have a 113 lb Shepherd,I was very happy with all of them. It's not easy to find someplace to take a big dog!! I will be back because if their exceptional service and I only deal with local businesses I will say one thing they are busy I had to wait over few weeks for the appointment but well worth it

I have had my dog groomed at Charlene's a few times now. The first thing you notice when you walk in is that the dogs are being washed and groomed in full view of the clients which is great. The dogs are not scared and seem happy which gives you the sense that these animals are being treated well, unlike what you here at big pets store groomers. They treated my dog great and trimmed him nice and he smelled wonderful!!! The price is definitely competitive. I am definitely going back.Julie Marquez

My dog had a 12:30 appt. today for grooming and because a covid vaccination card for myself was not available for proof of vaccination they refused service for my dog! They will not take your DOG unless you show proof that YOU have been vaccinated. Business must be good.

First time going and it went well. I took my 2 and 3 year old cats. One got a bath and the other got a haircut. They were very welcoming and kind. Will definitely be going and I would recommend to my friends and family.

They're always friendly, fast, never keep me or my pet waiting long. They take us for nail trim & anal expression without an appointment. Love the folks that work here & the head lady in charge is fair in her pricing. Best of all they're trying to make a living...not a killing!! Go here...take your pets here. Its the best!!

Never mind the few low ratings they must be from prissy stuck up people that can't handle a little dog hair or regular things that just might be present at a dog grooming place. They provide excellent service, respect their customers, and have trim my past 6 dogs nails, even really short by request, for the past 10 years with ZERO issues and nothing but nice great attitudes and service. Plenty of "nicer looking newer brighter and bigger" places around town that charge twice as much and care only half as much about their jobs or your animals. I live 1/4th mile from 8 mile rd and would rather drive here across town than go to any of the closer places I could choose from

Charlene's Quality Pet Groomimg has a warm, welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The employees appear to guinely enjoy their work. Charlene is some what of an icon in this area. In the past her support of Sky Dogs help to provide community entertainment .I am confidant my pet is safe and well cared for. Fair pricing.
