Employees are very nice. With all the food shortages in town for cats I went there looking for something my ultra finicky cat might eat. She wouldn't eat ANY of it lol but A+ for effort with your shop.

Super nice staff! They waited for me to arrive just as the store was closing. I received excellent service: they grabbed a bag of the food I wanted and brought it to the counter, they added my selected bulk treats to a bag (can you say personal shopping valet?) and also suggested some high end treats that were 50% off! I do luv a bargain. They were super courteous throughout my shopping trip. No attitude, like "hurry up, we wanna go home," only "No problem. We'll wait for you. See you soon!" Ah, you're here? Great, we're happy to assist."

My most favorite place to shop for my pets (dogs and birds). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brandon (manager) is always so friendly and super helpful. All of their staff are great. We are recognized and greeted with "how have you guys been" and "is there anything we can help with today". And they always walk over to us and help us find something or recommend a product for whatever it is we need. We have never been disappointed with their suggestions and we always ask them their opinions because we know we're getting good info. Really sweet kind people here, so we always recommend that our pet owner friends and visitors stop in and get good supplies at a great price.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I recently purchased some grain for my backyard ducks but they wouldn’t eat a particular brand. The wonderful girl exchanged the opened one for a new bag of different grain that my ducks love. She even cheerfully lugged the old 40lb bag out of my car and put the new 40lb bag in my car. What a great way to do business!

Owners pride themselves on investing in thorough staff training in order to best serve customers in their local communities.They have an easy reward system that bonuses a free bag of food for every 10 purchased and they keep track electronically by phone number.Excellent selection and fair prices.Partners with a traveling vet vaccination program to offer discounted on-site vaccinations on certain dates throughout the year.Smooth returns the couple times an item didn't work out for me.Free & easy parking.They sell small pets, quality food in different price ranges, misc. pet products (litter, bones, brushes, crates/carriers...), toys and treats.

My daughter has been visiting this pet store for 2 years, and buying snake food and care supplies here. Last week we purchased a cornsnake there for myself. The ladies working were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The welcoming staff and environment always encouraged my daughter to come visit, and she did numerous times without buying anything. That played a huge part in my new pet purchase.

Healthiest pet food I've ever seen. We opened a can of the pot roast for dogs and it looked better than any pot roast I could make - chunks of meat, potato, and baby carrots. Our dogs love their treats as well. There are no added, unpronounceable ingredients, just good, healthy food and treats.

We adopted a female baby guinea pig tonight. We truly appreciate shop staffs’ professional knowledge and awesome services.We have been in a ski trip this week with our 4-month-old guinea pig, Coco. 2 days ago, we stopped by Pet Station South Lake Tahoe for a bag of hay and met beautiful family of guinea pigs there. Since we had been thinking of getting another girl piggie as Coco’s friend, we decided to adopt a baby girl.Shop staffs were so kind and prepared a box of temporary habitat with bedding and hay so that the baby can feel comfortable during our long drive back to SoCal. They also gave us some advices on how to introduce a new guinea pig to an existing one.Both girls look liking each other already. They are communicating and playing together. Baby is still shy, but Coco looks so happy and excited with her new friend. She is no longer lonely. Also the baby became a wonderful Christmas gift for our kids. Thank you so much for the precious experience. Merry Christmas.
