The people here are so nice and my dog came out looking and smelling amazing! Prices are amazing! Absolutely love them!

We enjoy taking our dog Benny here. Appointments are a must, they usually take about 2-4 hours, depending. We recently had to remove his beared because it was really knotted but before doing anything, they called to inform us. He does get a little shaky when we arrive but we take him once a month instead of the recommended twice a month. Anyways, the groomers are very sweet and empathize with your fur baby. They charge anywhere between $45 - $55 for the entire groom but I've never really asked for a breakdown in the price because I'm always satisfied. 😊

First time taking my dog for grooming it was a pleasant experience for my dog and I, the owner was friendly and sweet with my dog, my dog didn't even want to go back home with me lol definitely coming back, prices are also reasonable.

First time here and it’s my new FAV!! Guy was super cool! Dunkin was happy too! And the little bandana he had on when I picked him up was the perfect touch for his new cut! PLUSSS they offer adoptions! Definitely check this place out!

I had just combed out my dogs hair & taken a close look at her before I took her to this groomer because I don’t trust groomers. Do not take your dogs here, owner doesn’t take responsibility & flat out lies to her customers. The worst decision ever to take my baby girl here, the grooming cost my dog 2 cuts & a visit to the Vet that by the way the owner said she was not responsible for the Vet visit. Such a horrible experience for both my dog and I, owner has no customer service skills & offers no apology. Do not take your dogs here.

Horrible experience!!! Don’t even bother taking you fur babies here. The staff members aren’t friendly and they they tell you one thing and then they say something else. And then they blame it on you saying to read the forms right . My puppy clearly didn’t have a good experience I didn’t like his cut nor were they careful with his nails you can clearly see he bled from his nail trim.8/14/21 reply - my point proven she blames it on the customers.And we picked up our dog at 6:55 pm not 8 and there were other customers picking up their dog at the same time so don’t be so exaggerated.

Horrible experience!! Horrible service. They shaved off my schnauzer completely. I can tell that they hate their job. In you love your dog, take her or him somewhere else. My schnauzer was bleeding from his paws when I picked him up. When I confronted her “the lady with an attitude said, I don’t wanna argue right now if you don’t like it take your dog somewhere else “ HORRIBLE!

So horrible experience!! I been calling all week to take my puppy! No body never answer! When I decide to take him the lady says she wont take it the she only has time till next week! With a very rude attitude I even tho told her later on she said she don’t have time that come back next week! The place was recommended but clearly never coming back! Horrible service! And attitude issues!

I regularly take both of my dogs to Peek-A-Dog to get their nails cut. The staff there is professional, highly skilled and quick. Like most dogs, my German Shepherd and Standard Poodle hate getting their nails cut. They fuss and fight it. But I have never seen people more competent and careful. Despite their fussing, neither dog has ever left Peek-a-Dog with a bloody nail. Amazing!! I highly recommend them.

Several years ago I adopted a great little dog who had been mistreated by prior owners. She turned out to be the best little dog. I just love her and spoil her. She’s our baby. Glad I went there. Very nice people and dogs seemed well cared for.

Prices kept changing the groomers were not communicating very well. My dog was not giving the haircut I asked for. Plus she left extremely scared, and has been scared ever since. She is sick and hides. Plus she won't let anyone touch her. I don't know what they did to her. But definitely don't recommend it.

Had to stop that rude lady from cutting my dogs nails. She hurt my dog with the first clip and screaming with the second clip. She didn't even try to be gentle nothing. The process of me walking in and having her abuse my dog took about 1 minute and I had to leave. A dog should not be yelping like that with only 2 clippings

great grooming place for your dog. we take our dog every first weekend of every month, he comes back happy and with a bow tie. haven't had a bad experience and i hope we never do.

Took my dog to get full grooming service. The guy told me they would not have to cut so much hairs, they were gonna do a teddy bear face(long story short) my dog came out looking like a rat. Worst gromming ever. Don't know why they have 4.4 stars.

Hate this place. I called to make a reservation and when I went they didn't have my dog. They didn't even have the decency to apologize. The employee had a horrible attitude. I even called previous to the appointment to secure my appointment at 10 am Tuesday and they said I was good to go. Never going there again in my life.

They gave back me my dog yesterday with his eyes really red with no explanations! I had to rush to emergency to have him checked out and the vet told it was due to suffocation. I don't know what they did to my dog, this is really concerning! It was my first time and I'm really mad!

My dog got haircut yesterday, haircut is unbalanced in right and left on my dog's face. The price is a little more expensive than pets mart and very uncomfortable thing is only cash. Only cash means, thay are doing an improper and opaque business.

Would like to know if it is allowed to sit in through the grooming with your pet? If anyone know if its allowed or knows of a place where you're allowed to sit through out the grooming of your dog to make sure they're okay in the area of bell or southgate. Thank you in advance.
