I've stopped going into CVS. This was my last time. This place is looking more like the 99c store. They never have what I'm there for, but the store is full of junk that people don't actually need.Walgreens is hardly any better. But all in all CVS just never has what I need. It's either out of stock constantly or they say they don't have it...This one is in a bad neighborhood so be careful at night. Yeah I'm just not gonna waste my time driving to a CVS and getting out of my car and going all the way in. Just to find out it's one of the poorly stocked and dirty stores.

This CVS location is horrible ! The service is way below average. The staff here don’t know what they are doing . They are overcrowded when I arrived early for the testing at the drive through . They told me to pull over at the parking lot and someone would come and help. After 30 minutes, I walked inside to check and talked to the same guy . He told me I had to go through the drive through again because I was early ! What the heck ? Then he could have told me to come back instead of wasting time . This is ridiculous. After one hour waiting , they said their system couldn’t process the insurance and I have to reschedule . Like for real ? Don’t ever come back for this place again !

I like this store, customer service is most of the time good, sometimes there are some (normal) issues that influence my point of view. I do not give 5 stars because I do not like that the coupon machine never works, the company need to fix it or remove it. Besides, I suppose to receive alert messages for my medication ready, but I do not receive messages no more. The pharmacy staff needs to be just a little more organized.

The last four months , I had to wait at least 30 minutes to pick up my medications. Today I went in at 3:40pm and had to wait on line until 4:15pm for my turn; The pharmacy technicians are very unprofessional and RUDE!!! I will change to different location. Manager should manage your store more productive and employees should be trained to respect customers!!!

WARNING/CAUTION: I went in for a covid test scheduled for 10:30am in the drive through. I pulled up at 10:05am with 3 cars ahead of me. At about 10:58am I received my test. The bag with my test, including instructions inside, were covered in splotches of red that looked almost like dried blood. Someone inside was obviously handling things with contaminated dirty gloves. Wonderful, now I get to have anxiety picking up a disease while trying to test for a disease. An afterthought, remember its MINUTE CLINIC that should also be responsible for quality control. They are responsible as well. Lastly.....WOW!

This is one of the worst CVS’ in this area. They always give a misinformation. They usually mix the refills up. They don’t accept the refills or reject them even the doctor call them. And also tons of other problems. Please, please, please find another CVS or pharmacy for your own sake! Or choose this one to get a cancer while you are dealing with them😂

Dropped my prescription yesterday, was told to come after 1hr went there after 5hrs they don’t have my medication, told me they ordered it and come back next day same time for pickup, went there there is no medication, was told to go to another CVS far from this location, but the pharmacist was giving me a hard time to give me back the hard copy of my prescription, bad attitude and very rude. And it’s hard to understand what she is saying. Pls think twice before going there.

Save yourself the headache of getting prescriptions from this location. Never dealt with such rude and lazy workers in my life. 3 people working in the pharmacy had lied to me about a prescription pick up for a week saying they needed approval from my doctor,but after calling my doctors office found out that this was a lie and that there never was a request sent for approval nor was there one even needed. Had hung up on me twice mid conversation after trying to figure out what the issue was and then was extremely rude to my doctors office secretary reaching out and trying to figure out what was happening. They could have just been honest and said they did not have my medication in stock so I could’ve had another pharmacy with proper customer service help me. Not even to mention the last prescription had taken 3 days to fill up after the script was sent and each time I called they would tell me it would be ready in an hour. The fact that these immature kids have a job is mind blowing. Whoever is in control of this pharmacy department is a joke and needs to get a new staff.

I got to the drive thru and the employee named Taylor told me that I had to wait 30mins for my prescription. I wait the 30mins and go back to the drive thru where she says I have another prescription, but I have to wait another 30mins. I grab the first prescription and leave the establishment. The employee acted in a very indifferent way, like she didn’t care about her job.

No care and concern at all with drive thru. I think its a new person working at pharmacy i believe her name is taylor, but its hard yo grab meds from the slide out box , the last crew actually puts stuff in a basket to make it easier to grab stuff instead of having to open the car door to actually grab it. What kind of drive through is this anyways? When i ask her to place the signing clipboard in the basket because i cant reach, she threw my meds on the counter to put the clipboard in the basket and had like a nasty attitude about it. I mean what if i was actually a disabled person? Will she still treat me the same?

Worst pharmacy ever. Went to pick up my medication, they allowed people who got there after me to go in front of me. I try to call many times to verify if my insurance has approved my medication so i don't waste my time and gas going there just to get told i cant pick up my medication, i wait on hold for about 15 minutes, then someone picks up and just hangs up on me. Ridiculous customer service. When i tried to bring up the fact that when im calling im getting hung up on, they argue with me and say that they don’t do stuff like that. Not that CVS cares but I really don’t feel like getting my medication sent here anymore especially because of their extremely rude head pharmacist.

I loved the customer service and how well stocked they are. I was asked by two different employees if I needed help and when they didn't have a sale item (large package of paper towels) they offered to check in the back for me. Usually one has to ask and hope they will check and not tell you that what's out there is all they have. I had no problem and was not made to feel like a bother when I wanted to use my coupon and redem my extra care bucks. Of all the CVS around me, this is my favorite.

Horrible experience. $140.+ / 59 items according to the receipt.While checking out at the only open register, the employee ringing me up (the not the most efficient way possible) became very angry after I noticed he over charged me. He said "$140." Before I was going to pay I told him I wanted to double check the receipt so I began scanning through the itemized list on the credit card payment machine provided to customers to swipe or insert chip and sure enough there's an error. I inquired about an item and he repeated the total as a request for payment, ignoring my request. I responded "One sec I'm almost done going through the list and." He said, "Hurry up, $140. You've been standing there for 15 minutes. Insert chip, $140." After doing a brief assessment and realizing I've done nothing wrong I said something in normal tone and volume, to the effect of, "Wow. I'm spending a lot of money and getting a lot of stuff. I wanted to double check because of your error and now you're somehow inconvenienced by the time it takes to ring up all this stuff." Some other employee comes over and I began to explain my concern with being over charged and somehow he knew there's nothing wrong with the bill but wanted to offer $10 in Extra Bucks and $5. off the bill as an apology even though he didn't say the word "sorry". Turns out the $10 Extra Bucks was owed to me anyway, so there's that. The people that work up front at the register and on the floor are rude and it's weird.

Yesterday Thursday June 11th I went into CVS about 7 PM to use their money gram machine. There was a small clothing rack in front of the machine. I asked the guy (to bad I didn’t get his name) at the register while he was on his phone if the machine was working and he said “no that’s why we have the rack in front of it! (In a rude voice) He seemed unbothered of the needs of a costumer (me) I let his rude comment go. I asked him politely if he knew of another place where they had a money gram machine? As I was walking by him towards the door he responded “Google it’s not that hard!” I thought about going back to get his name but I just continued to walk out because I didn’t want to get out of character with him or be as rude as he was. Anyways I will not return to that CVS!!! I can’t believe that someone could be that rude for no reason at all it’s very disappointing.

Cashiers are rude ! Specially to the One Filipino guy cashier there is so rude !!! I never went in there again after he said nasty words to me ! When I'm am very nice and respectful to me since he's older than me ! Cvs should teach their cashiers how treat the customers ! And their not helpful and friendly at all! No smiles on their faces at all! Will never ever gonna come back in that store again!

First, you must ask them to speak slowly, since English is obviously not their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th language.In the first call I asked to speak to a specific pharmacist, by name. I was put on hold. Eventually someone answered the phone and asked me what the problem was. I described what the problem was ... then the person said that she wasn't the pharmacist that I asked for.I have been on hold now for one hour, for the second time. This could be a book-length review. At least this time the person who finally got on the phone, and was helpful, explained that the problem was that the only pharmacist on-site was giving a lot of COVID shots.But the major problem was that the physician prescribed a drug from a specific manufacturer (Greenstone). The label on the bottle clearly states this. The patient responds poorly with any other drug. But the drug inside the bottle is NOT the drug requested, as can be easily determined by the markings on each pill.Perhaps you won't get the wrong medication and will get someone who speaks English when you call. I didn't. Good luck.

I only go for the pharmacy. The staff are nice. I've never had a problem with them. There are some riff raff that come in here, the drug abusers, but the pharmacy staff handles them pretty well, and they appreciate the normal customers (as everyone who's worked in any kind of retail or service job knows).

Cashier Christopher is a condescending Karen that should have been fired 6 years ago! Paul, on the other hand, knows customer service and treats you right. Please get rid of Christopher... He's bad for business. Not only does he act like you're bothering him by checking out, he makes snide and rude comments about using coupons. Corporate will know about this.....

Worst cust. Service EVER!! The staff seem nice. BUT Morning lady thinks she's an extrabucks police veteran n refuses to scan VALID coupons. The Evening Mngr is lazy n careless. Refused to do return w/recpt all becuz he counted his cash drawers by 915pm and refused to recount 1 for me. Staff as a whole seem to just be following mgmt's lead tho. They NEVER offer to help u find anything here which is very rare 4 CVS. Corporate has apologized to me for their behavior.

After vaccine, I asked the lady for a print out showing the vaccine but she said i have to go there to the line with a lot of people and that lady could help me!!!! so stupid! Plus they dont cover Medi-cal for vaccine nor in their website it says that flu vaccine is free but it isnt!!!

Actually the best CVS I've had. They almost always have the prescription ready by the time I come in, or otherwise get it done quickly. Staff friendliness varies, but some are really nice.
