I believe management has changed and I have to say that the level of customer service has been much better. Employees are much more polite and friendly The store is much cleaner now with the shelves actually stocked. Minus a few minor glitches the store on pioneer is a much more pleasant experience than before this crew should be acknowledged for getting the pioneer store running more efficiently and more friendly than this time last year.

You guys really should get rid of the guy that works at night most times. I guarantee he's losing you guys money. He's so rude and condescending with all your customers. Edit: responding to your response, how much are you going to pay me to tell you what's going wrong with this place? How about you hire proper managers to do that for you. Late shift guy is still there. Still losing you people money. Figure it out!

Terrible. Ordered from door dash . Did not recive my full order 2 Jalapeño and cheese taquitos and slurpee was flat not frozen just liquid.Door dash driver went back and was given, The wrong taquitos I received chicken and cheese and tried the cherry flavor and that too was not drinkable.They were not cooperative with the driver which is a bad form of customer service on their part. Just shows how much they don’t care but they like taking your moneyDot dash said the driver did go back and they can’t send him a third time . Tried calling the store and it goes to a voicemail mail that’s not set up .

Keep an eye out for poor hygiene on the cashier guy as he always goes for a scratch on his groin with his filthy hands before handing you everything you check out. He has black hair, black eyes about 5 ft 7in skinny and always has filthy hands with some sort of black dirt. Dude needs a shower ASAP - I now just prefer going to another 7 eleven in town.

This 7-11 gets busy because is at the center of all the hotels and everything happening in the area, but the employees handle business in a friendly matter.We are pleased with the customers service and all the convenience of getting coffee and hot water for tea quick in and out of the store.

Don't put invalid buy 2 get one free signs.and require some spam 7eleven app.Giving the customers a tone as well as chatting on your wireless headphone throughout the stoeeI respect that clerks have to deal with a lot of people with bad attitudes though there should be some level of professionalism.Just trying to buy caffeinated drinks to work my last 12 hour day of the week. 72 hr week. Not the convenience store it used to be requiring an app to get any discount or deal in the store according to the clerk.

The owner of this store is not a good person whoever brings this boy he gets the work done for 6 to 8 dollars he forcefully comes to work and after two to three months he does not give the money and the auto time guy is fired I also went to him after working, he didn't give me money for 3 months and fired me, the people who are working now, they are forcing me to work, they don't have work permitAll guys working illegal

If i was able to give it no stars I would but i can't. The new aEmployees are so rude. They are on the phone half the time and dont attend customers when needed. They need to speak up and need to be a lot nicer. Need to keep to them selfs and not worry about other peoples business. Take this advice from someone who was born and raised in Tahoe. Employees never wear masks and are straight up mean. I live here in town and this is the closest convenience store to my home but I will be traveling further to not worry about getting sick and having to deal with their attitudes.

Half of the soda syrup was not refilled in the soda machine. I couldn't anything the worker said when he talked either , as he was a telling me of the soda machine with no importance or worry to fill it for customers.

Store has really cleaned up since new ownership came in, once they got to know me as a local they warmed up and a few of the employees even smile!clean store, almost always stocked, no more homeless drunks or tweakers camped out in front!!

Hope you never go in when AMBER is working she is rude dirty looking and does not know CALIFORNIA service dog law's went in with service dog she swore and yelled to get dog dirty dog out of store. Minde you this was a service dog and just bathed which is more than i can say for her
