With this review, i hope to express my immense gratitude for the exceptional care and attention provided by Here, Doggy! As a dog owner of an anxious pup, finding a daycare that not only understands but also caters to his unique needs has been a game changer. From the very beginning, the staff has shown remarkable patience and guidance, especially when dealing with my pups occasional loud moments. Their attentiveness goes beyond the ordinary, as they've proven to notice even subtle changes in his behavior - a testament to their genuine care.The "take or leave" area is a brilliant concept that adds a personal touch to the experience. Being able to drop off goodies and pick up essentials is not only convenient but also reflects the thoughtful consideration put into the daycare's design.Choosing a new daycare is always a nerve-wracking experience for any dog owner, but Here, Doggy! has gone above and beyond to alleviate any worries I had about my pup. The availability of cameras for check-ins adds an extra layer of reassurance, allowing me to observe his activities and well-being throughout the day.What truly sets Here, Doggy! apart is the trust I've developed in their ability to care for my pup. The little report cards and daily updates have been invaluable, providing insights into his social interactions and daily activities. Thanks to the support and genuine care provided by this daycare, my dog has become more social and accustomed to other dogs and people.I am truly grateful for the positive impact Here, Doggy! has had on my pup's well-being. This is for Here Doggy Grooming. Bethina was wonderful! She was very welcoming when we first got there and treated my dog with such love and care. She explained to me her process and the products she uses (all high quality). On top of that, my dog came out looking cute and smelling good. I highly recommend Bethina!

First time coming here with my Pup for nail trimming services and really appreciated how Bethina handled my baby. She was very gentle and great with Bailey. She also cleaned her station, as she had to swap out a pup she was grooming, to trim my dog's nails. I will be coming here going forward for my dog grooming needs. :)

First off – if you care about your dog and in turn you’re looking for a review, please take what I have to say seriously, because I’ve brought my dogs to many daycares in many states and in multiple countries. So I know exactly how lucky I am to have found Here, Doggy! and Jessica / Jess and Andy and Monica and Israel and honestly every single other person I’ve interacted with who works there. I’ve fantasized about volunteering.I'm also not necessarily quick to praise. Certainly not quick to over-praise. I have no skin in the game in writing this review, as we are moving away from SF.That is all to say, this is long overdue, and it has been on my mind many times... but it is time to tackle my Here, Doggy! review as a long-time customer.In short… they are true professionals, and the priority is the dogs. I have so much respect for how they run this “business” – the quotes are to emphasize the fact that as far as I can tell, it is in equal part a business as it is a legitimate passion project. Ok it isn’t even equal – if given the choice, they choose the dogs over themselves. Any dog. Your dog. That is incredible, and is an empathy test that treads into what it is like to be a great doctor, in my opinion. But even more rare for a daycare because there are "no rules", officially. To continue the metaphor: there are plenty of skilled doctors, but over time, they become desensitized by scale and almost necessarily lose some empathy. But great doctors somehow maintain the person-by-person (or dog-by-dog) consideration and care. And I hope I’ve conveyed all of this well enough to them in person, but I also want it on the record that this is a rare thing in general in any profession, and it is beyond “good” for the dogs; it graduates to life-changing for the other humans who care about the dogs.We adopted our current dog without knowing much about her, and she is great albeit imperfect, as most are. She wasn’t equipped to be alone when we adopted her. Here, Doggy! allowed us to keep her, and her being there every day for ~ two years now has helped immensely with her confidence with strange dogs and strange people, and I expect will allow her to handle moving on to whatever her next situation will be.Prior to that, my previous senior dog was lucky enough to be a patron for maybe a year. And I sometimes think… well, even if the other daycare situations or being alone at home while I worked weren’t enriching for her (this legitimately bums me out)… at least at the end of her life she got the absolute most loving and catered care that she could hope for. She could be a grump in the end – but she had so much fun sprinkled throughout, right up to the end. We should all hope for the same.Just have a look at the cameras any time if you are at all suspicious of a stranger’s word. I cannot fathom the consistent compassion and the willpower and the WORK that goes into doing this every day in a way that I cannot believe I’ve never disagreed with.I’m very grateful.You’d be lucky to get a spot, because I guarantee it is impossible to do any better.

The Groomer, Bethina, is amazing! She’s great with my very timid dog and always does an amazing job on his black nails. I have been to so many groomers around the Peninsula and she is the only one that is consistently good.She does everything: bathing, drying, nails, ear cleaning, anal gland, and teeth brushing (plus more as these are my Rocky’s needs).My only complaint, I wish I found her sooner!

Our pup really sees Here Doggy as his second home - the staff is A+ and we really feel like we are dropping him off with his extended family every time: they know his little quirks and we can tell how much they love having him (and all the other dogs) around! We feel so lucky to be part of the Here Doggy crew!

My dog adores Here Doggy; he squeaks frantically to get in the door and has (more than once!) hidden from Jessica at the end of the day to attempt to avoid going home.Even beyond the exercise your dog will get, he or she will become accustomed to meeting strange dogs which pays dividends when going to the park.Jessica and her team are fantastic; we've been going here since she started the business in March 2017. Elvis and I can't recommend Here Doggy strongly enough.

Our dog LOVES Here, Doggy! He would start whining as soon as I parked and he was always so eager to join the pack. They took great care of him for daycare and boarding. We had to stop going because we moved out of the area, and I definitely miss it. Definitely recommend Here, Doggy! for doggy daycare and boarding.

Bethina’s grooming is top notch! My two labradoodles always leave looking like a million bucks!! She’s gentle and kind, and is very serious about her craft. Is extremely thorough and detail oriented. She will be the only groomer I go to!!!

I am so grateful for Here Doggy and their staff. My 2 yo lab mix comes home happy and calm after his full days here. He gets to play all day with other dogs and I’m able to peek in and observe through the web cams they have in each area. The boarding option has come in super handy when we’ve had to travel. Love the staff here and can tell they love all the dogs. Would highly recommend!

We started bringing our dog here almost 2 years ago now and have been so impressed with the daycare and boarding services. The staff and owners are extremely friendly— and always attentive to how the dogs are doing. We especially love that the boarding is cage free. The prices are competitive, and most importantly we have always felt that our dog has been well cared for. It is always great to be able to see our dogs on the webcams during the day as well. This has been by far the best boarding and daycare experience. We love Here, Doggy!

My dogs and I LOVE Here, Doggy! We have been going regularly for a couple of years. The dogs get so excited when they see us pull into the parking lot. They have doggy-friends there, they are well-treated and the business is very well run. The staff is consistent, kind, well-trained and has very low turn over. Cannot say enough good things about this place. I have 3 dogs and could not manage without Here, Doggy! many days. They are the best.

Honestly, my dog is so so so so so happy here! The staff are constantly happy and friendly and it's always a joy to see how happy my furbaby is when he arrives (and how happy he is to see me when I pick him up).Anyway, it's a very professional and accommodating establishment. The only difficult part of moving to the Bay from LA was finding a doggy daycare my pup loved as much as she loved West LA Dogs in LA. There are very few doggy daycare options in the Bay Area, especially in San Francisco. Initially we were using another well known doggy daycare with locations in SF, Oakland and elsewhere around the state. They were expensive and required me to pay a fee to add on all day play during boarding -which I always did though I do not think she was always placed in day play bc every time I picked her up from boarding she was covered in anxiety drool. It made me feel awful to leave her there and I knew I had to find another option.Enter Here Doggy, what a breath of fresh air for myself and my dog! From the moment we stepped into the facility for our temperament test I could tell how much these folks care about not just dogs, but running a top notch establishment. The temperament test was totally transparent, I even got to watch Stella being introduced to the yard. She is always excited to visit, drop offs are easy, pick ups are easy, she NEVER has anxiety drool or any other sign of having been in distress when I pick her up. I finally found a doggy daycare in the bay I feel confident/good leaving my fur baby at!My only, minor, complaints are, I'd like to see more locations of Here Doggy in the bay and earlier drop off times in the AM.Thank you Here Doggy!! We would LOVE it if you opened a location in San Francisco (I know they're technically in SF but I mean closer to the city center.) and/or near Oakland Airport!!

As most dog owners can likely relate to, you probably don't think of your dog as your pet, but rather as your family. As such, you want the best for them. Here, Doggy is exactly that; it's the best! It's a world to offer that special part of your family where they can socialize with various dogs, build relationships, and most importantly, be lovingly looked after by a family of wonderful and enthusiastic new owners.The facility itself is very spacious and undergoing some exciting new renovations. Pricing is on point and the hours are very accommodating for working individuals/families. With all of that said, the best justification for how incredible this place is, is not through my or any other reviewers words, but on the reaction your doggy will give you.Kepler (my high energy Jack Russell Terrier) LOVES it. His excitement radiates the second we pull into the parking lot, where he begins jumping for joy, howling to signal to his friends he has arrived, and dashes into the gates to meet his friends. If you are looking for an excellent place to have your dog looked after, do yourself a favor and swing by Here, Doggy. It will become your dog's home away from home.

Here Doggy has been a lifesaver! I have two dogs, one mellow and one rescue very high energy! The staff knows just the energy and pack Chance should be with. Everyone is so friendly! They not only know your dog but ensures it’s a fun experience. I’ve boarded Chance there too. I love that it’s cage free! Today, my family needed to take a short day trip to see family. Here Doggy always accommodates a special request if they can. We brought both our dogs and have peace of mind that they are playing and safe.Thanks to all the staff to really seem to enjoy what they do!

We came to Here, Doggy about a year or so ago and our very high energy puppy was received by everyone with such love. At the beginning, I thought he wouldn't do well because the comments about his behavior were as I expected, totally crazy. Jessica and her wonderful team worked with us and our pup with great patience and now he is a Here, Doggy regular every time we go out of town. Charlie has matured so much since we began bringing him to Here, Doggy and we have nothing but gratitude to the staff for the patience and care they have had over time with our boy. He has definitely shown so much proof of the great work they do with the dogs in their care.Grooming is also excellent.

Here, Doggy! daycare is by far the best daycare I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. The owners are amazing and took the time to get to know my dogs. I loved watching the video feed and seeing them getting pets from the workers. The space is huge and they have separate areas for dogs with different energy levels. They have time out areas when the dogs get too rough (One of mine was always in there and deserved it lol)I also have to give them a huge shout out for allowing my long-term foster dog to visit once a week. The time she spent there helped her grow her confidence to a new level.

By far my favorite doggy daycare and boarding in the bay. Super friendly staff and great rates. I can really tell they love my dog and he loves them! They have nest cameras in every area if you're ever curious and want to check in on your doggy. Every time I look my doggy is happy and wagging!

Love Here Doggy and recommend them to every dog parent I know. We did shop around and paws down Here Doggy was the best. We have a shy girl and she is the most at ease here. Jessica and the whole staff are so friendly and my dogs love going there. They keep my dogs together as they are bonded and do better when they stay together. I love that they have cameras in all the areas, so you can see how they are doing. They are not is kennels with I also like. They can walk around or just lay down, or play with other dogs if they want.

At Here Doggy, the dogs rule! Jessica, Andy and the fabulous staff treat your dog as if he or she is a member of their own family, so your dog gets the highest level of care possible outside of your home with great play and rest environments, important socialization skill-building, necessary discipline (time outs), lots of cuddles and plenty of watchful eyes on the pack at all times. My dog absolutely considers Here Doggy his second home - he is super happy there and I am so grateful to have such a fantastic home away from home for him!! There’s only 5 stars available but I would give them 10!!

If your looking to socialize your pup or bring them to a safe (fun) place while you are at work, look no further. I've been sending my dog to Here, Doggy since December 2017. He has a big personality and I'm a helicopter dog mom and I know it- I watch the webcams, call to check in and send him with a lunch. The safety and happiness of my boy is the most important thing to me. He has separation anxiety so leaving him at home while I'm in the office was never an option. The team at Here, Doggy brought us into their family. Always reassuring an anxious mom and giving extra scratches to my boy. He was usually there 5 days a week, but with COVID, we don't go into the office anymore. The Here, Doggy community is such an important part of his life we make an effort to bring him by weekly because he LOVES IT. Don't hesitate choosing Here, Doggy for your pup.

Been sending our husky here since they opened, and it’s only gotten better. Our pup is epileptic, and, while his seizures are few and far between, they’re fast to recognize them and attentive to his needs; contacting us immediately and following up on his care. You can tell they really care about the pups. It really puts our minds at ease knowing he’s always in good hands with Jessica and her team.

We absolutely love this place! Jessica and the whole staff are amazing. They're great with my little troublemaker, and give me tips all the time to work with him (he has a hard time being a puppy lol). It's also comforting that they access the dogs behavior before accepting them into daycare to make sure everyone fits and are safe and comfortable. Having a groomer onsite is also super convenient and Mauricio is great as well! I very much recommend them!

I cannot be more grateful for Jessica and the whole team at Here, Doggy. I rescued a dog a few years ago with extreme separation anxiety. The first year as a single dog parent was challenging and exhausting, I needed help while my dog, Leo, was adjusting to his new routine and environment. Here, Doggy was the only place who was willing to work with Leo and his behavioral issues.Fast forward 1.5 years later, Leo has overcome his separation anxiety and can stay home alone for 4+ hours in his crate. Whenever we arrive at Here, Doggy, he wiggles, whines, and barks with pure excitement. Thank you to the whole team for being so patient with Leo! He loves playing with all his friends in the large indoor/outdoor space, and I love watching him in the webcam!

Space is good. My dog didn't work out here but I don't feel like the attendees do enough to create a good environment for the dogs. My dog was ganged up on multiple times with no supervision and when he got snippy with other dogs it was caught. Uneven at best. The communication about this issue felt more negative than it had to be, like my dog was beyond repair. Other places I've left him have nothing but praise...these guys just don't seem to have enough experience to run a dog care facility. First words when picking up dog after a 3 night stay were "it's not going to work out here." Even if that's the case can you at least create a positive situation rather than a negative one? If you want a cheap open space for your older, well behaved dog, this is it. If you want a place for your younger, energetic dog that is fair, this is not it.
