I went into get a harness for my new little baby and some new treats for her and the workers were very helpful they even helped me put a harness on her to make sure that it fit her correctly thanks again pet supermart I will be back! Went in to grab a frisbee and loved this store! Got my pup the frisbee, a giant tennis ball, a lamb sausage and a duck foot! He loved it. :)

The staff is very knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. There is a wide variety of pet toys and food. Prices are relatively reasonable. They also have guinea pigs, birds, fish, and even cats available for adoption.

Thumbs up to the staff they are amazing! I just love bringing my two Lionhead bunnys Farah Faucet and Sophie Loren to visit Darin and the entire staff.They cuddle and play with the bunnies while I do my shopping and have always greeted us with a smile and great attitude.My bunnies became the Lion Queens for Halloween. We all enjoy coming out and seeing any new pets that arrive and just prefer to do a shopping there in South Lake Tahoe.

Cute store. Little pricey. The worker I asked fpr help was very rude. She was very upset I asked her for help to get an item that was up high and heavy. However the girl that worked the cash register was some what friendly.

Never seen such an overpriced pet store. The cat food I buy was double the price I pay at another store. All employees couldn't be bothered to be helpful nor slightly kind . The animals looked abused and were scary

I absolutely LOVE this place, it’s clean, it’s organized, and the employees are super nice! I’ve recently bought a yellow budgie and the employee getting the budgie was really nice, he was really polite. The birds are a great variety and they are quite Healthy! The dog supplies are wonderful, great quality, great price. I would go again soon!

Very friendly employees greet you at the door. Knowledgeable and efficient too. Prices are on par with other stores. I get Blue Buffalo dog kibble there and after 10 bags purchased you get one free as well as an awesome rewards program.

Great selection for a little store. Came here for a new litter box, 2 big bags of cat food and left with more than what we came for. The workers are really friendly and very helpful. They not just answered our questions but also helped us out with our purchases. What a fine job these employees do!

When I went in here for dog food and wandered the aisles, a gal asked if I needed help finding something. And she was in the middle of stocking. When I got to the register and the dog food rang up high the manager there checked all my items to make sure they were the correct price. (And I didn't ask her to) she just didn't want to overcharge. Super awesome.

Great place, fair prices, friendly environment, you can come with your pets. The monthly vet service is fantastic and affordable. My only complain is more than half the store is dog stuff, there are not as many things for cats :(

This store has a wide range of live pets and food/supplies. They tend to carry only the heathier food which is pretty pricey. Which is why the lack of stars. Staff is nice, place is clean and well stocked but don't come in thinking you'll get friskees or cheap pedigree. Big selection of toys, even have a decent selection of aquarium supplies (and fish)

Bought some fish here and a little over a week later all my fish started to die. In the matter of 3 days every one of my fish were dead and they said I was beyond my 7 day return period It was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything and the most they would do is give me my money for the 3 fish that killed off my entire tank! Screw this place!

I'd choose this place over Petco or PetSmart anytime. This pet store is super cozy and welcoming, staff are extremally kind and are actually helpful. They have a nice variety of products and reasonable prices. I totally recommend shopping here instead of Pet co/smart.

Bad bad At last I used my accumulated money for my purchases, it is little but at last it was mine. I bought a necklace and it was very big for my puppy, at that same moment I asked for a change in size and it turned out that if I changed it I had to pay a full price, that is, I lost my coupon just because I wanted to change it!
