This is next to heavenly valley Gondola. It’s off season so it’s not busy at all. It’s pretty empty. When I picked up my online order there were noCustomers In store but had at least 2 workers. I ordered steel cut oats and it didn’t come with any blueberries which is standard for order. Plus my drink was sub-standard (missing ingredients). The workers seem really sweet but given how easy it should have been to complete the order in full it was disappointing.i tried calling them three times but no one picked up. It’s the least busy store in area. The Starbucks south is bustling and they picked up after 2 rings. south store even took time to look up my order but told me my order was placed at different store. Heavenly Valley (next to Gondola)

We generally don't visit Starbucks a lot!! But we never miss it here at Tahoe!! Cozy Starbucks with wonderful employees and even better mocha!! Great location for this Starbucks just beside the ice rink and parking garage. You can grab your favorite beverage and then step on to the gondola to the top of Heavenly Valley!!

They ruined my birthday. That was my birthday; and I had a birthday reward for a free drink. I came to visit Tahoe and was about to have dinner at the pizza opposite the Starbucks. Then I came in and asked the staff how would I redeem my birthday reward in the store. and I showed her ( her name is Bonnie) my phone and she looked at me and said " just scan it" so I hit the redeem option in the store" and scan; then waited for my drink and I saw they charged me. So I came and asked nicely another staff who made and gave my drink; and said " oh I think there is some misunderstanding, today is my birthday and I was supposed to have a free drink and I think you guys till charged me. Then the staff who made the drink for me looked at me like I am lying and just created an account to get free drink; she looked at me and asked " how long you have the apps for?" I said " for years, and you can check it" then another staff ( the nicest one) came and said sorry and tried to return money back to me; the one who got my order at first said to me that " I didn't know today was your birthday " what does she mean??? I showed her the phone screen when I ordered and told her today was my birthday and how should I redeem it and she said just scan and now she acted like she didn't know??? such a liar. and so you just didn't listen to me at all? and to the one who asked me and look at me like I am cheating on you guys, " I have this account for year, and even if I just created the account, I wouldn't be able to have the redeem award on my card!"I never have bad experiences but that day was my first and it was on my birthday!CHECK THE CAMERA TO SEE IF i showed her my birthday reward at the beginning. And checked to see the staff 's attitude!!!!! it is on AUgust 10th at around 7.30-8.0

The Starbucks in Heavenly Village is a small, unassuming coffee shop located in the heart of the ski resort. It's not out of the ordinary, but it's a reliable place to get a coffee. The selection of drinks is standard Starbucks fare, but there are a few unique items on the menu, such as the Heavenly Mocha Frappuccino.The interior of the cafe is small and narrow, but it's clean and well-maintained. There are a few tables and chairs inside, but it's mostly a grab-and-go type of place.Overall, I would give the Starbucks in Heavenly Village 4 stars out of 5. It's not the most exciting coffee shop in the world, but it's a reliable place to get a good cup of coffee.

We just went to this location when we walked in all four employees were just standing around. My husband and I said wow it mist be slow today. The employees said it has been slow all morning.. We got our coffee and breakfast sandwiches and went outside to their tables. Every table was dirty. The trash can in the lobby was overflowing. We went somewhere else to sit and discovered our sandwiches were cold and my husband's coffee cup hand sticky stuff all over the outside. Not good service !!

Clean and friendly environment. The girls this morning (3-23-2023) were hilarious. Great attitude for being at work so early. Tell them Shane will be back. Thank you girls for waking me up with your great personalities.Parking: The parking garage is located behind Starbucks.

nice place, friendly staff.4 stars because this Starbucks doesn't limit the wifi to 1hr and there are people sitting there for hours using the wifi and people who come for a snack or a drink can't find a table inside especially during the cold months. reminds me more of a library and people sitting for hours or sometimes all day long are becoming annoying to the people who come to have a drink for 30mins or less and can't find an empty table

Terrible customer service and extremely rude workers with attitude. Practically got my drink thrown at me if I wouldn’t have caught it, it would have fallen on the floor. Strawberry açaí didn’t come with strawberry’s either. Do not recommend

Rude employees. Impatient and have attitudes. Needs proper training. Don’t work there if you’re not going to be patient for customers especially when the menu is big along with custom orders. Other than that the drinks were good.

Outstanding service from Alexa!! I have never felt so welcome before, especially at a Starbucks. She made our drinks perfectly and always had a smile on her face. She also answered all the questions we had about the drinks and the rewards program. Definitely will be back.

Disconnect between the Starbucks app and in-store availability left me without part of my order, but the manager had an amazing attitude and fixed it perfectly, and with basically no effort on my end. No wait at all for my beverage, and the best Matcha Lemonade I've had at any of the Starbucks in South Lake!

Very upset as I visited today to get my free bday drink that was on my rewards card. Made sure to tell the guy at the counter I was using my rewards card but he managed to charge me for the drink and not use my rewards. Gave 2 stars because the girl that made the drink made it very well but the guy at the register is apparently not to smart at understanding directions.

Staff service good prompt. Stocked items. As I moved over to pick up window, the smells of urine paralyzed me! As a local I rarely visit touristy area with my family. But do on occasions. There's also GREAT service in keeping areas or locations clean!!! As a local I'm quite embarrassed because this is what out out of town visitors experience! Cashier handled my food items after continually scratching her scalp this is Grose and not ServSafe! Get it together Starbucks where's the responsibility?

If corporate isn't already sending people down to see how amazing the ladies on shift the morning of June 10 th are they should. The interaction they had with my wife and I should be a training video for all locations.

Made us wait over 10 min standing at the front of the line by the cashier. Didnt care to look or say sorry to make us wait. When I asked if they can at least tell us to how long we need to wait, all they said was "sorry, we are too busy." Very inconsiderate response. We had to just walk out.

The whole franchise is like a fashion brand. Customers would rather starve and overpay for generic things, than get comfortable and be financially realistic.Ball-busting slim jeans over pants.Back-breaking high heels over memory form shoes.Truly a way of life.

I don't like Starbucks .. they have NO idea on how to make a hot cocoa, but, when it's WINTER and it's cold at the ice rink right outside their door, I'm the guy ordering a mocha right in front of you! hahahaha My lovely wife? She is torn between coffee and mocha, unless the Ice Rink is operating - which means - it's winter time - she'll have a pepper mint something or another. okay, See ya in S. Lake Tahoe !!!

The store can only have 18 people max. It felt pretty crowded with 6 people inside. Seating inside is super limited with only 6 spots. You would be better off mobile ordering here.
