I find their selection of deli items not so great , especially when compared to to Safeway. Things are om the pricier side without much quality to substantiate the price.Update 1/26/24Their coffee is nice and it’s freshly brewed and they have a choice of dark roast, medium roast and decaf.They also have automated Amazon returns.

Very nice and clean. Very well stocked with nice and friendly staff. It's a lot smaller than the usual whole foods but they got everything I needed. They have a small selection of hot items and pizza station. Not bad for a small town.

The management & staff here are very nasty. Went in and asked if they took EBT, which they replied they did. So I shopped around and grabbed my groceries, went to check out and the checkout employee took my card and went and huddled with management. They came back and said my card was stolen, which it had my name on it. I don’t know how they deemed this by just standing in a circle. I just think they discriminated against me because I had EBT.

I go to Whole Foods almost every other day for their Hot Bar and Salad Bar and they are always fantastic! So glad to have them and their nice Staff in Tahoe!!

All good but no liquor. Just FYI.Parking is plenty with few charging spots. Surprised they don't have a free charging station like most do.

We’re in Lake Tahoe and we got a room with a kitchenette. Can I just say - this whole food saved our life! The vegan options at Lake Tahoe are very limited. And they have nothing more than a couple sandwiches and smoothies. Not to mention it’s all extremely expensive. But thanks to this Whole Foods we were able to eat like kings. There’s a host of entrees with fake meats, Mac cheese, rice, and even vegan sushi. Of course the standard fruits and vegetables are fresh as always. Thank you Whole Foods for making this our most well-fed vacation!

Fantastic experience. Super super clean store, super friendly staff, pretty good selection although they did not have everything, very clean. Appreciate the friendly service convenience and cleanliness. They are sanitizing like crazy here and it’s great!

This supermarket ist awesome. We didn't know it is an organic food suoermarket, but seeing this concept and tasting the organic vegetables was so amazing. All i tried tasted great.

Stopped here for some health and beauty aids and pain reliever. Not much available for these items. Other than that everything looked fresh and well stocked. The hot food bar and salad bars looked awesome. Would have like to try these but already had dinner plans.

I'm so thankful for Whole Foods in South Tahoe! The store offers a great selection of produce, and the shelves are consistently stocked with everything you'd expect from Whole Foods. It was nice to go to market for friyt and some traditional medicine teas while waiting for their delucious reasonably priced large pizza 15.00 for sausage extra cheese The carmelized onion mushroom is also great

As a long time property owner, adjacent to the bijou market place, I can say this has created more bear activity in the neighborhood increasing each year and they take no responsibility for trying to control that with proactive measures. They, the property management group don’t care about the bears or the community.

A more unique vibe at this whole foods than others. It's a bit smaller and feels more like a neighborhood market. Same selection as other whole foods. They were playing techno music on the speakers. Felt kind of like a night club. But I kind of dug it. It's exactly how I would expect a whole foods in a ski area to be like.

Staff here is awesome. It's great to have one of these in a mountain town. Only downfalls are you are paying whole food prices in an already expensive mountain town. They also don't have all the things I can find in other whole foods like my favorite red maca almond butter and an alkaline water dispenser to fill my 5 gal. . Plus, some other weird things that I can sometimes get lucky with other whole foods and organic stores. Overall, this place is solid.

Ordered an 18" cheese pizza for 15 dollars and the base had so much flour it was causing me to choke. I watched the "chef" prepare another pizza, cake it in flour, proceed to drop the dough on the floor and he just brushes it off. There's also a lot of cross-contamination. Aside from this the prices are extortionate.
