I will start by thanking Aaron and the other gentlemen for apologizing for the situation that occurred the previous night, even with it not initially being your doing. I’m aware my situation and review will be one of few that are similar, as far as experience goes of being at this dispensary as a customer, so I definitely don’t expect there to be many like mine..this was a dispensary that I first bought from in person and my experience wasn’t very well. I understand that with there being a misunderstanding but the fact I didn’t receive an apology from the person who was directly involved after being publicly embarrassed and accused of having a fake ID has affected me not only emotionally but mentally to a certain point. I don’t like confrontation and the fact the employee laughed throughout the situation was even more upsetting. I at first thought, John was joking when he initially laughed and so I even made a nervous laugh because it was a weird “joke” to me until I realized, he was actually being serious and then taunting and bringing up the fact that I laughed at what he said nervously instead of realizing, that I really didn’t know he was being serious at first. This is my first week here as an official South Lake Tahoe local and I’ve never experienced this and I would never want anyone else to especially when their ID isn’t a fake and it’s very concerning how they aren’t able to quickly and correctly identify the difference between a real and fake ID. I couldn’t even fully sign my name on the sign-in sheet due to my anxiety and it upsets me to think back on it just to write this review and showing by the length of this review you could tell. I would never want to visit here simply because of how uncomfortable I felt and still feel about it. But my boyfriend is a loyal customer here and has had no issues. I do thank Aaron and the other employee again (which is why I gave 2 starts instead of 1), who apologized in the end even when the person initially responsible should have apologized and I would have never cared to write this review but, thats not the case. I’m definitely not saying you shouldn’t go here because I’m sure by the look of most reviews that you’ll have a good experience because not everyone’s is the same. I’m simply sharing my experience and that’s all. I wish no low customer flow on any business just simply, criticism/complaint from a one time customer.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff, solid deals as well. It’s the only dispensary I needed to go to on my vacation to Tahoe. For visitors, it’s easy to find with plenty of parking. Definitely hope to be back.

This is my local spot for all things thc. You could probably find better prices elsewhere, but you’ll be sacrificing quality, consistency, and selection… Unless, of course, you want to drive all the way to Reno. Alexis is always a cheerful energy while working behind the counter. Love coming here.

Wow! Am I ever happy I found this place! I'm in town for a conference and I just had hip surgery. Needless to say, all that time on my feet was causing a lot of pain. I needed meds quick, because I'd already used what I packed. Alexis was amazinggggg! She was super friendly and professional from the second I walked in this BEAUTIFUL dispensary. A quick run down of my symptoms and Alexis immediately had suggestions for pain and insomnia. I walked out with some top notch tablets for the pain, and some lovely, terpy flower from two different farms (they're both great buys!) for my other ailments, both physical and psychic. I will definitely be hitting this place up on my way out of town in a week. Very, very impressed by all the staff and the selection. The prices were great compared to my home county, and the local art on display was mind-blowing. The locals are lucky to have this business!

Good people, short wait time. Well, that depends on the customers in front of you. Nothing annoys me more than somebody talking about products and looking at the package and putting it back and taking forever. You know what you're going there to buy just get it and go so the next person can get it and go. However, that's not the company's fault. I highly recommend this place. It's a little pricey but they do have other products that are within reasonable cost

Such a knowledgeable budtender!! Every time we come up to Tahoe this is our go-to place. We've been to several in South Lake! The shop is beautiful, and growing!! I'm waiting (patiently) for a new hemp shirt with TWC. I get compliments on mine in Calaveras!! They gifted me one 6yrs ago.Keep up the wonderful job!!
