Not bad place to shop. Usually busy on weekends and workday evenings but not too bad. The food court line can get pretty long sometimes but overall it’s not bad of a wait.It’s a bit small but there’s a business center nearby too.

Review for Costco in South SF near the airport:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Had a fantastic shopping experience at the Costco near the airport in South SF! I was thrilled to find the alkaline water packs, grabbing three of them. With 18 bottles priced at just $11, not only was the value unbeatable, but the water tasted pure and refreshing. To top it off, their selection of organic orange juice was impressive. Fresh, flavorful, and a wide range to choose from. This Costco location truly stands out with its quality products and competitive prices. Will be returning soon for more great finds! Highly recommended.

“I recently visited the Costco food court and unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience. The cleanliness of the establishment was subpar, with dirty floors and an overall lack of tidiness. Additionally, the absence of air conditioning made the environment uncomfortably hot, and a lengthy queue added to the frustration. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to create a more enjoyable and hygienic dining environment for customers.”

Unfortunately found a hard piece of plastic or some foreign object in my pizza. Went this morning to buy a whole pepperoni pizza, once I got home I served myself 2 slices and half way through a slice I found myself chewing on something hard. At first I thought it was a chunky pepper flake but once I bit down on it again I proceeded to remove it from my mouth and to my surprise I find this….will proceed with caution if I decide to eat the remaining slices. Just wanted to spread awareness to careful and chew your food properly in case you discover a hidden gem like I did.

A good Costco that's always busy. The store parking lot can be full, so you might have to go to the overflow lot. The gas lines move quickly but the intersections can get clogged.

Another convenient Costco, especially location by the airport and along the way to and from San Francisco. Ample parking, gas station appears to be slightly separated by a small street. Food court does not seem to require membership access for now unlike other Costco stores during my visit.

South San Francisco Costco has standard items but also offers seasonal items. This location has a gas station and seems to always be congested. This location is minutes from the SF airport. This location is my favorite Costco. The food court no longer accepts cash so you will have to use your card.

Best Costco in the Bay Area for snacks. It is very convenient that the food court is slightly separated from the general Costco customer area so people traffic doesn't get all crazy.

This Costco wholesale warehouse is very popular. It is really hard to find a parking spot on Saturday evening. Here is some interesting statistics. in 2020, Costco had 105.5 million members. It is the second biggest retailer in the world. And, a typical Costco store sells only 4,000 different products, Walmart sells 140,000. What i like to buy in Costco is anything that is cheap, healthy, and will not get spoiled because of the expiration date. Some portions are away too big for individuals, not enough time to eat. What is good to buy in Costco? Here is the list. It is water, olive oil, drugs(generic or prescription), prescription glasses, nuts, organic almond butter, egg whites, eggs, rotisserie chicken, tires and gas. What is not good to buy, i believe, is over the counter medications, books, flowers, office supplies, and a large quantity of produce. Finally, I was very disappointed to see a large number of people staying in line to return a merchandise. There were too many of them. It seems this store has one of the most lenient return policies of any major chain store. I do not support store's returning policy. I think, Costco should tighten loopholes to prevent return fraud and abuse by Returnaholics. Overall, my experience in the store was positive.

Of course they have a lot of things to choose from from food to clothing and other products. However if you're not in there to buy bulk then I'm not sure it's worth it I have compared prices on some things and you can get them cheaper elsewhere. The parking lot is a disaster there are always people fighting for spots literally.

💙 this Costco. Roomy, great selection of many kinds of food. it is rarely super busy or packed, so it's a pretty easy in and out. great Ada accessible parking in front. possibly slightly understaffed or maybe it was just today but I'm not mad since it was sooo mellow. the pharmacy employees are extremely sweet. it might be out of the way but ultimately a Time Saver for me. And this is the only Costco in the Bay Area that is carrying the 48 pack of ramen!!

I forgot to pack contacts while traveling and went to the optical dept, they didn't have my scrip in stock, but they went above and beyond to find a costo that did and have them hold me a box while I drove there.Wish I could remember their names, but it was the evening of 12-20-23, good job to the crew.

I've been a Costco member for more than 10 years but never tried the tire service as they always look busy. A friend of ours recommended giving it a try as their warranty coverage is great and price is right.Overall, the tire center tech is knowledgable and professional during my face-to-face time with them. But there were two things that really rubbed me the wrong way (especially the last one):1) Tires were purchased and was told that I would get a call within a week once they know when the tires would arrive to the location. Then an appointment can be made for installation. 1.5 week later go by, my wife (alternate contact #) got a call from Costco Tire Center and shared that they have not been able to get in touch with me over last 1 week. It turns out, they fat fingered my cell # though my phone number is current in my costco membership contact info. Okay this is NOT BAD - I get it~ human error! Fast forward, during the tire install the tire center tech told me that he would call me once the car is ready (roughly in 1 to 2 hours); I had to call them 5 hrs later to find out the car has been ready since the 1.5 hour mark.2) The car was dropped off clean and the car came back with stains all over the column on the front left inside of the car. This is a basic etiquette, Costco! Slap on a clean set of gloves/coverall before entering the car.

This is a location that don't check your Costco card, if you just want to go into the food court. Before the pandemic, they had BBQ sandwiches, chicken caesar salads and polish sausages. Those are no longer available, along with the free chopped onions to go with the hot dog. I look forward to getting a hot dog every time after shopping here. Good times.

Came to redeem my Citibank rewards and told it was redeemed which I DID NOT DO. Then it took 1 hour 12 mins to get a membership card because the staff kept messing up — first staff didn’t input the correct number then my name was spelled wrong twice. Still no idea why that took 1.25 hours. Waste of time. Never coming back and may cancel th membership. Only people I like are the sample people: they are very kind (but they aren’t Costco workers), as well as Erick & Austin who were restocking items and Costco employees. Come by here if you love to waste your time. The supervisor who was unhelpful was Jesse. All the other employees were trying to be helpful even if some made mistakes or took forever. He also asked me to sign up for recurring meme reship payment and offered the tumbler as a free gift and never gave it to me. Terrible experience & I hope no one goes through this as well. Be prepared to wait in line forever for refunds and memberships. Even if there is only 1 other person in line it took 30 mins. Super inefficient. I’m amazed at how inefficient it is. I waited 35 mins in refunds and then another 15 mins to be told that I can’t refund my items when Costco has a great refund policy & is the only reason why I shop here. Ridiculous. After I find a Costco that lets me refund my items I don’t want I will cancel my membership and never return. Btw Trader Joe’s items are the same price or cheaper than Costco. On top of the rude service here I’ll never be back & advise you to do the same
