Normally I have never had a problem, but today I went in to buy a hat and work boots after work. I knew it was close to closing but I knew what I wanted. Before I got 3 steps in I was informed that there was 15 minutes to close. I walked to where the hats were and another person approached us with a 10 minute warning, within one minute. At this point I had lost all enthusiasm to make a 2-3 hundred dollar purchase and told my wife I’m done. Not one person offered to help me complete my task, just that we were pushing their timeline. Congratulations Wilco, I have enjoyed your store for a few years, but I think I’ll be just fineHope you’re employees aren’t late clocking out

Well merchandised store with a nice layout. A big hardware store with rural supplies. I'm not local so I can't comment on the service really. Certainly worth looking at if you are passing through.

I never thought I would shop here as frequently as I do. Wilco is pretty cool. It has a large variety of items. I wouldn't say you can always find help when you need it, but the store is well stocked and maintained. I love the clothes, dog stuff, and grooming area.

Kinda expensive. I go there for pig ears for my dog. Also to get my dog a bath and clip his nails. Still cost to much! 67.00 dollars is way to much. Should go to Pet Co, for that. One thing the girls that do the grooming are great. So nice. Hope they get paid well for there hard work.

It's a clean, not huge, warehouse place to shop for daily necessary items. You'll find what you need without getting lost or kinking your neck reading ceiling signs. Employees are just as knowledgeable and willing to help as any place!

Although incredibly expensive compared to stores similar they had so much diverse things to choose from. Almost like a combination of a large pet food chain combined with a large hardware chain and then some. If money is no object it's a great one stop shop and the customer service was also fantastic. A bunch of very friendly employees happy to offer assistance. Store was very clean and well stocked. Perfect place for rich people to shop regularly and not so rich people who just need something quick. Just don't go expecting a bargain but if you need it it's very likely they may have it.

We go there often and get really good service. Folks help get us items from the back and the cashiers are always friendly. I gave one extra star because we understand that it's the 3rd of July and hot and maybe that's why anyone we encountered and asked for help in the Dewalt dept or elsewhere seemed like we were bothering them. We ultimately left without the Dewalt batteries and car washer. Hopefully, it'll be nicer next time.

It's a Tractor Supply on steroids! They offer everything from pet grooming services, a wide variety of pet food and supplies. Gardening, paint made to match counter, canning supplies, clothing and more!

What a gem of a store! Neatly laid out inventory. Wide selection. The garden center very well kept and stock of healthy well priced plants impressive. Had no idea what Wilco was but noticed the True Value signage so I decided to explore it. Will certainly return.

They have a self wash dog wash. This is great! Or have the groomers do the job.Nice clothing, boots, tack and pet supplies. Baby chicks, garden dept. Love this store.

I was very impressed this county tends to cater to low income customers. The store is very clean and we'll organized. The products are high quality ( tools, clothes etc). The employees were friendly and eager to assist.My concern is this town will favor Wallmart and Dollar tree. Therefore just like attractive people it will eventually leave town.

First time in the store, and I have to say, it won't be my last! I've been a pretty steady Tractor Supply customer for a few years now, but I think I'll be switching! This store has far more products, and better prices than tractor. This is one of the cleanest and well stocked stores I've been to in a while. And the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Looking forward to going back and exploring more!Update 3/1/2023: I'm still loving this store!! It's rare that I can't find what I'm looking for, especially when it comes to hardware. I'm in here at least 2x a month, and have not been disappointed yet.

Noticed "Price Match" sign at checkout. Came home to compare with Lowe's. For a 5 tine pitch fork, Lowe's has one with 5ft handle. Wilco has a 4ft handle for $5.00 more. Since they're not exact no Match. Will have to get refund from Wilco and go to Lowe's if I want the best price. Future business with Wilco???

I like this store. It's clean, it's local, and it has great customer service. Sadly, I must give it a poor review because of their HD cameras. I don’t want to shop for clothing and, every time I turn a corner, there is a HD camera recording my face. I know, I know: the excuse is crime, shoplifting, and, of course, my own safety. I don’t care. Tractor supply doesn’t record my face. For now, I will shop there.
