Prescriptions are filled quickly and you can actually get someone on the phone, way better than some of the nearby chains such as Rite-Aid where I've had issues in the past.Only two minor things that can easily be fixed:- I would love to see them install bike parking with how close this pharmacy is to residents and the bike trail.- A clerk opened the stapled bag of my prescription, to "make sure everything was in there" while checking out, which can feel invasive with other customers around. I would have preferred she let me check discreetly.

I had my first prescription filled at Anchor. What a wonderful experience. After dealing with incredibly poor service at Walgreens for much to long, it was refreshing to deal with friendly and professional staff at Anchor.

I’ve never been to the place but I do know about their delivery service. I’d say 50% of the delivery staff are on time the other 50% are so far behind they don’t know what they are doing. This is due to the fact that the delivery people are over worked. No doubt do to the pharmacy staff and their attitude towards the customer.Unless you live nearby and have a loud door bell. You won’t get your delivery on time and have to wait for them another day. I’m not being petty either. The excuses you are giving you are to much. Go somewhere else if you can.

They messed up on my mom's medicine 6 years ago. She had cancer and almost die.when I went over there to speak to the manager all he said was sorry and next day I asked them for my mothers record they told me there is no record. SHADY PEOPLE. SHAME ON YOU!

This is a good place to pick up prescriptions or grab things whenever you're feeling under the weather I've been in there a few times and had good customer service will return in the future
