Friendly service. Good selection. Boa snowboard boots. Toolless binding angle adjustment. Ski boots release from the back. They cared about skill levels and preferencesEdit: Visited Kirkwood for the last weekend of the season. Even though Kirkwood rentals have a unique service of allowing you to swap ski to snowboard and vice versa for free on the same day, the features I mentioned above that Pyramid has were definitely missed.

Whenever we have friends or family in town we always send them here for ski or board rentals. They have a decent selection at great prices, and have been here as long as I can remember. The owner is super chill and helpful too.

Jeff was great! We randomly decided to rent bikes for the day, with no intention of renting e-bikes. Jeff explained how they worked, gave us information as to where to go, and gave us GREAT pricing. Due to Jeff recommending, and explaining, the e-bikes, we were able to see so much more in one afternoon. Great place to check out!

So glad that we found Pyramid Peak! We walked in with 9 people who all needed skis, boots, poles, and helmets. Geoff was amazing and fitted us very quickly and professionally and still took the time to address everyone's particular concerns about boot fit. He also gave great advice on how to access the mountain, best places to park, etc. That's the benefit of renting from a locally owned and operated business. Next time we come back to Heavenly it's not even a question where we will rent our gear.

Great service! We rented a 4-seater bike and got a flat tire a few miles down the path. The shop keeper, Brayden, met us right away with a pump. The tube had a staple, so it couldn’t be fixed, and his buddy had to come pick it up in a truck. Long story short, Brayden was super friendly and helpful. Definitely appreciate the above and beyond customer service. Highly recommended spot.

This is my go to place for ski and snowboard repairs. Geoff will do wonders to keep my family on the snow. He saved my wife's new snowboard which got bad damage in transport and my skis which met the rock one.

This is the only shop I get my gear tuned at. Jeff is the man! I work on the mountain so I have the option for cheap or free tunes at the resort... I still choose pyramid peak. When your skis are down on their luck, take em to the pyramid so they can come back a Pharo/king. Also his prices are super fair.

I entered the shop with only ten minutes to close looking for a new brake plate for Solomon bindings as mine had cracked in half. The owner, Jeff, was incredibly kind and efficiently fixed my ski. He also looked at my other ski for no charge. Jeff is knowledgeable and perfectly skilled at his work. Highly recommend.

I was directed to Pyramid Peak by a local for renting. I am glad I was. Great service and very accommodating. Further, my brother needed a tune--other shops told him they would get to it in 3 days. These guys knocked it out at closing time while they rented me some demo skis. Very fair prices, and I got to demo a great ski (Salomon QST 106). Save money, rent from here--not at the base.

Pyramid Peak was recommended to us and we now know why. Excellent service, friendly, good prices and good gear. We did shop around but as soon as we walked into Pyramid we knew we were at the right place. Next time we wouldnt bother to go anywhere else. Totally recommend it to anyone, including fellow Australians (and Kiwis) - they could even understand our accents!

We were here in the summer when they rent bikes and scooters. We felt like we got a good deal on the rental and they worked to accommodate our large group. Bikes were in great shape (not always the case with rentals) and staff was excellent!
