This is my regular 7-Eleven, and there have seldom been problems, so I'm not giving them only one star. Today though, after I parked at the pump, I then found out that the entire station had no gasoline. There were no signs to the fact to dissuade me from pulling into the 7-Eleven. They also have neglected to replace their glass front door from the current plywood, nor another large window. Other than that, it's a 7-Eleven with decent cleanliness and fair service.

If I could give this place a zero I would. This 7 Eleven is unclean every time I've gone there. However, today this store was absolutely disgusting, there was trash on the floors everywhere as well as grime and dirt. The beverage counter was unsanitary, there was spilled dry, wet, coffee and cream on the counters, it was approximately 7:00pm the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. The Health Department needs to inspect this place, if it's this filthy in the front end, what must the place where the is being prepare food looked like.

Discussting there was hair in the food the chicken I still can't believe it! I went back in asked for a refund the mexican woman said no reciet no refund she said I could grab something else like so grab two candy bars I'm never going back there again!

We made quick stop just to buy some water, the toilets were closed, and coffee was not satisfying. All over it was not great experience.

Worst place ever , Wanted to put gas but I was approaching the Store there where like 10 RATS RUNNING EVERYWHERE.. NEVER AGAIN THEY NEED TO CLEAN ITS LIKE THEY DONT CARE SMH ….

I knew before I went in the store that customer service were two words that were written in the place but the workers have no idea what that means. The worker said three words "Next in line" No greeting. No offering a bag. No thank you for spending money at the business. No excuses. I would give 7/11 a 0 if it was possible. Another business I won't spend my money at!!!

Friendly people and good customer service. A lot of the reviews mentioned the homeless people but they don't bother me much (I've been in that situation, so I understand them a bit more). Great place in my opinion.

For it being in what's supposed to be a good part of town across from the police station it's infested with people that need help in the employees and workers there or very nice I never seen anybody can judged based upon how you look

Great staff and store it used to be out of control but now it’s staffed with good people and they try to keep it clean and stocked despite the stealing and panhandling problems that exist. U think it be better since it’s directly across from the Stockton police department.

This location was wonderful when it first opened and would go in daily. However, recently it has been multiple bad experiences. Two weeks ago, my friend and I were forced out of the store along with the rest of the customers because the cashier wanted to leave. Mind you, it was like 8pm. Today, the two clerks stopped helping customers to go fight a homeless lady who had taken a cup. Yeah, there’s a homeless problem in the area (a general stockton issue), but it also doesn’t seem professional to go out and try to fight them in front of all the customers. I would start avoiding this location if possible.

I don't usually have an issue here but they need to train their employees better. The person working the door i guess because it being free slurpee day wats rude for no reason. she right next to me as i pay I put the item i paid for in my pocket and then she gonna ask if i paid for it. And if i put it in my pocket in front of the cashier like that without paying for it and she not catch it, they may need to hire new more attentive employees.

My first time shopping here I had a great shopping experience! 2nd visit , possibly owner - very bad experience he was mad at anther customer while slamming my purchase in my bag wich included chips/eggs. I won’t go back. I said “Thank You” before he did...I’ve worked retail sales for over 45 yrs. You do NOT treat customers This way!!!! Very Rude Attitude! (Where were those nice people that worked there my 1st trip to this store?) shortly after store opened.

employees always rushing you. constant communication issues about what is being said. grabbed wrong hot food item for me and i only realized i got potatoes instead of tacos once i drove away.the gas is good though.

The only issue was that they seemed understaffed... There was a big line and one guy working the register while another was I believe restocking while there was a pretty long line. Otherwise, I was happy with my experience.

Never going to this place ever again, one of the employees tried to scam my dad. Saying he already put 40 bucks worth of gas even though he clearly didn’t. The lady started arguing that he did, my dad insisted that he should get his money back. The lady didn’t want to and precedes to tell him no go get your gas. It was a whole big mess that could have been avoided if the lady just did her job right.

Staff is very rude and disrespectful. My sis and I went. We were next in a long line and the guy was too busy talking to his co worker to help us. Then he calls a guy up to the other register and helps him like we're not even there! My sis asks to buy a hat and he tells her " I don't think you can get it, it costs $16"

A lot of transit people hang out in front of the store and police are frequently there harassing them and getting energy drinks if there not in the drive thru at Dutch bros in the same parking lot...but the employees don't know that much English but it is what it is welcome to america

Worst 7-Eleven in the Central valley by far the worst 7-Eleven in Stockton they just don't get it they have no customer service whatsoever they should learn from Wilson Way and charter Way 7-Elevens where customer service is off the charts the best customer service you can find do not attempt to even go there I went there back-to-back nights and horrible both back to back nights no customer service whatsoever somebody needs to figure it out over there

I didn't enjoy being in store it had countless people outside some homeless some about fight and I work at AmPm I tried explaining the system to the worker about how to put in the date on the system because he let me I typed it how it said to and it worked and he typed a different way other than how the system says how to and he denied me my transaction I had my ID and everything and because it didn't work his way he wouldn't sell to me I would never recommend going to this location ever I don't want help from 7/11 I just want the truth out there

These guys are always talking and playing around, When comes time to ring things up they don't ask if your going to use your bonus points it says save a buck i try and push it and the guy says next time a gets upset with me need better people and Management
