Bill & his staff are amazing! They took good care of my mini poodle and when I picked my puppy up, he was so beautiful, clean, clipped and so groomed that I hardly recognized him! Mary W. is the absolute BEST dog groomer on planet Earth!!! No one has ever matched her skill, and we refuse to let anyone else touch our dogs. She is passionate about what she does, and all of our dogs have loved her. You would be hard pressed to find another groomer who loves animals as much as she does. She has a gentle touch, and a very loving heart. Cannot say enough good things about her.

I love this place.My mini poodle is gorgeous after I take her back. They took care of my Bella when she was a baby trimming her the entire baby hair on one siting while other places told me that it will take a while until they are able to trim the entire body.They deliver all my request for different hair size on legs, paws, body, face, top head, ears, tail. One time they messed a little the top of the head above the eyes and they fixed it after a couple of days without charge.You guys are doing a great job there 😀😃

Excellent job! Fairly affordable (about 80$ with tip and a few add ons)! Bath and trim.She looks, smells, and feels amazing. Service was great. Will definitely go back.

They know what they're doing over here. The customer service is top notch. Our dog always comes back smelling good, groomed to perfection, and isn't jittery like she's been mistreated whatsoever. Billy and Ashley are great! Josh who groomed our dog this time was even more amazing. Will be coming back again soon.

Been to a few different groomers during quarantine and this one was by far the best one. They are quick at answering the phone and booking an appointment and my Daisy always comes out looking so beautiful after her appointments here. Highly recommend

Due to our long time mobile groomer cancelling on us twice in 2 weeks, while there was a flea outbreak, I called VIP and asked for a rush appointment, which they accommodated and I took him in within a half hour of my call. Our Pom Mazi, had never been to a grooming shop before and VIP was awesome, took great care of him and did a fantastic job on Mazi, who is now completely free of fleas or tics. Definitely recommend them!!!!!

My full review is on Yelp but this groomer hurt my dog, refused to take blame but refunded me and offered to pay for a vet visit, turns out they never made the vet appointment. When I asked about it I never received a response. Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting place. Do not bring your dogs here.

I got a next-day appointment after calling one afternoon, and they did a great job on grooming my 7-pound Shih Chon for $59! They clipped her nails and did a fantastic job trimming the fur between her paws as well.

Update 05/22: So unfortunately my last three visits here have not gone well and I will not be going back. There are new workers who have not treated my pup very well. He tried running the opposite way when I dropped him off and was actually crying/scared when I picked him up- super anxious to leave. They also made a snarky comment about him being vocal as if they were annoyed. He’s a husky? What do they expect? In addition, they never dry him completely he is always wet when I pick him up and the last two times his coat was barely shed. The price also went from $60 to $70 in less than a year. I am now looking for a new groomer.My husky has been going to VIP dog grooming since he was about 7 months. He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot- don’t know why but he loves it! So grateful to find a place I can take my crazy pup.

Took my Shih-Tzu for the 1st time. He went in walking perfectly. Yes, he did have knots on him, after picking him up he came home with lots of razor burns and on his private and bottom of his paws. My dog is having trouble walk now and when I asked what happened to him or if anything happened? The response was he probably paralyzed now. How ????when he was walking just fine. Walked him himself. I was also sent to a of video of paralyzed dogs. I was told by the groomer they will pay for his visit only if him not walking anymore is caused by grooming 🤬Never again!!!!

I took both of our dogs to get a bath and nails clipped. Anastasia was our groomer and was very nice. She did a fantastic job. She was fast but thorough. Our dogs were treated well and she made them even feel comfortable enough to trim their nails with very little resistance. I will definitely be coming here for all of my dogs grooming needs from now on. The prices are quite reasonable too!

These guys were great! I have an elderly dog with special needs that have made me very hesitant to bring her to a groomer. Billy was great with her, his vet hospital experience makes him well qualified to deal with my blind, deaf dog. Service was fast, affordable, and she looks great! Can't recommend these guys enough

Friendly staff and had my "puppy" ready as estimated... got a call back letting me know he would be ready in 20 mins. He was clean, smelled fresh and nails trimmed. They accept electronic payment and tip also available to be selected on their card reader. Very convenient.

Took my dogs in for a grooming, one of which is diagnosed with cancer, and they were very well taken care of. They came out looking and smelling great! I was floored with how great of a job they did, and they did the job quickly as well. Very nice people and reasonably priced too!

I absolutely love this place , this way my and Miss Paloma 's first time coming she got the full service afterwards they put a little cute bandana on her and also the shampoo they used was soooo amazing smelling. Thank y'all soooo much well definitely be back we came all the way from Bell Gardens and like I said it was definitely worth it.

The groomers here are all awesome. They all work as a team. They even helped me take my dogs to my car before I paid. My dogs always come home, smelling like candy and adorning a cute scarf that's properly selected for the season. I highly recommend these guys.

The service and the Staff at VIP Grooming are excellent. The Dtaff took care of my 12-year-old husky and provided a great bath and deshedding for her thick hair. VIP grooming is quick and provides excellent service. I was delighted with the quality of work they provide.

Outstanding! Amazing! These kind people made room for a sane day appointment when I was desperate-my Jack Russell Terrier had been sprayed by a skunk! We had bathed her at home, but they made her sweet smelling again! After I sent my neasagevon Yelp, the kind gentleman called me immediately and set up the appointment. He was very professional and caring. I have owned Jack Russell Terriers for 35 years. These people were very kind and gentle to my 14 1/2 year old Jack that gets upset easily. They obviously are knowledgeable and are excellent at handling dogs. Amd they group her just like I wanted!! She has never looked so good!! And all for $50! I very much appreciate that they have appointment times instead of insisting on keeping my dog al day, as some do. I plan on being a regular to this excellent business!!!
