Vivian is really good at what she does I love taking my dog to get groomed with her I used to take my dog to the one in Bell Gardens with her until I found her again she’s the only one that knows how to cut my dogs her.

Took Nova in for her first ever grooming appointment. They took great care of her and made sure she felt comfortable. Apparently my wild overly hyper husky was well behaved with the staff.

Leshan was great with my Honee..i can tell my dog had a good experience because she was really happy when she got home. She looked so beautiful I am glad i brought her to Petco I haven't been able to groom her myself after being disabled and I am pleased with Petco.

I love taking my fur baby to Petco to be groomed or even just to shop. He loves the staff and they love him. The staff takes time out to greet us both and make sure we both are ok. When it’s time for grooming my fur baby leads the way and is very happy and excited to enter the door. When I pick him up he’s happy smelling good and ready to show off.

LaShan, who was my dog’s groomer, was incredibly kind, professional and did an amazing job. I would take my dog exclusively to her from now on because I was so impressed with her, and I so appreciate her work and kindness.Update 1/2021: I am still taking my dog to LaShan. She can totally open up her own business if she wanted to. My dog adores her, and LaShan adores her right back. Most of the times I take my dog in, almost everyone waiting asks exclusively for her and I completely understand why. My earlier review still holds true, six months after taking my dog there.

Customer service was amazing!! The workers who assisted me were beyond helpful & nice with not only myself but my dog. They groomed my dog within the time frame given & my dog seemed very happy & comfortable with the groomer. Definitely coming back to Petco of South Gate !!

I took my small (less than 10 pound) dog to Petco not too long ago for a bath and nail trim. She was bathed but it took 3 hours for just a bath! The lady that greeted us wasn't even listening properly when we asked her questions! My dogs nails were trimmed but for some reason was super rough! They didn't even buff her nails when we asked if they can do that! They told me that they would text me when she was done, but they haven't. So i went back and she has been done over an hour ago! PetSmart has way better grooming service. PetSmart even puts a little bow or a bandana on your dog! Petco needs to step their game up.

Jessica was very professional and kind, she remembered my dogs Kodak and Charlie. I'm glad she was my groomer for Charlie. This store has very nice staff and I'm always satisfied with the things they sell for dogs.

Don't buy fish here !! They act like the know what they are doing they dropped my fish in the sink and died over night !! My daughter was debasted went back to return and they claim its on their policy but NO WHERE POSTED !!
