Worst store every. Rude customer service. I bought something and because I could not find the receipt I called and the lady said yes I can return and only get store credit but when I came to the store they refused to help me and was extremely rude about it. That is not how you speak to customers in the rude tone of voice and said if I didn't like it call customer service

Found good prices for grains especiallyChia seeds, flax seeds for 99c and quinoa. Didn’t find the veggies and fruits cheap though.

I visited this store this past week and purchased a few items. A few hours later I had come to realize that I lost my card so I called the store and spoke with a manager who was of no assistance. I later went back to the store where the same manager basically told me the same thing which is that no one turned in a card.On today I called just to see if it had been found yet and I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman name Ivan who is also a manager he was very pleasant and took my matter very seriously. He watched the cameras and gave me a call back with more information than I had prior to the incident. He still was unable to locate the card but he made me feel as though he cared enough to help me out like my issue was his. This is the definition of true leadership and management because he indeed went over and beyond to make sure he provided customer satisfaction and although I haven’t retrieved my card I can now continue to shop at this store knowing that Ivan has the customers backs! Thank you very kindly Ivan and continue with your exceptional service!

Today we just went in for a few items.. their meats have gotten alot better, but as for their produce.. we still don't buy any. My wife and I still shop for the items we need the most and the specials that are in the advertised. The cashier was a friendly and helpful.. his name badge said "Joe" but on the receipt we got it said "Jose". I just wanted to say so he get recognized for his courteousness and helpful friendly attitude.. hopefully he will be promoted to a better position than cashier, possibly some type of management.

My mother and I have been here before never experienced so much bad experience and racist. We have always brought our service animal. I always carry him. He never walks around the store. His super trained & dont harm anyone. Not one at smart & final told us or anyone else who has dogs with them that were not welcomed. Today was the day that only cashier (whiteMan)working told us we weren't welcome because of our dog. He came at us rude very uncomfortable was super racist. We had barely walked inside. We decided toleave instead. We felt some type of way. We couldn'tget a hold of the Gm. Didnt even catch his name. . We went to another smart & final instead. We never come back here again.

Horrible woman, she works as a simple cashier. Today I visited the store. First of all she never answered my greeting. Second she gave me negative attitude making weird faces. Manager please pay attention to whom you hired. Customer service is the most important thing in order to be successful in business. By the way her name is Amy. We never going back this store.

The way to check out is always absurd. Today it took me actually 20 minutes in line to pay. I couldn't believe it. They had one person checking people out and the line was all the way across the store. Took 10 of those minutes to get someone to come and help. I don't think they have enough staff to handle the business.

The Monday cashier was great and helpful and told us about the bags were free and l didn't need the undo all my other.. The store was. Clean but shelves were a little empty.The transition was quick and good.

I've always love this store more than any other one I've been to even Stater Brothers I love Smart and Final the reason why is because your checkers and everyone that works there is so helpful friendly and a few that I've known for a couple years I'm disabled no so I don't get out too much but when I do I enjoy my shopping trip I was the one many years ago won the big check of a shopping spree think it was a thousand something dollars yeah I was the one who won it yes I still have photos from that I wish you have another entry again like that to help out others that would be good and as for your chicken hot chicken is the best I have ever had haven't had so long I bought one yesterday and now I'm making sandwiches out of it and then to the carcass on make a homemade chicken noodle soup thank you for being such a wonderful people and working with different groups to teach them skills to work that I noticed the day I was there no other store does that but you keep up the good work and I'm smiling right now thank you for giving me every time a sensational trip to the grocery store I can't say so much for my chair provider but I had a good time your electric scooters go really fast I was surprised I wasn't moving like a turtle thank you Marcy Bates

This place is a good location. There are a lot of different stores and restaurants near the area for side trips.This location is clean and well organized. Prices are great on some while not as cheap on others.Not bad selection and choices of items. Great place to buy in bulk if you don't have a Costco membership.Great place to buy Pomeranian olive oil or grape seed oil compared to other markets.I was on a side trip so just bought some Yoplait yogurt and Arby's seasoned curly fries.Customer service was quick and efficient.I recommend this place for some to most of your grocery shopping.

I come here alot because it's the closest market to my house. Great prices for most things, some things are bit overpriced or they don't have/stock a few things where I have to drive to Vons to get. If you need bulk items S&F is the place to go especially for cooking/restaurant items :)

Nice, clean store. All items in stock. Only problem was Kim the cashier. Not sure what problem was, or why we weren't worthy of her kindness. She was friendly with family in front of us & wished them a Happy Easter. We got no eye contact, greeting, or thank you. Just handed us our receipt. We said thank you and she said "whatever." I will take my business elsewhere. That made me uncomfortable and was uncalled for.

Been going here a long time. Yesterday I bought some things and left my wallet in the basket, in the parking lot and drove home. Didn't realize it till 5 hours later and return to the store only to be given the great news that someone found it and turned it in. The manager recognized the picture on my ID and kept it safe for me till I return. Just another example of the nice people that work there. Thanks again!

Great place to buy hamburger patties and hotdogs for a baseball tailgate.Great service!!! The manager, Paul, is one of the friendliest managers I've met. The store is well maintained and they have a good meat selection.

I love the convenience. I like the store and it's staff. To make this short. I waited in line with 2 difficult checkouts Head of me. I waited 20 min. They never opened up another check stand. I purchased 4 items and my bill was $89? The manager came and straightened out the situation. I waited another 20 min. While he sorted everything out.

Friendly and well staffed during the day. Opened up 3 registers for a total of 5 when there was a bit a line. Opened up another as I was leaving. Most employees seem to have quite a bit of knowledge about the store & are quick to help when needed. Usually seems understaffed in the evening/early morning or are just a bit reluctant to open registers. Seems like the majority of people are only picking up a few things during these hours so it still goes quickly. Need to watch the prices. Sometimes things are more expensive than a regular grocery store. Dairy & bread are almost always cheaper, just need to check the dates on the bread.

Good prices. Decent, but not outstanding meat & produce. There's never more than one or two registers open, so check-out lines are always long. No grocery baggers, so you have to bag your own; but sometimes the cashier helps.

The cashier seems not to know what he was doing the door didn't pop open swimming and he thought the payment was not accepted however I told him it said it was accepted it was approved and he disputed it and I did it again and now all my bank statement I have a double charge stuff like that is just very upsetting that's a good store and I have never had a problem like that before but then again I usually go to the Anaheim store so I really don't know but be careful and pay attention when you're cashing out because they might overcharge

Best selection of keto products and they have an amazing selection of gourmet cheeses. Also for non keto people check out the frozen aisle for great desserts and ice cream.

Had a very bad experience this Wednesday morning when I was getting 4 gallons of dish soap since they were cheaper if purchased over 4 bottles, there were only 2 on the shelf , but I asked the cashier that I would like 2 more and she asked one of the other workers a male and he was not pleasant at all asked me if I had looked on the business area , but I hardly shop there and I see why ! , I DID NOT KNOW THERE WAS A BUSINESS AREA .Well finally I walked along with him and I got the other 2 bottles.I got to the car and decided to get 4 more, but to my luck there where only 3 bottles so I asked the male worker and he surprisingly he was the Assistant manager his name was Alex , and he was rude and not helpful at all he needs some training on customer service , I asked if since I had bought 4 bottles can he give me the discount on the 3 left and did not , told me to come back other day when he has more , I think that was not fair since I was buying 7 .He also was rude to the little old lady that was paying for her groceries in front of me , It seemed she did not understand English and he told her he needed the code on the bulk raisins and poor lady seemed confused , well worst experience ever to say the least .will be the last time I shop there !!!!!

I had no idea Smart & Final had a vegetable section like regular grocery stores only better. Some of the produce is actually a larger size than a regular grocery store as well. I purchased a piece of fresh ginger as it was a much bigger piece than I'm accustomed to having available.
