I liked this place the only reason why 4 stars is bcuz I told the lady not to trimmed too much of my dog front head hair cuz I put her a bow and they cut it off but she didn't looked bad but not exactly what I wanted.. but I know it was just a mistake of words.. I might take her back if this mistake won't happened again!

Scheduled appointment to drop off my dogs 11am. Went to work and left my daughters in charge, at 10pm when i arrived home, dogs were still at groomers! Unfinished. We immediately got into car and she was working on 1 of my dogs and the other was still not done! My dogs had spent 11am to 1030pm in cages, she claims they have water and they give snacks, but I didn't see water in cages! When i told her this was unacceptable, she replied w machines weren't working properly. When i told her why she didn't call and let us know, her response was "next time." Never again will i take my dogs there, and i recommend YOU don't either.

I took my two dogs there for the first time. They charged me 70 for both, they were showered combed and both got their nails trimmed and my small dog got a hair cut. They did a pretty good job with handling my dog guero especially since he hated the drying process. I was kind of worried because when I went to go pick him up his eyes were extremely red. The only thing that I would complain about was the wait, I waited two hours for them to get groomed.

The prices and haircut are really well done but I have a strong feelings that the dogs there aren't being treated like they're suppose to be . At 1st I thought my dog was just a little scared due to all the dogs but I've noticed she got more terrified everytime I took her to that place to the point where she starts to cry when she sees the place and starts to runs away. Would not recommend the price and haircut is not worth your pets terror.

Just came back from picking up my dogs and I love how they look. Professional work at an affordable price. My dogs look happy and they smell great. Glad they put bows on my dog even though she has tiny little hairs its so nice that they put them on her because she looks so cute. With my yorkie they did a wonderful job. He looks adorable!!! FYI they changed location 8676 State St. South Gate overall I am happy with everything like every single time I've taken them in the past.

Don't take any pets to Zeny Grooming. This place made my dog very aggressive now. Don't know what happen but now I struggle to find a groomer that can handle her. She was NEVER like this until I went to this place. 🤬🤬

I love how they cut my dogs hair. The prices are great. The only thing is I guess customer service, I took my dog as soon as they opened I was the first one there. And I woke up early to get there n be first for a reason. But it doesn't work like that I guess. I thought I would have priority for being first so my dog would be the first one done. But I kept calling and the kept just saying I'll call you when he's done. They literally called me like at 8 pm. It's supposed to be first come first serve. Very disappointed in that. And then my dog doesn't use the restroom indoors. So I asked that if it took to long to take him outside to pee, they didn't. My poor dog had to hold it for a while.

Really bad experience. That Zeny lady is not a professional at all! I went to go drop off my dog and I saw how unattended she is with the dogs! I was horrified by the way she leaves the dogs wet in cages. She takes HOURS to get to one dog. Very unacceptable. My dog was crying scared in that cage for hours still not groomed, after 4 hours. I regret taking my dogs here. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE if you really love and care for your little furry friends, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE.

I sent my giant schnauzer to this pet grooming for 6 hours. This lady was very unexperienced. she let all other customer dog grooming work pile up then would be in a she is in a rush to finish. she was also very rude. I do not recommend this grooming shop. good price very, very bad quality.

Never again coming here I had my appointment @12 and my poodle wasn’t ready until 7:30 Pm!!! This lady is so rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing!! My poor dog ran out of her shop!! He was super thirsty and starving when I got him due to the fact that he had to wait so long. She did an incomplete job.. my dogs ears were dirty and honestly his cut was not what I expected. I could have done it myself. Btw she was very aggressive with my dog no patients whatsoever 😫😡👎🏼👎🏼

Really bad service. We took our miniture poodle here with an appointment at 10:00am, and we didn't get her back until 3:00pm. We called to check up on the progress and she never answered the phone so we decided to just drive to the place (I was getting nervous, previous grommers had never taken that long). When we got there she finally started working on the haircut part. She charged us $45 for a really uneven haircut and unfinished. We asked for a poodle cut with a shaved face. Her top bun was uneven, she had random hair sticking out from the side of her ears and her paws were not even touched. For 5 hours with an appointment I was definitely expecting more. Another man also walked in while we waited and he was very upset because apparently he also had an appointment and she hadn't even started on his dog. That was our first and last time there. She noticed we were upset and gave us a $5 coupon, to bad we won't be using it.

It's the first time I take my pups there, but I really liked the service, they have great customer service. And reasonable prices. I will definitely take them back there. So far, I recommend this grooming place.

I told the lady I did not want my cats to be sitting in a box for 20 minutes before she was able to cut their nails. I told her if it was going to happen in the future to let me know so I can let them run around in my vehicle with the AC on until she was ready. She proceeded to yell at me and telling me the cats are fine and she's been doing it for 20 years and she's knows what she's doing. I don't care what she says, if I don't want my cats in a box for 20 minutes then I don't want my cats in a box for 20 minutes. Especially with all the loud noises and dogs barking there

Loved the way they left my dog. But the only thing they would need to work on would be the service because the hours they have posted is not accurate I went at 9 in the morning and they opened until 10:30. Other than that I loved the way they groomed and washed my dog and I would definitely go back! The staff there are very welcoming !

Good place to get the Fur babies trimmed and washed. Recommend calling ahead to avoid getting your baby back late. Service is great and they Gemini care about your pets.

First time and last time coming here. We had a 2pm appointment and was on time. We were told it would be 2hrs for grooming and cutting. We came back in 2hrs and still had to wait an additional 6hrs before my dog was completed. Horrible service. Not recommended unless you have no place else to go

My fur babies need it a good groom, and I made the bad choice of taking them to a new place. I have a maltese and a cocka-poodle. The cocka-poodle is 11 months, he is playful and happy he was very scare and she left a lot of knots in his ears and mess up on one of his ears. My Maltese was also scare, bad hair cut. There were two young girls one was very rude. No politeness at all. First and las time! Didn’t even brush their teeth, I had to call to check if they were almost ready, I drove by 6 pm, waited outside, she calls me then and says to pick them up, I go inside and she wasn’t done with my Maltese, is was just a terrible experience..

I have been taking my Princess here for 3 years now, she's always well handled, groomed properly, the groomer is very loving with the animals. I also want to add that they have reasonable prices and they give you quality not quantity.

I took my shih tzu for grooming today for the first time , since I tried to check out something different and they did an amazing job. I didn't know what to expect, as usually i take her to a place in pasadena but I really liked the way she looked plus she smelled really good. Way less expensive than any other place I have gone. I would totally want to bring her back. Thanks guys.

I had a horrible experience coming here for the first time , the lady was unorganized and didn’t seem to know what she was dealing with ...my dog was so scared being there and thankfully he was a well behaved dog she took hours and when I arrived she still wasn’t done but yet she was working on another dog !???? It seemed like she was just working for easy money and didn’t care about the look of the dog or the wait time. Never come here !!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one I called in at 11 am see if they had an appointment and lady said yes so I told her her a wanted a miniature schnauzer look that my sister was on her way to drop them off she said ok . Usually the pet grooming place I take them was book so I was like let me try them out and that was the worst mistake ever it was 6pm and still no call from the lady so I called her because I have never waited that long before so I started getting worried she didn’t answer she called me back at 7:15 pm saying who was I and I told her that if my puppies were ready she had said yes so I get there and i notices a dog crying and got her helper annoyed and he didn’t see us walk in and screamed at a dog then he seen us and act like he was friendly with the dog petting him to calm down .that when I seen the lady getting my dogs and they looked exactly the same as I took them in so I told her I asked you to cut they hair like miniature schnauzer look and she started arguing with me that my dogs weren’t schnauzer because there color was salt and pepper and that schnauzer color are only gray and black that she been working with dogs for 30 years and still wanted me to pay her $30 dollar per dog just for her to wash them
