Just wanted to say I shop here very frequently as we are redoing our entire house and live very close and Katie has always been the biggest help. She is always willing to help with a very genuine attitude. A truly rare thing these days, if all customer service employees were like Katie the world would be a much better place!

The personnel is unprofessional and rude. They would sell us the wrong chains even if we gave them the correct tire numbers and everything. Then they refuse to fix their mistakes and exchange them for the right ones. We agreed to pay for chains because we trusted their judgment and apparently made a huge mistake.Take out: do not trust them; they are not proffecionals and just want to make a profit out of you.

Been there twice in a 24 hr period, purchased 3 items, two items rang up wrong in the system from what was displayed in the store and web site. One female employee made the comment "it's only a dollar so she didn't care". Her exact words. Both times they deflect the problem to the renovations.

The staff is very hit or miss. Some are nice, but one man will help you find something and then loudly (and inaccurately) tell their coworker that they were helping a “young girl” who was “sent” to get screws and had no clue what she was doing.This is extremely rude, inappropriate, and creates a hostile environment for women in hardware stores. I was not sent by anyone, and I am not a young girl. I am an adult woman, and the only thing I didn’t know was if the screw I needed to match for my license plate was metric or standard. If I hadn’t accepted the help which was offered to me immediately upon entering that aisle, I would have taken longer but would have found the screws I needed and left with my dignity. I don’t recommend this place if respect is important to you.

I love Ace Hardware! They have just about what you need & it's all about the customer service here. Sick & tired of the big box stores, I'll drive the extra couple of miles to an Ace. Always helpful & the stainless steel hardware is always stocked! Thanks again, all of you!

This place has great selections for basic project materials and the staff is always pleasant and very helpful. Prices are a bit higher than the usual but that's what we pay for convenience. Still very fair though. Justin is always helping the best he can and greets everyone that enters the store. Big plus for customer service.

The is the most pleasant store I’ve been to! Every single employee I’ve dealt with is genuinely nice and helpful. They also always have what I need from odd specialty bulbs to any kitchen gadget to fully assembled bbqs in the middle of winter.

Tall kid with glasses was not very helpful - no greeting and actually gave me the up and down look when I walked in. I’m female and a minority soooo instantly, I knew this wasn’t going to be good. I was going to buy a heavy item, and I asked another worker if I could leave it on the counter so I can move my car closer and I wouldn’t have to carry it very far. He was kind enough to let me. But when I came back, the tall kid had put it back in the aisle. He told me things “couldn’t be left on the counter.” Wow. 2 stars for the other employee who was actually helpful!

I don't think I've ever written a review this quickly before! I went to this Ace because I bought a full gut job house in the area and my weekends are spent going to hardware stores to see what might help me move my projects along faster. ;)I went in today just trying to get some paint supplies but I wandered over to the plumbing section to see if I could find some caps to seal off one side of the two way water valves under my kitchen sink (while I wait for the dual shut off valve version to be delivered). Nick was working on the weekend and he totally saved me with $5 worth of supplies. I got two sizes because I wasn't sure what crackhead methods were used to install the fridge water line and the dishwasher water line (the former owner used painters tape to seal - not blue plumbers tape, so we were off to a good start). Well the two pieces Nick got for me were perfect to shut off the dishwasher line AND the fridge line. What a bonus! Now I have my sink up in working order and my family doesn't want to kick me out of the house! Hahahah. Thank you so much, Nick!!

Independent stores apparently don't take returns from other Ace stores, especially this location (although nothing posted anywhere says that). Very unhelpful staff and wondering why they use the corporate Ace name when they don't even honor the returns policy. Better off going to Kingsbury hardware and supporting nice, helpful local people that don't hide under a corporate entity.

The most amazing employees!! Ran up right at close needing to grab some plumber's glue for an emergency. They were kind enough to let me race in and grab it, even told me the aisle I needed! In and out in two minutes. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The store is centrally located. The service however leaves a lot to be desired. I asked a question about plumbing and the person who is supposed to be knowledgeable could be bothered. I will try not to return to that Ace unless I absolutely have to. Very unfriendly. The reason I gave it a 2 stars is because it was clean.

The cashier asked me to leave because I had my 2 kids with me near the flashlight section which was near the checkout. I was about to buy a 100 dollar item and the cashiers unprofessionalism made the excuse it was due to health codes. We were nowhere near others and I would have left the area if patrons were checking out. This respsonse was rude and unexplainable. I attempted to reason with the cashier to no change in situation. I left and eill take my business elsewhere. Your other staff are wonderful which is unfortunate because one bad apple ruins it for all.

For a small shop, this place has a lot to offer. I can find assorted plumbing bits, soil and ice melt all in one place. Plus, they have a large assorted kitchen items/gadgets section. The staff is always super cool and friendly.

Needed special plumbing parts for a serious rupture in a 3" PVC pipe. Called 10 minutes before closing and was told they were closing. I described our needs and asked them to hold the door open. They welcomed us and had the parts we needed. There supply was wide and plentiful as we needed three special coupling/sleeves to stop the leak.A great asset to our community.
