literally such a wonderful spot i will always get my feeders and future pets from this place. the workers were so knowledgeable and you can tell that they care about the animals and were able to answer any question i had about feeding and so forth. very clean all the animals had proper humidity and water and were well fed and cleaned up. incredible store. incredible prices on enclosures, materials, feeders, and the animals themselves. also! you can go feed the tortoise and turtles, it’s a fun time. will be getting all of my reptiles supplies from this place from now on. thank you for the wonderful experience Reptile Island!

This is an awesome reptile store!! The reptiles seem to be pretty healthy, some do have mites though. The crickets we get here last a long time. The ones we get at petco are expensive and only last 2 days!! Also, the staff is so nice and patient with kids. They have an awesome selection of used terrariums that are still in awesome condition! It's just awesome! They have a big sulcata in the middle of the store, he's super sweet. If you've never been here you should definitely check out this cool reptile store! By the way they have carpet pythons,ball pythons,corns,bull snakes,geckos. They also have some neat big lizards like monitor lizards, tegus, rock iguanas, rhino iguanas, green,red,and blue iguanas, and lots more Again, I highly recommend this place!!

Quick stop into the store to see if they carried food for my Bearded Dragon. Ended up spending a lot of time browsing the shop as they have a huge selection of supplies and accessories for reptiles and other critters.The store was full of adorable reptiles of all sorts, and other exotic pets like tarantulas as well.The staff seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about their stock as I waited in line they were explaining various food to the people in front of me.The prices were very reasonable on the feeder bugs, about the same price as you can find online if you include shipping costs. And best of all, no wait time to get it!I'll be back!

This place rocks! Where else can you pull up and be greeted by a gorgeous orange Iguana?!! He was so nice and friendly too, just basking in the sunlight! This store is the best reptile store hands down. I love how they specifically cater to reptiles, and the employees actually know what they’re talking about. And the prices put the two major chains to shame! I’m talking $.05 per cricket vs $.17!! This is my new go to store for Missie’s food and other reptile needs.

Larger-than-average sized reptile & amphibian shop. Great selection of husbandry products. Fantastic collection of diverse creatures.Lots of cobwebs. Some enclosures are small & dirty, some reptiles have access to expose heating lamps & there are certainly some ill-appearing animals.Staffing didn’t speak unless spoken to.

Pretty great experience overall. Staff is helpful and nice. They seem to be knowledgeable of their products, feeders, and pets. Prices of some stuff can be higher than other places, but I find that heat bulbs are cheaper here compared to Petco or PetSmart. I recommend this reptile island for your exotic pet needs!

Our family was in a move, in So Cal, and it turned chaotic! We have a darling leopard gecko named Izzy. We needed to find somewhere to board her, until our move was complete! I called four places, and no one boarded a reptile!, until called Reptile Island 3. I called and spoke to Donald, who was a great help “blessing” to our family! This place is awesome. They have almost everything for reptiles... Was there for live rats which they have... customer service is great them guy waited for us since they were about to close... I will definitely recommend this place if you looking for a reptile as a pet, foods, tanks, and so many more things give them a call for questions

We boarded our bearded dragon for $10 a day. She came back happy and healthy, I would certainly drop her off again. It reminded us of the reptile store we got her from originally. They seemed to tske very good care of their animals.The only thing that isn't so great is the parking lot. It's not paved too well.

Came here today to buy a few blue tomato caterpillars for my boys (two years old and six years old) and I could not believe they have millipedes!!!! I bought a texas gold millipede and the gal who helped us was SO knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and very accomodating with the *five* kids we came in with (all under 9 years old). That meant a lot. Millipedes are SO hard to find and I am so happy with ours! The store is surprisingly fresh for being a reptile store, some can get really stinky, almost unbearable, but this was probably the most mild shop I've ever been to. The frog selection was WILD, truly some crazy looking little guy's, I've never seen such an array. All of the monitors, tegus, snakes, and lizards I saw looked happy, healthy, and alert. Seriously all of them. Reptile stores are all over LA/OC but I will absolutely be coming back here! Thank you guys so much. Really appreciate the millipede gal today :)

This is the best place for reptilian and arthropod foods and supplies. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I'm so glad they are in O.C., or else I'd have to go to L.A. for reptile supplies.

I have a pet snake, a Ball Python. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I come in once a week for a live feeder mouse. Only once in the last year did they not have the size I needed in stock. They have a wide variety of reptiles and supplies, often placing items on sale or clearance.

If they sell you something and it dies before you can get it home, your out of luck. They will offer no refund or exchange. They would rather lose business then fix a simple mistake...buy at your own risk.. good luck.
