Took 2 dogs and was charged $160 for something that I could have done at home. My dog (posted) as you can see around feet area was left the same & that hair around cheek as well. You could see the scissors lines throughout his coat as if this person had no experience. Won’t be going back

We took mia on April 20th 2024 after several months of no grooming. When we picked she was beautiful and puffy just liked we asked . She did such an amazing job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I will never bring my yorkie here again I brought him in for a cut and who ever cut his hair did a horrible job I asked not to cut his beard only round his face and they never listened half his beard is gone and his head is not evenly cut I paid $80 for something I could’ve done at home for free I hope who cut my dogs hair is happy because you lost a customer

Abbey was a walk-in for a nail trim today. Was told her nails were not too long. So wad only charged 1/2 the price & was all blinged up with a pearl necklace that had a Halloween tie & butterfly charms on it!!!Was treated so nice. THANKYOU!!

I have a great Pyrenees shepherd mix. The owner is wonderful with my large breed dog. My dog has suffered from foxtails in her paws and they were able to groom and remove them. Thank you for all the special treatment that you give to my doggie💕

I usually bathe & trim my fur babies nails. But I've brought her to 209 club pet twice. They are so affordable & great with Zelda I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience

I’ve been taking my Fur Baby here since I got him. They’ve always been so helpful as he is a Shih Tzu/Poodle and can be very very hyper sometimes. They’re patient with him, give him the best haircuts. And my little guy always comes home happy. So safe to say they are good to him! I haven’t had any problems at all. A great facility.

They did an amazing job on my Persian cat. I was nervous at first because I didn’t see any reviews on cats. When I came in, the lady (i forgot to get her name) told me the process for long haired cats and told me she would call me if he was too much trouble. She called me later to double check on the haircut I wanted for him. He came out perfect! She even told he that there was an issue with his fur because it’s like cotton and it doesn’t work well with clippers. She made sure he wasn’t too stressed out which is very important because he has seizures if he’s too stressed. My experience was amazing and I appreciate the great service they gave. I also got to meet her dog “lady blue” and she was the cutest!! I highly recommend this place!

Left my dog there for 4 days and when I picked him up he wasn’t himself. He was wimpering when we got home and Didnt eat or drink. He was not his normal playful self. The staff also lost his collar, dog tags, harness, blanket and toy. Very unprofessional and careless, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The first time we left him there was in September 2021 and they also lost his blanket, how can you loose a blanket that should be in his kennel?! When my husband went to talk to them all they said was that they weren’t responsible for any belongings. Extremely disappointed. Response to owner:::: to clarify your comment, it was not me the one that went to talk to you, it was my husband and I am not commenting on the grooming, it was what I asked for and was pleased with it. What I was not happy about what that YOU or Your staff lost property that should’ve been with my dog while he stayed there for the couple of days. You didn’t response on how you lost a collar and tags that should’ve been with him at all times except for the time he was being groomed. Please explain that. His belongings were worth almost $100.harness, leash, dog Tags, blankets, toys. Explain yourself for all people that will see this review.

Our Mr Cooper really enjoys his haircut and bathe days, he seems to enjoy it and always smells great, if only I'd known that they stay caged until grooming which at times could be a few hours, but with the one maybe two very nice ladies that run this busy shop, I must hand it to them. Thanks 😊

Always loved taking my dogs here until the workers started getting lazy and act like they never want to do anything. Went in for a nail clipping and they cut way too short and my dogs nail was bleeding everywhere. Didn’t even get a discount or anything.

My dogs were previously abused by a vet in tracy , so i started looking around being picky and came across here .. This place is by far great , right off the bat they were slow but quick at the same time which made My dog felt very comfortable then usual with them, just all around very nice, professional, and treated my pup with love and care. Even gave him a bowtie after 🤣 definitely recommended

We dropped off our 2 yr old Doberman that was fully vaccinated and when we brought him home he had a bad case of Kennel Cough and has now transmitted it to my boxer. I called 209 Pet Club as soon as I realized it. They told me they would relay this to the owners and get back to me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received a call back. I don’t recommend this place at all.

My Dog is very shy and not to sociable with others~~ human or otherwise but after our second visit for day boarding he jumped up in my lap as we arrived and led me straight to the door wagging his tail THAT told me all I need to know about the care and love they give thier boarders.. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Thank You all for being kind to my baby😉

My baby Pup I feel that I usually do a better job than what they called themselves doing. I was told the ear glands nails would be checked & taken care of. After making them aware I wasnt pleased at all I was told to bring him back. That was not exceptable as far as I'm concerned. It should have been done right the first time especially me paying 50.00. I really would like to speak with the owner not the employees. Also the receipt that was given to me was so unprofessional

The Eastside Motel club for Dogs! Imo If your dog is classic this is the place for you also taking new breeds. Ask for Cathy or Jennifer very humble people always ready for the pets. Amazing 😹🐶 every dog is loved here!

*I just called like 5min ago to make an apointment and to ask about the prices for my husky and the lady was so rude. I have the call recorded on my phone.*-So I called and said,"Im just calling to ask a quick question, how much do you guys charge for shower and hair cut?"And she said,"Depending on the size and weight of the dog"I told her its for a husky.She said it would be $80. Then i said "ok thats fine, do i have to make an apointment?"And she immediately said yes with a mean attitude. (I have the call recorded)So i asked whats the soonest? And she said it was march 19, i said "oh ok", thats when she replied "do you want it?" And when i was about to tell her "no sorry i needed it sooner" she hung up on me mid sentence. I was hoping to take my dog there soon because I've been reading so many nice comments on this dog grooming place, but after this just experience, i dont think i will.Like i said, i have the call recorded for whom do not believe my statement.

They said that they knew how to cut my dog like I asked for. They had said that groomer was a professional groomer and when I got there to pickup my animal she was clipped way to short and nothing like I had asked for.

I love love love this place. They take my 15 year old and she comes back like a 10 year old with so much energy. They take there time and I can see the love in there work. It's a little confusing to get to the location but once you get the hang of it you will never think of it again. Go here.

My dog came back with hair or water in her ear and got an ear infection I took her to the vet they said that's what normaly happens. I would of wanted them to take her a bath after her haircut because I got her back all full of cut hair.

I always get great service for my dogs nails trim here. My dog is scared and they let me hold her while they cut the nails. They work fast and with care.
