The manager cherie was so rude and talked down to employees. Wouldn't help. She even cussed someone out. Cherie made it so I would NOT want to come through the store again. She was talking bad about employees with mental health issues.

My family and I just attended smart and final to get some things we needed for us...and everything was good until we got to the check out cashier who's name is Chris soucy who was deliberately being disrespectful and talking bad words towards my family members thinking we didn't understand the language while he was doing it he seemed very mad that he had to attend to us ...as latinos being in the store amongst all american citizens....we were very offended by it ...and won't return to this store ever

I showed up today and had to get out of my vehicle and move 6 carts from a parking spot so I could park. The whole lot was full and the snow removal they've done seems inefficient and is taking up lots of space. I then moved the carts away from other customers vehicles and the driving area. I only picked up 4 items, 2 off the clearance rack in the back, by the employee entrance. The clearance items where bulk candy canes and they were super cheap. My roommate got the same container a few weeks prior and said it was $3. So i had it in my mind to get some myself. To my surprise, they still had 3 containers on the shelf, so I grabbed two of them. When I went to pay, they first rang up full price, then the cashier changed it to 50% off, then I explained the clearance deal and showed him the sticker, $2.74. Then he called over a manager... she had an attitude immediately, no smile or saying hi, just said "No, those aren't on clearance anymore, they've been off for a month or so." Then I mentioned my roomie just buying some a few weeks ago and she said, "no, they were on clearance right after the holiday, then taken off." But they are on the clearance rack, one had the sticker on it still and why are they still on the clearance rack? And for real, they are at a super deal right after Christmas, but then 6 weeks after, they are more of a commodity, and are back up to only 50% off? LOL Every employee walks by that rack multiple times per day, yet she was making it sound like I was trying to pull something over on them. Why weren't these items ever moved then? Super bad experience and I've always had nothing but great customer service there.Their prices aren't much cheaper than Raley's 2 blocks away, and Raley's is way cleaner, with a larger selection of goods, and helpful management when issues arise. If you need to save a dollar or two, then maybe stay shopping here, otherwise, this town has plenty of options for grocery shopping with good customer service and similar pricing.

This is one if my favorite Smart and Finals. Some I have shopped don't have as good meat and produce. Both of those departments here are wonderful! Great prices on meat and such good quality. My only disappointment with the store is lines tend to be long. I can rarely get out fast. Otherwise excellent store!

Clean and spacious aisles for shopping. Employees are friendly and acknowledge customers with a smile and thank each person with each transaction. Definitely will return for my shopping necessities.

I'm a local person been going ever since I moved down here. Great customer service for Andrew if you need anything he will go to check for a product and see if they have it. Really nice and polite person(: And also Ana she's has a great personality always asking if you need anything and if she can help you she was great at the cash register with no attitude. Nick is great product man always doing his job and he knows what he is doing.

I'm really happy about the fact that I was able to walk around the store comfortably without a mask. I only shop at Smart & Final, the employees are great and the prices are the best so thanks for finally easing up on the mask thing, I really appreciate it, and by the way I had the virus so my antibodies are good, thanks again

I like the way they have the checkout line set up. It's a great idea, everyone is within 6 ft and the lines go fast even though the line is long, it keep moving. The owner and Joe , one of the checkers is very nice and polite. Thank you

I was able to run in and out with 2 watermelons and a bottle of wine no problem. Staff Are courteous and helpful. Was a little messy from the rush of people on a Friday; maybe needed more people to keep a clean store, but organized otherwise

Smart & Final has pretty good prices and is a great value for your money. Mostly the chain sells items in bulk for restaurants, delis, motels and for your home. I've been shopping at this place since they opened in South Lake Tahoe. However I also have gone to this chain in a lot of the other cities I've visited or lived. From Washington to Colorado as well as San Francisco and Los Angeles. In fact 50 years of shopping at this store.

It's a good store. Dosen't have everything but a lot. Good prices but check the expiration date on milk and stuff like that. Sometimes it's the next day or just a few days out. Wish I had a 3 1/2 star option.

This was a horrible visit. I went shopping, Got some things I needed. The line to pay was enormous. They had 2 registers open the line was all the way down the frozen food aisle. I estimate it would take an hour to get checked out. I left. If they can't figure out to open up another register to get down-the-line quickly, They should just close.

At first I was concerned about this store but it’s perfect it has everything which is something you can’t say about grocery outlet, another grocery store nearby, but there is a cost. It’s a little bit more expensive than other stores but in my opinion it’s worth it

The vegetables are of good quality. The best items here are in bulk quantity and have long shelf lives. The meat selection is disappointing.
