Evelyn Captain of Events was my secret Santa this year!!! I came in looking for the Grinch tree and found a sad little dried up tree by the register. I was told there weren’t anymore but I decided to ask one more person and there she was! She was able to guide me to a rack that was hidden between these ginormous (small) palm trees, and found a tree that was exactly what I was looking for. I was actually hesitant to ask her for help because she looked like she was hustling trying to get her work done, butshe was very pleasant and approachable. Thank you so much, Evelyn!

I measured and cut a chain to bring to the cashier but he would not check out for I did not have a piece of paper from an associate. He sent me back to the aisle, I had to ask 3 different associates and also heard announcements but nobody showed up for 20 min. I finally spoke to the 4th person to get that thing and checked out. Such a slow service…

Everytime I have an issue with either an online purchase or a return or anything it seems like NO ONE knows what they're doing or who to contact, they just say "sorry" like that's going to fix anything... I'm definitely not going to the Stanton store, and I'm to the point I'm switching to Lowe's. I've been very disappointed with the service and lack of compassion home Depot has shown me lately. Not a great way to do business!

Come to this store to fix my LED light. I met the employee here who name is Hanh. He is very professional and helpful. He show me how to change the light and recommend the right LED type for me. Overall, I have very nice experience when shop here. Recommend for everyone

My wife and went to Home Depot at Stanton for the first time for Kohler toilet tonight and we really obligated to give them 5 stars review for their service. After paying for the item at the self chech-out wi was greeted by the white bearded man with the friendly on our way out. When we got close to our SUV we noticed that a young man working for Home Depot has been following us to help us lift the heavy toilet (we didn't even ask for)into our car. Needless to say we were so impressed and appreciative. we will start coming to Stanton Home depot from now on .

Came to pick up my order. Horrible service by customer service representative. I won’t mention any names but I can say she was very lazy and did not want to help. I was the only one in customer service. She just wanted to chat with her co-worker. She couldn’t find my order after 1 minute of talking to me and then said I’m going to cancel your order sorry without a reason. I got frustrated and walked away and saw she went back to talking to her co-worker. I guess this was the quickest way to get rid of me since I guess I was interrupting their very important personal conversation. Not sure why she’s working in customer service when she won’t service customers. First time I got this kind of service from Home Depot, very disappointing.

This is one of the best Home Depots in the area. The service and the polite Associates made it a superb experience. I spoke with four members of the staff. The customer service associate helped me to check for item availability. The associate on the floor helped to answer my questions and located the item I needed. The lift operator carefully handled my item that was on a top warehouse shelf. Then Ana the cashier was kind and polite when I was paying for my item. Great staff.

Been waiting for more than 20mins by the saw machine to get some wood cut and no one shows up. Already asked 3 workers in different department and they all called for anyone available to assist me. Yet no one came. Is there no one in charge of the lumber department. Finally decided to leave. Waste of time.

Don’t ever order online from this store. I’ve tried so many times I’ve lost track to order tools myself and my company has tried also. Every time I go in to pick it up they can’t find the order or they cancel it before the time they say it’s going to be ready (2 hours) and it’s not like I’m ordering something out of stock. It says online and the app which I ordered from that they have stock in store. Recently, 5 were in stock of what I ordered and an hour later I get an email that my orders been canceled. In the past it’s gotten all the way through to which I get a confirmation email to come into the store and pick up my items. When I get to customer service my order has been canceled, or not in stock… so I get a refund. Or… they’re picking my items still when I’ve already gotten the email to pick my items up in store, so I wait and wait. 30 minutes or so goes by and the customer service associate tells me none of the items in stock or they could place the order and I go get it at another store. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE EVER.

They have a wonderful selection of flowers in their garden department. I will be doing all of my home improvement shopping here from now on.

I honestly had a great experience shopping here, even with a huge order. approximately 2000 dollars. However, one supervisor was extremely rude and instead of telling us to get out of the bay, he raised his voice and condescendingly told me that "you should know better than that". This was the first time I had done this and the first time I met them. Very unprofessional. Still, the other workers were very helpful and I had an overall pleasant experience.

I always have shopped here and never had a problem until yesterday I was with my daughter and she asked if we could buy a home depot apron. I process to ask a very helpful young lady (worker) if they sell the little kids aprons, she proceed to ask a lady could imagine it's a manager or something. She gave us one with a very bad attitude that cause my daughter not to go back and she is just a kid 🤦‍♀️ she asked me to shop some where else because the lady made her feel uncomfortable. So easy she could of said "no we don't have any sorry" rather than giving her attitude. Bad customer service from her.

This is a big big store. The location is a little tough but you'll find what you want or need. Since it is located in a plaza. You will also have a few restaurants in the surroundings

Kind of a small Home Depot. Not a great area. Careful what you leave in your car on Beach Blvd. in Stanton. I personally try to visit the location on Brookhurst or Lincoln.

I give this store a zero star. Been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to help us in key center. We've asked twice for help even it was overhead page still no one showed up. Told the guy in the checkout area and he said yeah no one was there. What the heck! They should closed that center or at least put a sign that it won't be available. We'll never come back here. None of them employees who passed us by could help or informed us at least that they could not help or we'll be right with you. Really bad customer service 👎

I'd purchased some hole dozers and was damaged, so I wanted to make a return or exchange, but was told by their return department today in the morning that they don't accept any return form Milwaukee brand and I needed to contact the manufacturer directly for that, and yes its still under the 90 return policy on the receipt. Why do Home Depot have a return dept anyway if customers have to reach out the manufacture on their own? Worst customer service ever. 0 star

I go here all the time, they have a great selection of affordable products. Even their lumber and garden section have huge amounts of product. The lot is almost always busy and I appreciate the hours that they are open. I can go very early in the morning or later at night if I need to. If you ever need to return a product, they make it very easy and fast to get your money back. The employees are always knowledgeable and helpful when you need them. I will be coming back as long as the store remains open.

Key machine would not read my key, so could not get a duplicate made, but the employees were nice and helpful.2\15\22 - Updated to 3 stars from 2. Went in today and the store was clean and not crowded. Got what I needed and checked out quickly. That's a win when it comes to any big box store.

It's ok. The parking lot is not as big as other Home Depot parking lots. Depending on the time of day, sometimes you do have to park a bit farther away from the entrance. Parking lot is shared with other small businesses. There are 3 restaurants at this location, Harry's Cafe, KFC, a Mexican food bar & grill, a Chinese food Buffet. (Update: new Lucky John bar has opened).

This is my favorite Home Depot location. They have an amazing selection of just about anything and everything I can think to look for every time I come in. They're so good at recovery and visual merchandising that, even though they are almost always crazy busy and product is constantly flying off of all the shelves, you'd never believe it because the shelves stay full and neatly organized and labeled. Not only that, but the staff doesn't even seem to mind when we have a question or need help finding a product. They even offer helpful advice to get my project off to a great start and done properly the first time, (and without hurting myself or my pocketbook!)Only thing I don't know if they're good at is finding product at other stores for me... because they ALWAYS have what I'm looking for in stock! It's almost unbelievable how this has been for so long. Great Job! Keep it up!A Happy Customer
